Star: Miley Cyrus ‘snorted white powder off the back of the toilet’ at the Met Gala

Miley Cyrus

Here are some photos of Miley Cyrus continuing her New York City tour of fuzzy diapers. These outfits are of course “controversial” and “outrageous,” which is how Miley (and Larry Rudolph) planned it. Miley wants us to talk about her, and this is only to promote her “We Can’t Stop” single. Just think of how overbearing her “punk/rap” image will be once she drops her full album, for which there is no title or release date on the horizon. Hmm.

This new story from Star is sure to raise more than a few eyebrows. By now and since Miley has told us that she’s always high, it’s obvious that she has a fondness for marijuana (and probably Molly too). But would Miley actually do any hard drugs, or is she just a laid-back lover of the softer, feel-good stuff? Well, if this story is true, then Miley could be headed down the cocaine highway. Star has spoken to two eyewitnesses who have not only seen Miley snorting some white powder, but they say Miley was doing so at the Met gala. Oh, hell. Also and if you were were wondering how Miley coexisted at the same event with January Jones also in attendance, this story fills in that gap as well:

Miley Cyrus

Apparently, marijuana isn’t [Miley Cyrus’] only vice. Guests at the ultra exclusive Met Ball, a star-studded fashion event in new York City on May 6, say they saw Miley snorting somethng suspicious in the ladies’ room, in full view of partygoers!

I went into the bathroom and saw four girls trying to squeeze into a shall. They door was open, so people could see. They were screaming and laughing and being so loud,” one gala attendee tells Star. “Miley put her finger over one nostril, bent down over the back of the toilet, and snorted a white powder off it. I watched her do it.”

“Miley was chain-smoking and getting grazy in the bathroom with the girls for at least 20 minutes,” another eyewitness reports. “The door to her stall was wide open, and Miley was bent over the back of the toilet. I had a clear view because I was standing there waiting to go into a stall,” the eyewitness continues. “It was so weird — she almost looked like she didn’t care that people saw her!”

The singer and her friends were eventually kicked out of the ladies’ room, says the first witness, who adds that she later saw the foursome wandering around the event “acting drunk, drugged and loud.” When they found Miley’s apparent love rival, January Jones — who was photographed leaving a party with Liam in February, after the pair had reportedly been “all over each other” inside — they stopped near her. “They were being really catty, laughing loudly, giving January the stink eye and whispering about her,” the spy notes.

[From Star, print edition, July 8, 2013]

Snorting a line … off a toilet. See, this is the overriding reason that I’ve never been tempted to do drugs (beyond trying to smoke pot a few times in high school and not enjoying it at all) — they are so dirty. For starters, one never has any idea exactly how the drugs were transported to their eventual destination (like say, up some guy’s bum), and then there’s the simple matter that people do really gross things while consuming said drugs. Like snorting them off any surface.

On the bright side, I guess now we know the likely inspiration behind the “trying to get a line in the bathroom” portion of “We Can’t Stop.” I don’t know if this story is true, but if it is, Miley Cyrus is making it very difficult for me to continue to root for her.

As a side note, Miley may very well have called Billy Ray out on Twitter for his affair with a co-star, but Tish has been flashing her wedding ring around town. Strange family is strange.

Is she wearing a tu pac shirt?
She and bieber may be morphing into the same person. Like a post pubescent voltron.

  2. virginia5 says:

I have never seen anybody so desperate/such a try hard as miley cyrus. I don’t want to hear the excuse that is she only 20, so her behaviour is acceptable. I am only one year older than her and I feel like she is immature.

    • Kasia says:

I totally agree. She wants to be seen as “cool”, but she comes across as a try-hard former Disney starlet trying to become the next Rihanna. That’s getting boring, I’m so over this “bad girl” trend.

      • Spooks says:

One Rihanna is annoying enough, thank you very much.

      • Evelyn says:

I hear you, I’m a year younger than her and I would never act the way she does. I think she’s stuck at 15, looking for attention and acting out. I used to like her when she was just hanging out with Liam, doing Pilates and playing with her dogs

      • Smiler says:

        “Next Rihanna”, huh? As if!

Miley’s, like, so cool and edgy and totally original and WE CAN’T STOP!!!111 is awesome and she’s, like totally, keeping it real and doing drugs in toilets LIKE A BOSS and you don’t understand and I hate you and I wish you weren’t my real mom!!!

