Yes! Finally, something he can’t argue his way out of jail for! Joe Francis is being indicted for tax evasion, having illegally deducted more than $20 million. Francis better go to Walmart and buy that soap on a rope:
According to a two count indictment filed in U.S. District Court in Reno, Nevada, Francis, 34, sought to conceal income through the use of offshore companies and nominees. At one point, he transferred $15 million from one offshore bank account to a California brokerage account in the name of a Cayman Islands corporation he controlled. If convicted of the federal charges, he faces a maximum of 10 years in prison and fines of up to $500,000. Francis was arrested yesterday on an unrelated federal warrant stemming from a civil lawsuit brought against him by seven underage women who were filmed by “Girls Gone Wild” cameramen in Florida in 2003.

I really hope someone puts this man in jail for a long time, even if it is for a b.s. reason like having his accountant write a total work of fiction and submit it to the IRS. Wasn’t tax evasion the reason Al Capone went down in in the end? Francis obviously hasn’t learned that nothing is certain but death and taxes.

I’m really getting tired of seeing his beaming face everywhere, showing off his reworked teeth. If I have to see his nasty fat rapist misogynist mug, I’d much prefer it wearing a very distressed look, like maybe crying or black and blue.

If these charges are true – he will see some prison time. The Feds don’t care how big of a profile person you are, they don’t like people who evade paying taxes… This is about the only thing where everyone is treated equally under the law.

I think that he should be allowed to take Paris, Nicole, and Snoop to prison with him. He can trade them around for goods and services like boxes of cigarettes. It would revitalize the prison economy and be just like any regular day of sluttin’ around for his “bitches.”

I saw him crying on the news. Well I am sure those 17 yrs did their share of crying too. I am proud of the feds if they get him on taxes. He needs to be put behind bars so he can continue to cry. He said he is on a vacation now.
