Teresa Giudice celebrates her indictment with a family beach day

Teresa Giudice and her husband Joe are pretty much shameless. That’s how they defrauded investors of millions, that’s how they lied and falsified documents to obtain loans, and that’s how they got famous. That’s also how they’re now facing 39 charges of federal fraud and decades of prison time. So it’s pretty much expected that Teresa will continue her promotional duties as if everything is fine, and that she’ll continue to promote her “happy family” image. Teresa posted a bunch of photos to Instagram yesterday documenting her family’s beach outing. Teresa probably realized that she was rubbing her $500,000k freedom in prosecutor’s faces, and I would guess that she got a call from her lawyer. The photos were deleted from her Instagram account afterwards. The Daily Mail has preserved them for our posterity. Starcasm reports that Teresa was in the Hamptons with former co-star, Dina Manzo.

Nice, huh? Look at how much jewelry this woman wears on the beach. People are wondering whether Teresa is sucking up to her mafioso husband so that he takes the fall for her and she gets less time. That’s exactly what’s happening, according to a source who spoke to Radar Online. They say she doesn’t give a crap about the indictment, and clearly she doesn’t.

Despite the reality that she could lose it all, “Teresa doesn’t give a f**k,” a source close to her told RadarOnline.com in an exclusive interview.

“She knew the indictment was coming down. She knew it before the show even started, she just didn’t know when it would happen.”

As RadarOnline.com exclusively reported, 41-year-old Teresa even attended an event in New York on Thursday night, just two days after appearing in court and having to plonk down a $500,000 bond.

She brushed off the drama, telling a photographer: “You can’t stop living!”

As for the legal woes, the source said Teresa isn’t in panic mode — at all.

“Look at her, she was sitting on the beach after the news broke,” the insider said about her “laissez-faire” attitude.

“She has watched how Joe’s fraud case and been pushed back for months and months and she is telling people that she believes that is going to happen with this case too.

“Teresa doesn’t think she’s going to go to jail. Joe is going to take the fall for everything and Teresa knows it.”

The source said Teresa and Joe are counting on the legal system’s slow process being in their favor.

Noted the source: “They know this is going to get dragged out for a really long time and they’re happy about that.”

So while the government is shoring up their case against these people they’re still living large on all the money they money they stole. The NY Daily News has a new story about how the Giudices built an illusion of being rich. They used to live in a small house on the Jersey Shore, but when Teresa got on the Real Housewives they started to borrow and scam in order to flaunt a lifestyle they couldn’t afford. That’s when they built their gaudy mcmansion and furnished it with mahogany, onyx and marble. Radar has a new slideshow of some of the Giudice’s most outrageous quotes, and this one from Joe really stood out. He said “If we lived in the inner city and didn’t have a big house, we wouldn’t be on the show.” So it’s all the show’s fault then?

Man – I hate these people

    • Belle Epoch says:

They cheated a lot of hardworking people when they declared “bankruptcy”! Think of all the carpenters, painters, furniture stores, and other services (remember the handmade Halloween costumes?) that were never paid for while they continued to live the high life. Lock them up!!!

      • Poink517 says:

Makes me sick. I’ve said it before and ill say it again – they are either sociopaths or narcissists. Something just isn’t right with these people.

      • Stubbylove says:

Totally. Denial ain’t just a river in Egypt.

  2. neelyo says:

Throw the book at both of these chiselers!

  3. Side-Eye says:

I could care less about this non-factor missing link and her Kerchack looking husband, but their daughter(?) is gorgeous! Where in the hell did *that* come from?

    • Bernice says:

Daughter looks just like the mom. Adorably cute now but maybe not so much in 30 years….

  4. Virgilia Coriolanus says:

These people have no shame at all, do they? I just feel really bad for their kids. From what little I have read, my impression is that the majority of their close family members are involved in some shady shit, just like their parents. I hope they’ve got someone who can take care of them properly. I hope they don’t have to go into foster care or anything like that. God, I feel so bad for them. I may get annoyed with my parents, but they’re good parents. Not shitty ones like these people right here.

  5. Samanthalous says:

please make an example of these people

    • John Wayne Lives says:

this. i feel bad for the kids, but they’re awful, awful people. maybe they should have given their kids a real life instead of a life style

  6. Iggles says:

Meh.. She’s right. Life goes on, whether your indicted for tax fraud or not. This may be the last summer their kids have with their dad around, here in the US. So they went to the beach. I’m not worked up over that.

As for Teresa’s denial.. Not everyone breaks down for all eyes to see. People often put on a brave face in public when they’re actually stressed, scared, and worried in private. Her public persona has always been, “everything’s fine”. Not surprised she’s dealing with it in her default manner.

They’re facing serious charges and by all accounts seem guilty. It won’t come up all roses. But until they are sentenced, I doubt we will see the Guidices crying in public.. Now if it was Joe Gorga he would have been bawling like a baby already! Lol.

    • lana86 says:

agree…sure, they are criminals and have no taste, but i dont have personal hatred for them. Funny, but i like their shamelessness in a way) At least they dont pretend to be anything else, dont issue fake apologies etc)

  7. ChocoChipDstryr says:

    I want their pre-Housewives house.

    • Jen34 says:

I agree. That is one sweet beach house.

    • emmie_a says:

It’s a cute beach house… But look at those huge ass planters in front of the house. Of course they had to find a way to bling out a quaint beach house.