    • bluebear says:

I remember another 20 year old who was this try hard. Back when Lindsay Lohan was still a little sweetheart, I had a friend come over to my house who happens to be a dancer and lives in LA. He had done a number of videos for JLO at the time as well as other celebrities and he frequented the clubs. We got into a discussion about things he knew that no one else did and he told us that Lindsay Lohan was addicted to coke. We said he was nuts, and laughed it off…. Well??? He told a very similar story. He watched her do lines in the bathroom and off a table in the back of a few clubs. I hope that this is not another Lohan situation in the making.

    • karen says:

Soon she will be at Betty Ford.

What a sad and pathetic life ahead of her.

    • erika says:

      been thinking it all along

    • Arock says:

      Vanilla lite

  3. hadleyb says:

Is this the gluten free diet she keeps raving about ?

  4. Talie says:

I think she’s angry that her mother isn’t leaving Billy now, but hey, she’s an adult and can make her own decisions.

  5. BooBooLaRue says:

I wish she would stick that nasty tongue back in her mouth.

    • Shelby says:

      Yes, grosses me out!

      • OutstandingWorldCitizen says:

IT is utterly obvious someone told her constantly sticking that tongue out like a lizard is SEXY. She has a lot to learn about sex appeal. Lest we forget she is 20? Look I was a Madonna fan, a tween by today’s standards and I do not remember her sticking her darn tongue out like she was trying to detect prey. Madonna wasn’t so desperate. Just sayin’

    • Cool Phosphorescent Shimmer says:

That picture with the tongue on the teeth makes me physically ill.

And I know she has always had huge chipmunky teeth, but they seem even bigger and WHITER now. Stop it, Miley. Just stop it. Your glory days in Hollywood are behind you; try to merge gracefully into the rest of your life.

  6. Jules says:

Well there is her try-hard tongue with her new try-hard teeth. What no try-hard twerking?

    • Nina W says:

Her dentist should be sued, her teeth used to look fine but now with those way too big veneers, chiclet action.

  7. mkyarwood says:

What are those jewel encrusted monstrosities? They remind me of the Olsons granny shoes a couple weeks ago.

  8. MisJes says:

    Run Liam, RUN!

  9. Mitch Buchanan Rocks! says:

Can’t tell her from Justin Bieber, these crazy kids all look alike these days.

  10. TheOriginalKitten says:

    That account sounded….believable to me.

  11. KayMary says:

Silly tabloid. Ofcourse Miley is using hard stuff.

Maybe they should try telling us which ones arent using. Much shorter list.

    • Sabrine says:

The ganja is one thing but snorting coke is another and there’s nothing good going to come once you’re on that slippery slope. I really hope that’s a BS story but it does have a ring of truth to it.

She’s only 20 and apparently on top of her game although others beg to differ. She’s going to be even richer.

      • V4Real says:

If this story is true she’s definetely heading to the dark side.
She shouldn’t be doing coke in the first place but why would people want to snort coke off the back of a toilet.

Hey do they still make toilets with backs in public places? Most places now use the automatic flush toilets that don’t come with backs. I’m assuming The Met still has the old ones.

      • Cool Phosphorescent Shimmer says:

        There’s always the…gulp…toilet seat.

    • BreeinSEA says:

More spot on then her try hard image.

  12. Eleonor says:

Miley can’t dance, can’t sing, and I don’t know if she can act. But she wants to be a singer, so the only way to get attention is to trying to be the hottest dirty chick in town: that’s why she is constantly playing with her tongue and showing her legs.
    This is pathetic.

    • Bijlee says:

Girl wants fame and money. I’m so tired of people acting as if Rihanna and her are actually legit artists. We hear all the time that they don’t make their songs. And that the songs for Selena and her were both Rihanna’s sloppy seconds. This is how they make their way. They buy a song. Develop some sort of image to go with it. And work that image to death.

Korean pop stars do the exact same thing except they are way more upfront and honest about the fact that they have a “concept.”

Miley can sing, but her singing isn’t the focus of this album. Her image change and the wildly inappropriate things she does in the video and song are. She hasn’t grown, she’s been partying for ever, just a lot HARDER now.

As much as I dislike Miley, I don’t believe this story. I think it’s a byproduct of listening to her song about doing lines in the bathroom. It’s just controversy this magazine figured people would believe given that song. Besides it’s star. Weren’t people just saying in another article on CB that star is 98% bullshit.

      • Nina W says:

There’s nothing new about musical performers not writing their own music and marketing a packaged image. Miley’s problem seems to be she has no clear idea of what her image should be and so comes off as some sad RiRi-Biebs hybrid. Yuck.

