Rita Ora scored a few points on last night’s Grammys red carpet by eschewing her usual full-on gown in favor of a short and funky dress. Rita wore an absinthe-colored Lanvin dress to bring the shine. She kept things fairly simple (for her), but I would have loved for Rita to have worn some really cool shoes to match. The dress also bunches up in weird places, but that may have been part of the design.

If the look seemed underdone, Rita has an excuse. She flew in at the last minute from the 50 Shades shoot, and she’s super busy juggling both acting and music right now. She was there to have fun, and her look worked for the most part. This could have been an amazing dress in another color. Rita posed with her boyfriend, Calvin Harris, who looked slightly out of place at the event.

Kelly Osbourne brought her rock-brat attitude aplenty in a caped Badgley Mischka dress. The bejeweled shoulder pads are the epitome of bad taste. She tried to have a little fun by showing us a cross dangling against her bare back, but this look cannot be redeemed. That purple hair looks like a wig at this point too.

Guiliana Rancic wore an orange Alex Perry dress. I’m not sure what’s going on with Guiliana lately. She never really hits it out of the style park, but her looks this awards season have been rather drab. Even with a bright orange dress, Guiliana looks depressed and like she doesn’t care. I want to give her a hug, but then she’d probably make fun of my clothes.

Ciara was full of joy while bellycupping in a bronze-colored Emilio Pucci gown. This dress was way too much with all of its embellishments. I get that it’s hard to dress up a bump, but this gown is almost blinding on its own. Throw in that messy hair and she looks a hot mess.
