Madonna has taken desperation to a new level in a new photo spread for W Magazine meant to promote her album “Hard Candy.” The CD was released in April, and her tour wrapped at the end of last year, so I’m not
sure why these are coming out now. The 50 year-old singer poses in white string underwear and with a bandage wrapped around her boobs, her nipple visible in one shot. It’s not anything new for Madonna and that’s the problem, she’s been hawking the same bill of goods for over 20 years.
Madonna’s trainer Tracy Anderson is recently quoted as saying Madonna looks 19 and will never get fat. Anderson is known as a notorious con artist in Indiana, where she’s been sued six times for abandoning various health club businesses and for failing to pay multiple suppliers and landlords. She left her husband for a married man she owed tens of thousands to for custom pilates machines, convincing the guy to invest even more in her poorly managed business. The two broke up once Anderson hooked up with Madonna and Paltrow and started tasting fame.
Hopefully the mainstream press will look more closely at this woman now that she’s taking credit for the stick thin figures of the two faux Brit celebrities. Madonna and Gwyneth would surely be starved and toned to perfection no matter who was coaching them. It’s kind of fitting that they’re promoting a con artist, though.

These pictures aren’t cool, nor artistically valid. I don’t find in them any beauty, and she looks so old! In this case some photoshop should have been used, at least around the eyes/mouth! The outfits then..instead of being provocative, are simply awful.

I am a huge Madonna fan. Love her. But this has just got to stop, the sad thing is that she has done this type of thing for the last 20 years. It’s old, and makes her look even older. Nothing makes you look older than trying to look younger it’s like a 40 year old in skateboard clothes. Embrace who you are now, not who you were 15 year ago. There is nothing wrong with getting older and when celebrities and the media get that memo, it will be a good day.

I agree that sometimes the general art direction of her photo shoots seems like she’s trying to hard though. These might have been nicer if there wasn’t such a stretch to be “edgy” and “hard.”

The photos of Madonna in the white g-string and the tan coloured leotard aren’t from the ‘W’ photo shoot, they are outtakes from the Hard Candy photo shoot taken beginning of last year, and they weren’t’ released they were leaked (hence the no airbrushing). She obviously didn’t like the pics and there for didn’t use them. The g-string is a bit much, but other than that she looks hot, and she’s 50! Wow! I would. lol

The story says these photos were leaked, on YouTube there are 1 or 2 of the full body shots that are supposedly not un-Photoshopped. From my looking at both, these seem to be the Photoshopped ones. Actually, who cares–she should just keep the clothes on and take some of the makeup off. Doesn’t Kabballah teach about inner beauty too??
The pictures are terrible. She looks washed out and old. Aging can and should be done gracefully and Madonna has totally missed that point.