      • Bijlee says:

I mean I know that. But it’s annoying to hear her go on and on about how in control she is of her image and the music is the only thing that matters to her. Shes as prepackaged as her hannah montana days. Besides both her image and her song and her performances for said song suck. I think she can sing, but not this wailing crap.

      • I Choose Me says:

Spot on Bijlee. Your assessment ‘feels’ right to me.

    • Dommy Dearest says:

Liam was doing the right thing in running away as fast as he can. Now he just needs to break it off and leave this girl alone. I wouldn’t want to be associated with the joke Miley has become.

    • some bitch says:

Miley is actually a decent country singer. Much better than RiRi, Katy Perry or Gags.
This performance is excellent and she needs to go back to singing country. Her hip-hop/pop/twerking act is terrible.

  13. Marisa says:

I’m starting to think that Miley and The Bieb are the same person.

  14. Shannon says:

Well isn’t she talking about blow in her new song? About doing lines in the bathroom? Yeah so she’s doing blow everyone. Big surprise.

  15. Jenna says:

I don’t think that outfit in the photo you’ve used is “controversial” or “outrageous”. Just fugly. 🙂 And is it bad that I’m starting to be entertained by this saga? =X

  16. Maria says:

i wouldnt be surprised if she did it but i find it quite heavy to report on it with no real evidence, just people who talk to a yellow press magazine.

  17. Auj says:

Seems like this girl is intent on becoming a fame whore loser unfortunately like so many others.
    Boring.

  18. Belle Epoch says:

White trash. So thoroughly sick of this disgusting girl. Yes, great body, but SO WHAT? She is deranged – a dark void of neediness. Cocaine is exactly what she needs to keep up her delusions of grandeur 24/7. I’d rather watch Honey Boo Boo than this train wreck.

  19. pao la says:

    Gawd she is so ugly.

  20. DTX says:

A few weeks ago I was not liking Liam H. b/c I thought he was cheating because he hated her new look. But I saw a clip of her performance on some morning show the other day (where she opens by giving a lap dance to a guy) and the video clips of her “twerking” (god I hate that word now) like a straight up stripper on stage. Gosh…how embarassing. She is a well-known performer who doesn’t NEED to resort to stripper antics to get crowds for her shows but she CHOOSES to.

Liam seems like he comes from a conservative family where there are certain expecations from each gender (and there is nothing wrong with that, I love it actually) and THIS is why the kid is backing away slowly. Miley is a nasty mess & making herself look so cheap. No self-respecting, traditional man wants to marry a girl who behaves like that, like a drunk, Rhianna wannabe, horny in public, dope head. It’s now starting to make sense to me why he’d cheat with someone like JJ, she maybe a low-down homewrecker, but she’s on the LOW DOWN and does not put her private business (and private parts) out there for the world to see, much more lady-like behavior for a dude like Liam (who is kinda dumb anyway)

I still think he is a p*ssy for cheating on her instead of making a clean break, tho.

    • gogoGorilla says:

But who knows the truth at this point? Maybe they were broken up and she just didn’t want to publicize that fact. Maybe he was trying to force her hand.

Regardless, I am now pretty firmly Team Liam. Miley is beyond ridiculous at this point. I realize I am not her target audience, but her behavior is just cringe-worthy at this point.

      • DTX says:

Agreed. I think you may be spot on about him trying to force her hand, he strikes me as weak like that.

She’s such a mess I can’t even feel bad for her humiliation. She has embarrassed herself more than he ever could.

I’d be more inclined to be Team Liam, but then again…I hate cheaters and weak men, so…Team No One for me!

  21. ladybert62 says:

Her and Baby Bieber should get together – two of a kind.

  22. GiGi says:

IMO, MDMA/Ecstasy is a much, much harder drug than coke. That being said – you can snort all sorts of things… could’ve been anything, really. And I think this is a totally believable story.

    • Meaghan says:

You can snort mdma, just gives you a nasty tasting drip and burns like fire. You can snort near anything to tell you the truth. And there isn’t any doubt in my mind that this story is false. She probably had a sense of safety doing this in public because they don’t let just anybody in to this event. Also she was probably so high and drunk she just didn’t care.

I’m shocked, though, that they’re allowed to smoke there. Isn’t is illegal to smoke indoors in public the states? It is in Canada… And I can’t believe the great and powerful good would let her pure body anywhere near the toxic fumes of cigarette smoke.

      • Steph says:

My thoughts exactly! I really wouldn’t care if I saw someone doing a line, unless they were taking up the stall. The smoke on the other hand…plus if I was wearing a gown..no way the other guests would have allowed that.

