For whatever reason, there about 20 million Kanye West and Kim Kardashian stories percolating through the interwebs today, so I apologize for having two Kimye stories today, but it could not be avoided. Some of the stories are merely follow-ups to Kanye West’s alleged assault of an alleged racist d-bag. Some of the stories don’t have much to do with anything. Let’s break it down:
*Kim basically told TMZ her side of the story (although TMZ is still going with “sources familiar”), and she’s saying that the kid screamed “I will kill you, slut” at her and the kid dropped some n-bombs too. Kim is filing her own police report about the situation to counteract the current investigation Kanye is facing for criminal battery. TMZ seems to think that Kanye is in big trouble, but I’m still not seeing it. If Chris Brown is still out in the world, why would Kanye be in big trouble?
*TMZ finally got their hands of some paparazzi video of the 18-year-old kid talking to Kim outside of the medical building. You can see the video here.
*Page Six says Kanye had lunch with Anna Wintour at the Beverly Hills Hotel a few days ago. A source claims: “They were in a corner booth, very intense. He was talking nonstop. She did not get a word in edgewise.” Apparently, Kanye is still trying to convince Wintour to put Kim on the cover of Vogue. Stay strong, Anna.
*Kanye thinks Beyonce STOLE his concept of a “visual album” with her latest album release. A source told Radar: “Kanye is feeling really defeated over Beyonce’s album doing so well. He wanted to do a visual album for his ‘Dark Twisted Fantasies’ album, but everyone around him convinced him it wouldn’t work. That’s why he ended up doing one long movie to go with it [the 35-minute short film, ‘Runaway’].” Apparently, Kanye isn’t pitching a fit about it though, because “he needs to stay on good terms with Jay Z.” Plus, he wants to do something to eclipse Beyonce.
*Beyonce’s Bey-hive has been trolling Kim because Kim has been Single-White-Female-ing Beyonce. Kim copies everything about Beyonce and Kim has even posted Beyonce lyrics to her Instagram or something. Anyway, Bey’s stans are watching, Kim.

She’s already changing her story? Now apparently this kid threatened to kill her? Kim, is are DELUSIONAL and need to stop LYING, because she can’t even keep her own lies straight anymore. She should get charged and arrested for giving false information to a police officer / falsifying a police report, this is audacious, asinine, and immature. She obviously thinks she is invincible and can lie to make herself look better or to get her way out of any unfavorable situation.
Could this be a stunt orchestrated by PMK and Kim. Maybe they want to get Kanye in trouble so Kim has a legit reason to not marry him? Kanye’s violent history will come in handy during child custody hearings. Either that, or that teen has mental issues. Who out of the blue would just decide to say such disgusting things like that? Also, the fact that Kanye was able to show up within minutes, that seems fishy. Not to mention the teen stuck around. There must be a number of witnesses. I don’t know, it’s just very bizarre. How appropriate this happens just as their new season is starting.

good. she should press charges against him. sure, violence isn’t the answer but i still think that the things that kid said to kim was worse than kanye decking him. getting punched is traumatic, but words are scarring and can stick with you forever. i read somewhere in the radar comments that the kid was exercising his right to free speech, but that’s tantamount to saying bullies are doing the same thing. what this kid said was abusive and offensive.
If he did threatened why not call the police or her own security instead of Kanye’s wimpy behind. This is PR all over it. She wants to steal the golden globes limelight after not inviting them.

