Kim Kardashian shows off her ‘seven pound weight loss’ in a fancy girdle: ugh?

Kim Kardashian posted this ^^ on her Instagram yesterday. She’s “waist training” and showing off her “seven-pound weight loss” (which is by her count). If I’m remembering correctly, a lot of Hollywood women do the “waist training” thing, especially after a pregnancy. Jessica Alba has said that she lives in a girdle post-pregnancy and that’s basically what this is on Kim – a fancy girdle or corset. But in the modern age, we’re supposed to call it a Whats a Waist device (according to Us Weekly) which costs $143.50. Sigh… just buy a decent corset.

Kim was also out and about a few nights ago in a really gross cutout jumpsuit. I didn’t even want to cover the photos yesterday – go here to see her ensemble. Whatever is happening to her boobs is NOT RIGHT. A few more things… let’s see… Kim is going to be attending the VMAs on Sunday. She will not be sitting next to Beyonce, but their seats are close enough – go here to see. And In Touch Weekly sent us this story:

Kris Jenner may be responsible for turning Kim Kardashian into reality TV’s biggest star, but In Touch has exclusively learned that Kim is planning to take the lead on a new reality show – without any help from her momager.

In the new issue of In Touch, it’s revealed that Kim will be teaming up with a friend on a new reality show called Young Bosses, featuring up-and coming entrepreneurs. Mrs. West will assume the role of producer, which would normally be Kris’ position.

“Kim has decided that it’s time to begin a new career without being under the thumb of her mother,” a Kardashian insider dishes to In Touch. “Kris built a reality TV empire, and now Kim is planning to do the same — without her mother.”

I can’t imagine that Lucifer’s Homegirl is happy about her most important daughter deciding to leave the pimp’s nest and strike out on her own. Emergency call to Lucifer!!

Kim gets photographed several times a day. Do we really have to keep seeing that disgustingly sheer nude top?

    • minime says:

really! It’s the only question popping in my mind when I see these photos. I already have a startle reaction from it. Why??! Isn’t she surrounded by “fashion specialists”? Can no one tell her how hideous these nude tops, nude dresses, nude-whatever are? They look like what they are/should be: underwear!

      • Booklion says:

I know, the whole nude coloured look is vile on her yet she always wears it. I read an article the other day on another site where it called Kim the modern day fashion icon (WTF, seriously?!?!?!?) and it called Kylie jenner (the 16 year old sister who does nothing but eat lunch, shop and hang out with friends) a fashion designer. I almost cried when i read it. These people contribute nothing to society or to fashion yet we hear about them every single day.

      • Jag says:

I saw something similar about her. They called her a fashion trendsetter with these nude outfits. Ugh!

    • Mischa Jane says:

THANK YOU! That has to be THE most hideous top I’ve ever seen. And she looks terrible in it. And yet she wears it all of the time!!! It totally washes her out and is fugly as fug! Kim, burn that shit, please!

  2. joy says:

I keep hearing lots of mixed reviews on these trainer things. What’s the real story?

    • GoodNamesAllTaken says:

Yes, I’ve heard they are bad for your internal organs, but I don’t really know.

      • sonalaceae (Nighty) says:

They definitely aren’t good for you… Ask any doctor and they’ll tell not to use it…

      • Bridget says:

I don’t know about the squishing internal organs, but I do know that if you cinch your waist like that you won’t be able to engage your abs at all, resulting in very weak abdominal muscles, which is not only as aesthetically pleasing but ultimately could lead to greater chance of injury as our core provides support for the rest of our lower body.

      • swack says:

Bridget, totally agree with you on the core thing. When I injured my back playing soccer, my PT was not happy with how weak my abs were. It makes a big difference in many things. Anytime you work with a trainer they talk alot about your core and making it strong.

    • lirko says:

I think another potential problem with them is your core muscles can weaken because they’re not being utilized as effectively . I’m guessing this is an official Kimye endorsement?