      • Meaghan says:

I meant goop not good, hahaha.

      • Lucy2 says:

I was thinking that too- isn’t that event held at the Met museum? NO WAY they allow in there, and I would think someone chain-smoking would set off the detectors.
She seems lost and try hard-y. If she gets messed up with hard drugs it is not going to go well for her.

    • MorticiansDoItDeader says:

I agree about the “Molly.” In the nineties we called it E and it some of it contained heroin, cocaine or both.

  23. heatheradair says:

    but: THOSE ABS!
I feel like if I were super-fit, I’d be built similarly to her: I have the broad shoulders and smaller waist…..so…..shamefully, she’s sort of aspirational for me — as in, “If I were 20 years old again and had money to burn on hours of daily pilates, I could look like that.”

    THOSE ABS.

    • TheOriginalKitten says:

Just an FYI-coke helps to give you that “cut” look.
I’m not saying I def. believe the story, just that it wouldn’t surprise me.

      • Lisa says:

Not true for Stevie Nicks? Haha. She got flabby from coke, but then the most exercise she got was twirling onstage.

    • carol says:

you dont need hours per day – just a strict low carb diet and about 45 mins of exercise every morning. Miley just does it the hard way – with hours of Pilates. Heavy lifting is the easier way (well at least the faster way)

      • itstrue says:

Um, I have yet to see a healthy looking coke head. Lohan for instance. She looks to be in shape and has the glow of someone really healthy. Now she could be at the beginning of her drug use, but if she were doing enough coke to look “cut” her complexion would be shit.

      • Meaghan says:

You’ve never seen a publicly known cokehead, the ones you are used to seeing have serious drug problems and legal problems which is why the public find out about it.

More people do coke out there then you are aware of, and not everyone that does it ends up an addict in rehab.

      • itstrue says:

I’m not sure you are personally familiar with the cokeheads I’ve known.

That being said, if you drink too much soda it shows in your complexion. I look at her and see health.

      • TheOriginalKitten says:

Guys doing coke in a bathroom once in a while does not a “cokehead” make. And yes, I have seen and known MANY people who do coke and you wouldn’t know that they do just from looking at them.

      • itstrue says:

I agree you can’t tell just by looking, but your body does have to expel the toxins somehow, and it is often blemishes. I think if she were using to the point where it was causing weight loss her skin wouldn’t glow to the ground,

      • UsedToBeLulu says:

Your body expels toxins primarily through urine, and the insolubles with…you know. It’s a myth that breakouts are caused by your body expelling toxins.

  24. Bopit says:

I want too long extensions/not so hard bodied Party in the USA Miley back 🙁

  25. JL says:

Oh the drugs, the pants, the hair, the teeth – DAMN that girls GANGSTA.
    LMFAO, what a joke.

  26. Miller says:

As someone her age, I have to defend her. We all get unique haircuts and experiment with our looks and tweet stuff we really shouldn’t tweet and get involved in some pretty extreme behavior. Also a lot of us are in volatile relationships whether its romantic or just friendships. Bear in mind, boys at our age are generally dumb and total jerks, save a couple exceptions. So of course we react by acting out. I admit it, I’ve gone through phases where I’ve tried extreme diets and been addicted to exercise, I’ve gone through a stoner phase, I’ve acted completely stupid and got wasted because of boys, I’ve gone through phases where I wear clothes that are tight and show a lot of skin. A lot of my friends have. And if we had access to her money and social status, we’d be acting the same- we wouldn’t get the haircut or dress like her exactly, but we’d essentially go all out like she does.

For the record, I’ve seen girls be stupid and do drugs like coke in public. In fact, I have been that girl.

That being said, she should NOT have done that at the met gala. She was kind of out of place there in the first place. But let’s face it- a lot of celebrities were probably doing coke in the bathroom that night. I think it goes without saying that coke is really popular amongst that whole scene. Maybe you guys think she’s acting like an idiot, but a majority of us were idiots at that age. I’m at that age and I’m in college and I’m surrounded by idiots and I’m an idiot myself. Idiot isn’t the exact word I want to use but I can’t think of a better word at the moment. And the thing about college is we know word gets around really fast, but we still pull stupid shit anyways-just like Miley does. While Miley is going through the phase in the public eye (which must SUCK by the way), she’s essentially doing what my peers and myself are doing, but with money. So yeah, I unabashedly empathize with her and totally get what she’s going through to a certain extent.