This was the only non-Globes story that came out yesterday in full detail. (Ever since that Aubry Thanksgiving incident I always side-eye these super detailed TMZ reports that pop up instantly after something happens.) And by fully detailed I mean TMZ had a bunch of details that barely added up (like the guy turning on a dime to verbally attack her when she criticizes him), with the emphasis on what the kid allegedly did/said quoted as fact, but not including the death threats. The fact that the guy seems to have just been sitting, as if waiting for Kanye to come punch him, and the fact that Kayne seems to have gone up to the guy after the incident to punch him, is just kinda’ glossed over in two sentences. Btw, if any of this is actually true, real smart and mature move confronting and getting physical with someone who’s threatening and must be clearly messed up. Kim loves to be a victim (hence the deny about photoshopping, whining about fat-shaming, North’s eyebrows, etc.,). I honestly wouldn’t be shocked if this whole thing was a set up, and/or these lawsuits–conveniently and–simply cancel each other out. So nothing will actually come of any of this. If Kim’s “plan” to even file a report actually happens.
Would you follow someone who has threatened your life? Would you call your boyfriend and then hunt him down? or would you immediately leave the building and go back to the parking lot crowded with the paps who you called?
And sorry, but adults need to be able to handle strong words, and act appropriately. She followed the guy to scream “we have it all on tape” to him. Doesn’t sound like a woman who felt the least bit threatened.

I will add that America is a society that values free speech. There are certain limitations including making an imminent threat on someone’s life, but that’s just not the case with this kid & Kim. Kim never felt threatened and a reasonable person in her position would not have felt physically threatened. This was an attention seeking ploy by both parties. The kid felt disrespected, so he verbally disrespected Kim.
Kanye took it to another level. Physical violence is never an appropriate response to mere words. No matter how rude the words are, no matter how disrespectful. Never will be. Not legally, no way, no how.

No, I think Kanye was angry that the paps were there, and he didn’t like this young kid hanging around, so he did what he always does, he reacted with violence. Now they are making up a story to cover for his violent outburst.

I agree. I don’t get it. TMZ’s OG report made it totally racial to me. Now TMZ’s emphasizing that he called her a slut and they’ve added in the death threats. Being called a slut is terrible and that was included in the original report. But the misogyny wasn’t attached to a death threat. Yesterday they made it seem like this happened as he was helping her enter the building. They also said Kim watched the guy walk into the office, yet called Kanye and was close enough (in the same room?) to the 18 yr old that Kanye heard the slurs he was screaming. The tale made no sense and it’s already changing. I’m waiting for these “sources” to explain why Kim called Kanye in the middle of that if it was so bad. And why they, or other people in that office, didn’t call the cops if he was threatening her and yelling (he’s screaming in every version). Did anyone even ask the guy to leave? This just reeks to me. And it reeks of PMK especially. It seems like a cover up or stunt. And none of these versions sources are giving to TMZ justify Kanye coming in after the fact and hitting the guy.

Because I deleted a sentence from my entry without editing the rest and what I meant was in contrasting the two versions of this story that we’ve gotten from TMZ the part where he allegedly said slut was attached to a racial epithet yesterday and now out of nowhere it’s attached to the death threat that wasn’t at all included in the original story. I included X17’s video to show another example of nothing happening and this story not making any sense the way it’s being told to us so far. Especially since every version I’ve heard has the guy being a loony and screaming like a banshee.

This is a legal question. Does someone have the right to stand in your face and yell whatever they want to at you? I’m not saying that’s what happened at all, I’m just curious about it. Does there come a point when I can use physical force to make you leave me alone, or do you have to touch me before that’s legal? Anyone know?
I don’t have a legal answer, but your question brings to mind a situation that happened to a co-worker several years ago. My co-worker was walking down the street during her lunch break, and said hello as a local businessman (who is black) walked by.
Moments later, a man who wandered the streets almost daily began to yell at her and follow her (chasing her at one point). What he angrily said was very similar to what is being reported here. She quickly circled back to our building and her boss called police. The yelling man did not enter the building, so all of this happened on the street. The police claimed they could do nothing. The guy had done similar things to others, but yet they could place no charges. (As a disclaimer, my co-worker was not known to be a drama queen and did not have a show to promote.)
While there is such a thing as freedom of speech, it is not an uncompromising right without derogations. Hate speech for example cannot be excused as “freedom of speech” so the use of n-word is not really defended under freedom of speech. Furthermore freedom of speech generally only defends political opinion, I don’t see how “i’m going to kill you slut” is an opinion when it is a sentence that expresses an intention of a certain action.