    • Ag says:

def bad for your internal organs. but since you can’t instagram your suffering, squished ribs, kim doesn’t care.

    • Size Does Matter says:

Is the idea that, if you wear one of those things long enough, eventually your waist will stay smaller when you take it off? Setting aside that it’s bad for your core muscles and maybe your organs, does it actually work? Seems like shenanigans to me.

    • Suzanne says:

I wear one and it helps my posture a lot. And I also feel like it helps with my abs because I’m more aware of them, therefore I’m engaging them more often. But I could see how someone could let the waist trainer do all the “work” and ultimately ruin their core muscles.

    • TheCountess says:

I’ve worn one and that thing gave me a constant upset stomach. So the bright side is that Kim is likely spending some quality time on the toilet 🙂

    • Mina says:

I wear my corset when I need to lose weight quickly. It makes me feel full with little food, and it does wonders for my posture.

Aaaand all the opposite! I actually feel like I’m engaging my abs the whole time I wear it. Plus, I work out a lot, so it’s no problem for me.

But it is one of my best kept secrets and I get a little jealous whenever waist-training comes up in popular media.

So, yeah, don’t do it, you guys!!!!!! It’s totally bad for you. Accept your body as it is and blah blah.
      *hides away her 23-inch waist*

    • rainbowsandshit says:

I wore a back brace for scoliosis from the age of 14 through to 17. It was shaped like a corset and was really tight, but made of hard plastic and foam. I wore that thing 23 hours a day. The idea behind it was to hold my spine straight so it doesn’t grow curved and you don’t slouch. A HUGE benefit was that I now (my 40s) have a great waist shape and flat belly, even after kids. The negative was that my hips didn’t expand enough during my growing years and childbirth was a problem, and that I was told by my doctor that for the rest of my life I have to concentrate on ab workouts to strengthen my core because the muscles relied on the brace. You don’t have to worry about internal organs, they sort themselves out. I have never been tempted to wear one of those corsets though – I keep getting horrible flashbacks of my nerdy back brace wearing days!!

  3. JessSaysNo says:

Very ugh. I’m starting to believe her narcissism is becoming an illness. She looks like a deformed robot.

    • Jules says:

It is, called narcissistic personality disorder.

      • Mrs. Wellen Melon says:

Agreed. I am starting to feel a little ooky about reading about this woman who is so obviously not well.

      • Chris says:

I’m fed up with every single crappy personality trait being classed as a medical disorder!
If you do have this so-called ‘narcissistic disorder’, even as a vain b#tch you can surely overcome it, the first step being abandoning ruddy selfies.

    • Dawn says:

I think that narcissism is a part of being a sociopath. I think Kim is a sociopath and reads about herself on these boards to sort of learn how she should be acting and takes her queues from that. She certainly uses her daughter in that way. I learned a lot about sociopaths the summer I lived with one but I had known her since we were 13. Really I don’t believe Kim can feel shame or empathy or anything that is not directly related to her being. I think Kanye West has narcissistic personality disorder and therefore can’t see anyone being able to pull the wool over his eyes so to speak. But when all is said and done they have both are off in their personalities. Maybe their marriage will last because of it.

  4. Josefa says:

Ugh indeed. I can’t at that look.

  5. Hissyfit says:

Except for that alien face, her body looks good. Just don’t turn around. I don’t want to see her too big for her body fake ass.

    • Fue McCormick says:

Is she standing in front of a ‘skinny mirror’? No way she’s that thin … well … except for her a$$ which is ridiculously huge.

    • deehunny says:

It’s amazing how fake her breasts look in the jumpsuit cutout thing. You can see indents. I always thought her boobs were more real looking; maybe it’s just the photo.

  6. Syko says:

So that’s another thing I did wrong. I forgot to train my waist. Now it’s all soft and doughy and too old to change its ways now.