    • TheOriginalKitten says:

We KNOW, hon, just because most of us are older than 20, doesn’t mean we don’t remember doing similar things at her age.

The major difference is that we didn’t have a team of image consultants, stylists, make-up artists, PR people, and lawyers in place to prevent us from looking like a damn fool.

I think myself, and most of us here can grant her a bit of leniency when it comes to some of the silly things she does, but it doesn’t negate the fact that self-awareness is paramount when playing the fame game.

It’s a trade-off-you get fame and fortune, but you have a certain standard that the public holds you up to, you have an image to maintain and you’re suddenly living life under the microscope. Honestly, her family and her team should be intervening because a lot of her behavior is starting to kill her public appeal.

As older women, we have the benefit of hindsight, and trust me when I tell you that she’s going to look back at all her current behavior and cringe.
It’s really to her own benefit and protection to tone it the f*ck down.

      • pao la says:

I am so glad internet wasn’t around much when i was in my 20s, i would look back now wanting to kill myself. we’ve all been rebels/crazy/one-of-a-kind/reckless/careless/silly but this is way out of line. My mum would have sat me down and told me to stop it there and then, famous or not. Im’ 33 but there is so much that my mum can still do when i go out of line.

      • BooBooLaRue says:

        Thank you!

      • Sumodo1 says:

As an older woman (Thanks, “Original”), I can look back on a well-lived life and blame it all on SPORTS. Yup, my drug was sports, and today, I am arthritic and walk with a slight limp. What I’m trying to say is: it all catches up with you.

        Eventually.

    • Jenna says:

Eh, I don’t think just because you’re her age means that you “have” to defend her. And this is coming from someone that is only three years older than her. Age isn’t a crutch for stupidity and doing drugs of that extent. That being said, I hope she grows up soon.

    • Jessiebes says:

Eh, we’ve all been that age, no need to defend her.

    • DTX says:

Sorry…I was 20 not that long ago and tho I did LOVE to party (I still do, BTW) I didn’t skank it up everywhere or do drugs. I drank my face off a few times and may have got kicked out of a few clubs for being rowdy/crazy with my friends and I may have even handed out a couple of smackdowns but I was self-aware and realized that this isn’t cool, like “Ooops, I was such an ass last night, I’m going to tone it down” And I would, I would apologize if I needed to and I wouldn’t make my BF uncomfortable because I loved and repsected him enough to respect myself. And breaking up with a guy is NO excuse. If your ex sees you acting like a drunk skanky mess, all you’re doing is making them even more happy to be rid of you.

A girl can party without having to sacrifice her class…

    • Eleonor says:

I know how guys at that age are, really. I’ve done crazy haircuts, being a drunk mess and a drama queen, but this is not any of that.
Miley isn’t going through any phase, this is all PR.

Ps: in my 20’s my hair were BLUE.

      • pao la says:

My hair was pink! i had the tips dipped in pink dye and i loved it then!! but yeah i am glad i have no evidence of it now

      • Shannon1972 says:

In my 20’s, I had waist length jet black hair with fire engine red “highlights”, then fuscia tips, then I cut it off into a pixie with copper highlights after I decided one night that I absolutely NEEDED bangs right. That. Minute. Good Friends, good weed and handy scissors don’t mix. 😉

We all experimented at that age, it’s to be expected. I’ve been a Miley defender, just because I love a girl who isn’t afraid to be different. But this is even getting to be a bit much for me.

    • Steph says:

Lol, I was waaaaay worse than her in my 20s. Bad, stuff and tons of it. That being said no one ever knew because I was private with stuff that isn’t legal. When you hear someone bragging about it in public you know that they aren’t that into it, lol, or they would know not to talk like that.

    • Becky1 says:

@Miller-I actually mostly agree with your assessment of Miley. I was 20 once, too (way back in the 1990’s…I miss those, days!) and also did a lot of stupid stuff. I am really, really thankful that the internet was in it’s infancy at that point and there was no Facebook, etc. because your mistakes weren’t so public. Up until the last few weeks I sort of had a soft spot for Miley-the crazy hair, her clothes and the pot smoking reminded me of myself to some extent at her age. However, I feel like she’s recently crossed the line from being a kid who’s experimenting to someone who’s behavior and persona is trashy. If she has any common sense, several years from now she will look back at pics of herself with the tongue hanging out, the “We Can’t Stop” video, her Twitter antics, etc. and cringe.

      • Carolyn says:

hehe Liam himself would look at that video and cringe.