I talked about this in the other article on here. He said absolutely NOTHING threatening–he was just trying to garner attention for himself by asking the paps to leave Kim alone. You can see the video on TMZ.
It’s ridiculous! He made a comment about her having to deal with the paps every day and then they both disappear into the building! There was NOTHING bad about it! Like wtf? There was also another woman holding the door open, so that means there were other people inside when this all went down. Why have none of those people spoken out (or at the very least, the one woman in the video) about this and whether this actually happened???
Edit: TMZ is just awful. “Alleged Victim’s Bizarre Behaviour Before Attack” is the headline for the video. What on earth was bizarre about his behaviour??? Did I miss or not hear something in that video??? Does TMZ think we are stupid? All I could hear was someone (I’m assuming the 18 year old) saying “let her go, let her go”.
The kid was acting a little goofy in front of the paparazzi. If you’re not used to having photographers around you, and you’re 18 years old, you may do something silly. I’m not seeing this kid all of a sudden going into a psychotic racist rampage, and if he did then he’s clearly unstable and likely manic. I’m not getting an unstable vibe from this guy in any of the before or after pictures. It’s much more believable to me that this is a publicity ploy. I hope it backfires terribly.

I wonder if the teen really knew much about Kim. Otherwise, he would know that she lives for the paps and for attention. If there were no paps there, it would put her into shock. I’m almost positive that 90% of Kim’s story to TMZ is a lie. With all of the photographers and video being shot, how has NO ONE produced any evidence that this guy used any racial slur or acted in a way that is threatening? If it is (yet another) lie from these scumbags, I hope the guy sues the shit out of them for slander and decimation of charactor. If the guy did use racial slurs at Kim/Kanye, then obvious he’s a d-bag, but you can’t just assault people who say things you don’t like. I would have to assume that the threats on her life were false otherwise why wasn’t that part of the story from the beginning. And unless the guy is mentally unstable, who just goes around shouting things like that to another person? If it’s not on camera I doubt it happened myself – certainly not the way they’re claiming it did.
This story seems like it’s supposed to drum up sympathy for the two people in the world who deserve it the least. This is probably a plan by Kimye to get people to stop talking about Kim photoshopping her ass selfies.

This is a publicity stunt just so she can have more attention then then the stars and winners of the Golden Globes. She is probably angry because no one invited her to the GG. Why would they anways? Also, her popularity is down the drains, so she needs something to get back in the news rights?
She is photographed every single day doing useless things but there are zero paparazzi photos of this incident? And that video shows a completely different story then the one she is telling about. This woman and her family are a bunch of lowly, small-minded, pathetic and lying people. Do not believe a word that comes out of their mouths.
And Anna Wintour doesn’t reward people who behave badly in public with Vouge covers. Yet alone talentless, useless Zzzz listers like Kim or any of her family.

I don’t understand. So Kanye walks into the building, punches person few times and then leaves, right? There were witnesses to it. Why he is not arrested? And then Kim files police report on the person that was beaten up by Kanye? Bringing race card? If that wasn’t caught on camera then how we know that this is true at all? Kim is a famous liar.
So it means that any strong man can just walk into Kanye, punch him few times, say that Kanye called his wife “white monkey” and then his wife will file police report on Kanye, saying that he threatened to kill her? And her husband will be totally forgiven and won’t be charged in anything? Great idea. Will it work with Beiber too? Like some black man can just beat him up on the street and then bring race card and say that Justin called his wife N word? Something tells me that it will not work and that man would be arrested, you know.
So again – why Kanye was not arrested five minutes after he beat up random person? Also – can you imagine if that would be white celebrity? Some white famous actor or musician would come and beat up random black kid? Internet and media would explode and turn this into huge racism scandal. And would call that actor crazy hateful racist who hates black people. But somehow it’s totally fine when powerful black celebrity beats up ordinary white kid…. No one sees here racism…