  7. eliza says:

That get up with the therapudic boob sling was ill fitting and ridiculous. It looked like her boobs were injured and put in a sling. Kanye hates her because we all know he is behindthe freaky clothes she wears, and only a person who hates another person wouldwant them cconsistently laughed at like Kim is.

  8. Suzanne says:

She knows it appears she has no bra on which is obviously to draw attention to her fake boobs….yet you can see the Spanx line on her upper leg… while she boasts losing 7 lbs. I lose five lbs when I take a fluid pill….what’s the big freaking deal? WTF is this girl trying to prove to the world…and why is she out every single day…parading around with the photographers nearby every time she goes out the door? Who’s minding the baby while she’s posing for photo ops? WHY DOES ANYONE CARE what this woman does, wears, eats, hides, shows or thinks? She offers NOTHING to the world except how Hollywood makes stars out of NOBODY’s….who offer NOTHING but their morphed bodies and faces!

  9. GoodNamesAllTaken says:

I saw a woman yesterday at the grocery store who had, naturally, the body Kim is trying to get artificially. She wasn’t at all wide, and her waist was small and she had the most beautiful, really big, round, full bottom. She was wearing a dress that fit but showed her curves, and she looked so stunning I almost said something to her, but I was afraid she would think it was rude. My point is that we all make fun of Kim’s body shape, but it can be glorious if it’s real and you dress it in a flattering way. But just sticking implants in here, there and everywhere doesn’t work.

    • Ag says:

i agree. while some people get upset that kim gets “body-shamed,” i think it’s only because all her parts are plastic and sillicone, and she lies like crazy about it all. re the way she dresses – it’s a true shame that, with her money, she doesn’t dress for her body. she could afford such gorgeous, flattering clothes.

    • FingerBinger says:

I know a few women with Kim’s shape and they wear clothes that flatter and compliment their body. For whatever reason Kim deliberately dresses in clothes that makes her look like a lumpy Mrs. Potato Head.

  10. cr says:

I like how US says that the jumpsuit shows off her ‘toned stomach’. More likely makeup.
I prefer Tom and Lorenzo’s take on it:
We don’t even know what to say. Is that … nipple makeup? Is she actually wearing a jumpsuit that makes a woman’s entire midsection look like a slowly deflating balloon? And speaking of balloons, how did she get her tits to do that with no visible support? Why does the bust (such as it is) look like it was made out of strips of ripped fabric? Why, God? Why is this happening?

    • LAK says:

OMG you can see the surgical scars of her breast implant OPs in the pics posted to that website.

      • swack says:

I thought (and I could be wrong) that they did the incision under the breast not on top. When my daughter had breast reduction the incision was made under so that it would not be visible.

      • Ag says:

i think that’s make-up. like they put bronzer (?) on her boobs, trying to contour them, and messed up on the top right boob? i’d assume that implants go in either through the armpit or the bellybutton, so that no scars would show.

    • Eleonor says:

And now I’ve discovered my first new favourite internet page “who wore it worst”.
      Thank you.

    • TheOriginalKitten says:

Those pics of Tyra are so amazing. I seriously haven’t laughed that hard in a while.

    • cr says:

I was so distracted by her upper body in this get up that I overlooked how badly the pants fit, especially in the front.
I just don’t understand how she thinks that what she usually wears actually looks good on her.

  11. dorothy says:

Look at me! Look at Me!!! Someone please take note of Kim and validate her by acknowledging how pretty she is. I’ve never seen someone so obviously in need of professional counseling for their low self esteem, tied to their looks than Kim. I’m not sure she’s a narcissist as much as someone that knows no other love than that tied to her weight, her looks, etc…. If it weren’t so irritating it would be truly sad.

  12. Wren33 says:

So what is the deal with Kim’s butt being fake? I hear this stated as true all the time, but has it been confirmed?

    • eliza says:

I am not sure butt, if you have a normal sized booty one day and then some time later that booty is ginormous but the rest of you is still the same size, there has to be something rotten in Denmark. Someone’s booty does not change that drastically unless there is enhancement done to it in my opinion.