We had a 25-year school reunion recently. Eight of the “cool” guys/gals who did pot back then and continued to do so regularly since have significant mental impairment/health issues in their early 40’s. When young, they thought they were invincible. In my eyes, drugs aren’t OK.

  27. choppersann 13 says:

when I was twenty I was serving in the military with my peers and i assure you we weren’t doing coke..idk that I would call this behavior that of the ‘majority’

    • Bijlee says:

Thank you. I’m in college and in my twenties and I’ve never done ANYTHING like this. Mostly because I don’t have a safety net if I get addicted and with my family I fear that addiction to alcohol, pot, coke, whatever. I am addicted to food, but I have no money to buy it when I want so that solves itself.

      • katie says:

um you can’t get addicted to pot. it’s not exactly a gateway drug just fyi

      • Bijlee says:

@katie I know. How many times must people tell me “you know you can’t get addicted to marijuana right?!”

Yes.. Guys I’m well aware of that. But I’m also well aware of my family and my family history and was being very specific to my situtation. We’re unhealthy mentally and we abuse things. You’d better believe if I was a pot smoker I’d just stay stoned all day. I have pot smokers in my family and boy are they the dumbest, most entitled people you’ll ever meet.

I know you can’t get physically addicted to pot, but it’s a habit I don’t want to have because I don’t think I can treat it responsibly. Same with alcohol and cigs and yeah I do think they’re more dangerous then pot blah blah blah. Call me paranoid, but I have no safety net so I’d rather not take the risk at this point in my life. I don’t want to be left always wanting something when i don’t have the means to get it.

      • jwoolman says:

Katie- marijuana isn’t physically addictive, but under the right (wrong?) circumstances some people get “emotionally” addicted. They decide they’d rather go through life stoned, basically. It’s a lot easier on the body than other drugs, especially compared with alcohol. And if used by itself, it does not cause the violent behavior often seen with other drugs (including alcohol), but actually tends to inhibit violent behavior, so it’s safer for the rest of us to be to around a pothead than a drunk. Also the effects wear off much more quickly than for things like alcohol, so you can be good to go the next day. But that doesn’t mean it’s totally harmless. Don’t drive or be responsible for small children under the influence, people.

    • jes_sayin says:

Here we go.. continuing the MYTH of marijuana being “non-addictive”. I’ve seen people addicted to it first hand, umpteen times… where do you think the term ‘pot-head’ comes from??

Just google it.. marijuana withdrawal is terrible.. and 70% of users relapse to escape the withdrawal symptoms. It’s a drug. Just like alcohol or coke, etc.

Also, ask any rehabbed addict- it’s usually the one vice they DO NOT want to give up.

  28. Enzo says:

That old MAD Tv skit about her (Hannah Montana partying wit Diddy and Amy Winehouse- shocking back then) turns out to be visionary :/

  29. Jayna says:

I still find her uninteresting, not worthy of all this gossip coverage. She’s put out mediocre music for a while. She’s not sexy but tries so very hard to be edgy. Her big fake teeth are annoying. Where is the interest in her?

This is what the music field is down to in this decade gossipwise, following Miley and Bieber as our popstars who are edgy and of interest with their antics? Dear God, help me. Give me a real, edgy, popstar that puts out good music and acts out at times to gossip about, not these two generics.

    Facepalm.

  30. Ginger says:

Wow…she is so young and such a pretty girl. I hope this story isn’t true but I have a feeling there’s more than a ring of truth to it. Hopefully this is just a phase.

  31. bujalnorski says:

Dont trust a damn thing this so called “star” magazine presents erroneous information on the daily and this is the same disgusting magazine that had a “reporter” break in to River Phoenix private funeral and took pics of him deceased in his coffin. Star magazine needs to get destroyed period.

  32. Asdfg says:

Well that explains her weight loss and Rihanna wanna-be make over.

    I can believe it.

  33. scully says:

I find it so frustrating when tabloids run stories of this nature about how ‘shocked’ someone claims to be that they saw some celebrity snorting coke. Yes, doing it off a toilet is both gross and cliche, and I’m certainly not trying to defend Miley or condone her behaviour, but this was a major star-studded party – a fashion party no less – of course there are going to be people there doing coke. As KayMary said, the list of stars not doing drugs like coke would be a heck of a lot shorter than a list of those who do.

  34. lisa says:

she’s not even fun to dislike

  35. Gia says:

Please…a fashion party. Who wasn’t doing coke??? It’s practically a requirement to get in!