      • Jane says:

I noticed the planters too. And I think the slanted roof is weird Feng shui somehow related to Teresa’s hairline.
He blames the show, I blame the gym. There’s a big wall of tvs and when I’m suffering on the elliptical, somehow I end up watching the bravo bling stuff to take my mind off The workout.

  8. chloe says:

I would have to think the judge will look at all of their activities when deciding on a judgement and I think flaunting a Hampton vacation that you obviously can’t afford the week after you get charged will not help your case. I understand wanting to spend time with your children, but you could go to a more discreet location and not publicize it, of course there is nothing discreet about these people. I think she will completely throw her hubby under the bus if it get’s her out of jail.

    • laurmail.com says:

She best get same as him.I’ve watched this since start.her children are sayen horrible things.only learned by parent.thinks her kids are modles.they are spoiled brats!! Just see how rude they are to grown ups.sickening!!!

  9. Kiddo says:

Hasn’t the NJ shore suffered enough with Sandy?

  10. TG says:

I have never watched their show see enough clips on The Soup and other sites to know that all these people do is fight. Anyway, why would they give their strategy away to RadarOnline? You aren’t supposed to tell the Feds you know the case will drag I. For years and that your husband will take the fall. On the other hand I am having trouble understanding exactly what they are guilty of other than hidi g their income in a bankruptcy case. I guess I don’t care of people lie on theirs ethane application just so long as they can actually afford the mortgage. People keep saying they are broke but if so how are they affording everything? I don’t get it? There is no way I could fake it since I don’t have any money to fake it.

    • KWM says:

The 39 counts, include mail & wire fraud
Bank Fraud, Loan application fraud, Bankruptcy fraud, bankruptcy fraud concealment, bankruptcy fraud-giving false oaths, false declarations, failure to make tax returns, falsifying W2s.

Basically what they did is they created dummy corporations and did up false W2s, showing they made thousands and thousands and thousands of dollars a month and then coupled that with the fax tax documents, to get loans, knowing that they would then just declare bankruptcy and be done with it.

Another thing, Teresa likes to say she withdrew the bankruptcy, when in fact it was denied (because of the lies) and it was the Bankruptcy Court Trustee who then began working with the Feds to build the case against these two.

    • holly hobby says:

Bankruptcy fraud is a big deal. There are many cases where people give away assets (houses, cars, jewelry) to relatives and then file for bankruptcy to squelch on their monetary obligations.

Once the trustee sniffs out that you are hiding assets, they’ll come after you with a prison sentence. Hiding assets in a bankruptcy case is akin to not filing your taxes!

  11. Talie says:

Joe’s been desperately trying to change his persona on the show this season, too, probably on the advice of his attorney’s… but he can’t control his homophobia more than anything.

    • Masque says:

Joe is homophic? That’s funny because something about him pings my gaydar.

    • Glaughy says:

Joe may be a lot of things, but I doubt he’s actually homophobic. He used the word ‘gay’ a few times as a casual insult on the show, and it was overblown IMO. A LOT of people do, especially men like him, and I’m not saying it’s correct or okay, but it really doesn’t mean he hates gay people.

  12. Sabrine says:

    Scary looking.

  13. Sam says:

There have been stories about their terrible money skills since the show started, so I doubt any of this is new info. In my experience, white collar prosecutions take a long time – the feds usually proceed slowly and amass a good deal of evidence before they even get an indictment. If she’s being charged with that many things, they likely have good evidence. Personally, I think we might see a plea from her. Expect her to play up the whole “I’m a mother of 4 and I can’t go to jail, where will my kids be without me” card. It tends to work every time.

    • KWM says:

Used to work, Lauren Hill is sitting in jail for a lot less than what Teresa is charged for.

They may let Teresa server her time and then Joe, so that there is a parent at home, as that has been done in the past.

  14. emmie_a says:

I’m not 100% sure but I don’t think her husband can take the fall for her. I think because her name/signature is on key documents, even if he tries to take all the blame, she is still going to be punished. And quite honestly, the way she blatantly lives w/out guilt or remorse deserves punishment.

  15. IWantToLiveInNew York says:

In nearly every single photo she smiles in a way that makes it look like shes on the loo, bearing down.

  16. Ellie66 says:

I watch the first couple of seasons but after Dannelle left it got boring I thought she was insane but interesting. Hasn’t everyone on that show filied for bankruptcy?

  17. janie says:

These people are shameless! Not only did they make a big splash… Teresa shopped till she dropped while there. This would never happen to 99% of us, but I would have to be on meds just to get out of bed! It’s ridiculous & insulting! Throw both in Fed prison!

  18. UsedToBeLulu says:

Their little girl is seriously gorgeous. As for the rest of the story – Ugh.

  19. Lucy2 says:

Their “beach house” is in my town. I personally think it’s hideous- my guess is that it was a typical old 1 story, and someone who had no idea what they were doing put that ghastly roof line on it.
I don’t watch the show, but I was always under the impression it was a vacation home, never full time residence. It was in foreclosure for a while too, I think.
They cheated so many people, I hope they have to pay.

  20. Kashmira says:

these two nasty’s are the kind that will fall into sh## and come out smelling like a rose. Weather it be Jerky Joe or Terrible Theresa taking the fall one way or the other we already know they will NOT GET anywhere near the punishment they deserve. Leave it to our screwed up legal system to take care of that. Sorry people but this is the reality we live in our so called great country. look at Zimmerman, he got away with murder. I pray for the Martin family.

  21. Frenzy says:

Can’t stand her and that hairline ugh!