Door Man: “ma’am, do you have your 8 ball? If not, i’m afraid we can’t let you in. Oh, you do? Excellent! Please do not leave your purse unattended. We are not responsible for lost or stolen narcotics. Enjoy your evening”

  36. Anastasia Beaverhausen says:

I find this really hard to believe. If its true, why print it now? Would it have come out if she hasn’t made that comment about being high all the time.
And for the people who easily believe this and are now team Liam…-_-

    • Nina W says:

Why is this less believable than the ludicrous gossip about Liam cheating on her? I’m curious. Both stories seem very fake to me, from questionable sources.

  37. Dommy Dearest says:

Like I said in the post yesterday. Her behavior is much more that of a person snorting cocaine. Not smoking marijuana. And that goes for the rest of the ‘pot’ smoking young celebrities. Now, can we stop associating marijuana with their idiotic behavior?

  38. Dedrie says:

    She’s so teh roxxorz 1337 HiGh! w00t! H8tardz!

  39. Lexi says:

    She like drugs!!!

  40. ParisPucker says:

I don’t usually use this term for females, but she’s an epic douche.

  41. Shauna says:

I remember when she was Hannah Montana and thinking there was no way this girl was going down the Disney Path to Destruction (patent pending). I was so very wrong. 🙁

    • Nina W says:

Poor Walt Disney, I don’t think he ever intended for his name to be associated with child celebrity train-wrecks.

    • blaize says:

The only former Disney stars I know of who went down a ‘path of destruction’- meaning DUI, breakdown, jail, rehab, violence, or a suicide attempt- were Lindsay Lohan and Britney Spears. And Britney seems to be recovering from her destruction.

I guess you could also count Demi Lovato and Christina Aguilera, since Demi was cutting, had an eating disorder, and assaulted someone, and Christina was binge-drinking in 2011 and some of 2012, but they seem to have pulled themselves together quickly, unlike Lilo. Plus, Christina’s drinking didn’t seem to be related to Disney at all. If a person is mentally ill, can we really blame their problems on Disney? There are plenty of non-Disney stars who get into those same types of trouble and there are plenty of Disney stars who didn’t. We don’t know about Miley yet- so far all we know for a fact is that she smokes weed.

To some people, the clothing choices (and lack thereof) of former Disney stars is ‘problematic’ and is a ‘path of destruction’. I totally disagree. This is the 21st century, a person has the right to do whatever they please with their physical appearance, and the sight of the human body never hurt anyone. Are we still scandalized, angered, and disgusted by the sight of the bare human form in 2013?

  42. janie says:

She wants to be Rihanna that is very clear. Instead she is tacky & trashy. I don’t like in ur face singers, actors that try so hard. It comes across as insecure. I think that’s whats really going on with her.

  43. grabbyhands says:

OH GOD, STOP WITH THE TONGUE! IT’S NOT SEXY.

    Stop embarrassing yourself.

  44. c says:

miley and the biebs trying to out-douche each other.

  45. skipper says:

Miley, put your tongue away before I CUT IT OFF!

  46. Original me says:

I don’t understand why someone with all the money in the world to afford the best and most flattering clothes, shoes, hair, and makeup chooses to look so insanely ugly. Miley Cyrus is not attractive to begin with and the orange lipstick isnt’ doing her any favors. Every stupid Disney princess has to go though a bad girl phase and it’s so boring. Sorry, but MC is just gross and unattractive. I tend not to critique people’s looks because let’s face it, they were born with their looks, but she is doing nothing to make herself look good. She is just ugly ugly ugly!

    • AustinMJ says:

I gotta disagree with you there. She is a beautiful girl. But this look is hopefully one she will look back on and cringe. (80s anyone? you know you’ve been there)

      • Shannon1972 says:

All my kids need to do is pull out my junior prom photo. I’m a jersey girl, so Aqua Net was my best friend and my hair didn’t fit in the photo. Instant cringe.
I still think wearing three mens swatch watches on my ankle was cool though. 😉

    • Itsa Reallyme says:

I don’t usually talk looks either because you can’t help what you’re born with. However, she desperately needs a stylist. She shouldn’t be drawing attention to her mouth. It’s not her best feature so she should be wearing a much more neutral lip. She really needs a style overhaul.

  47. AustinMJ says:

Im NOT liking her “thug gangster” look. She actually has talent. I hope this is a short phase thing happening and she doesnt waste it.

  48. AustinMJ says:

Cocaine = tongue on numb teeth

  49. TOPgirl says:

    Miley’s the white Rihanna. LOL!

  50. El says:

Surely almost all celebrity types do coke or have done. Plenty of regular people do too.
What I hate is the horrible industry behind it, the gangs and trafficking and murder etc

    • Nina W says:

Making drugs illegal finances criminal organizations. Prohibition does not work.

  51. rudy says:

Of course Miley is doing drugs. Just look at two photos of her only a few years apart. She is an addict and it is not at all funny.

Completely and totally believeable that people do drugs at the Met. It doesn’t even have to be a Gala. Whether you are famous, poor, young, depressed or a billionaire, drugs are all around us all the time.

What is very very sad is how her family and agents, publicists, marketers, friends, all enable her addiction. She is out of control and will end up in a very bad place if someone does not help this poor girl out. She is just a kid. She thinks, like we all did, that it all doesn’t matter at that age. That we are invincible while in our 20’s.

Every decision, every broken bone comes back to haunt. Someone in Miley’s life needs to buck up and stand up to the money grubbers and get her in rehab. Right now. Like yesterday.

  52. Camille (TheOriginal) says:

    I believe it.

  53. jwoolman says:

This may sound heretical – but is The Star really all that well known for being right about things? What’s their track record? And for those convinced that where there’s smoke there’s fire- hope you never run into a true pathological liar. I have, and one of them literally made up stories about me that were completely baseless and spread the false stories around. Caused me a huge amount of trouble, and I had done absolutely nothing that would have caused anybody rational to leap to such conclusions. Pathological liars really do make things up from nothing, and count on people assuming such things wouldn’t be said if they weren’t at least partially true.

  54. kim says:

Half of me thinks is a made up story like a ” justin bieber is so manly/hard ass yo! “While the other half believes kiddie bitch be dumb.

I think justin and miley would be cute together. Both try too hard and need to slow their rolls-they reek of desperation -not weed.

    ; P

  55. Ray says:

No wonder Liam got with January Jones.
Unlike Amanda Bynes and LiLo, I feel like this isn’t even the pressure of a child star making her persue this lifestyle, she just wants to be ‘cool and edgy’. It’s so try hard it’s painful to watch

  56. Jenny says:

Molly(pure MDMA) is a white powder. A lot of people snort it. Others put it in clear capsules. I wish the people writing this blog either a)learned more about the drugs they’re speculating about or b)didn’t speculate about said drugs.

To the people above who say she’s acting like she’s on coke, that’s totally possible. She could easily also be on molly or nothing. Or be bipolar. Or all three!

  57. Rudi says:

    stupid fug

  58. aquarius64 says:

Let’s see how Miley thinks doing weed is cool if the cops stop her and find her riding dirty. She’ll go into Disney princess mode the moment her Miranda Rights are read when she’s charged with possession. Larry Rudolph will go 0 to 60 in damage control mode because Miley needs the PARENTS of her tween/teen fan base to fork out the money to buy her music. They would shut her down as soon as her mug shot is released.

  59. Thora says:

If there was no prohibition people wouldn’t have to use in toilets. Boo prohibition boo.

  60. JGL says:

Anyone notice the similarity in the side-by-side posts of Miley Cyrus & Iggy Pop.

    P.S. I am talking about the tongue-popping. It’s uncanny

  61. idk says:

This story is completely false. Where is the video evidence? Pretty much everyone has a phone, someone would have recorded this and sold it for A LOT of money. I call bogus !

  62. nick says:

She’s 20, in the music biz, and does coke. Big shocker. most of them seem to do it even though it is illegal. I don’t do drugs, but those who do, I don’t judge them.

  63. Claudia says:

Miley does not have a good singing voice, and she has no range to speak of. I know a lot of you point to her rendition of “Jolene” as evidence of her ability, but I watched it and was unimpressed. The new song she has out is so generic.

  64. blaize says:

Part of me wouldn’t be surprised if Miley Cyrus has tried something other than weed, but I don’t buy THIS particular story because:

    1. It’s Star magazine. Star magazine has a reputation for being a dishonest, catty, ‘I don’t like this person so I’ll spread some rumor about her’ tabloid.

    2. The met gala was in March or April. It’s almost July now. If this story were true, why did the ‘sources’ wait so long to reveal it? They would have been eager to tell a story like this right away if it were true.

    3. The timing is too predictable. Just this month, she released a song with a reference to smoking a line in the bathroom (which I bet has more to do with her attempting to make an ‘edgy’, rebellious, controversial song than her actually regularly using coke). I predicted that some tabloid would run a story like this after that.

  65. Dedrie says:

She’s on a learning journey.. took a pit stop..