    • MonicaQ says:

The in general theory is not that she has implants, it is that she’s had fat from other places in her body and injected into her but much like Blac Chyna–a so called “Brazilian Butt Lift”. If one looks at her on the Simple Life and now, her but is at least 300% bigger (not exaggerating in the least) so something must have been done to it. Most do not assume implants because (supposedly?) she got her butt x-rayed or something to that effect on TV.

Either way, she’s got Fix-a-Flat butt.

    • LAK says:

Google Kim circa 2006 – 7. Plenty of bathing suit shots from behind. She wasn’t flat bottomed, but she also didn’t have a bubble butt.

At this point she’s bigger than JLO and JLO’s butt was only half a size bigger than her own.

  13. Anon says:

I believe she had lipo in Mexico last week and this girdle is part of that. Everything they do is fake and coverup.

  14. Bridget says:

The girdle that Alba was talking about is very different from this one. Many women choose to wear a support directly post-partum as it helps support the drastically weakened abdominal muscles, especially if the mother has had a C-Section, until the mother is able to once again begin core strengthening work. Kim on the other hand isn’t exactly post-partum, and is just trying a shortcut to look thinner.

I can’t believe I have to defend Jessica Alba.

    • word says:

Alba wore hers for 3 months after giving birth. Kim gave birth over a damn year ago. What Alba wore was different, you are right. I’m sure Kim wore that too, as Kourtney was once the spokesperson for that post-partum belly thing.

    • Bamafresh says:

Thank you. This is not for post pregnancy support. Post pregnancy girdles also serve as a compression garmet to aid in the shrinkage of the uterus, but that’s just for the early months after delivery. I lived in such a garmet after 2 C-sections and this is not what Kim is doing.

  15. word says:

Kim tried producing a show for E a few years ago. It got cancelled after a few episodes. The stars of the show were Jonathan Cheban and Simon. Kim has zero personality, she doesn’t have a good work ethic when it comes to REAL WORK. She can get up at 6am to get dolled up, but that’s about it. Let’s be real.

Just last week she tweeted that she embraces her curves, but now she’s doing this? If you’re happy with your curves, why are you trying to lose weight?

God I was hoping she wouldn’t be at the VMA’s. She’s going to try so hard to be seen with Beyonce.

  16. Lis says:

Too bad she doesn’t have anything useful to do with her life besides working on her ‘looks’. Maybe some charity work or a hobby? Maybe learn to read?

How many hours a day can one spend looking in the mirror?? Countless, apparently.

  17. G says:

Ughhh!!! I just can’t with her fashion choices anymore…The designer wear, try hard elegance and I’m so serious now. I used to like her circa 2003-2005 when she wore sexy, flirty stuff and you could see her personality and that sparkle that maybe this girl has something different.

    Whatever she had- lost it.

  18. Disgusting. Tacky.

    Thank you…..NEXT!

  19. may23 says:

I think she is a beautiful woman but she’s starting to get that dead look in her eyes.
Does anyone else see that too?
I hope everything is OK with her and she’s just a bit tired.

  20. Lilo says:

A 7 pound weight loss. Is that really a thing that should be announced and shown off? I mean, I go up and down 7 pounds every month, if you know what I mean. Nothing special, or am I missing something?

  21. Leaflet says:

It’s not the corset Kim needs. If she would decrease the size of the butt implant and breast implants as well her body would look a lot better. The thing is the sizes aren’t anywhere near Kim’s natural assets. In this case, they look sort of cartoonish on her. I think that whenever anyone gets faux parts placed into their bodies, it will never really look like the real thing. It can look close to the real thing but not exactly like it, that’s why buyers should buy modest to moderate sizes as to not be too noticeable. And gals who naturally look have big parts try to exercise to keep those parts at a moderate size because those things can be heavy both butt and boobs.

  22. BooBooLaRue says:

There isn’t enough bleach or therapy in the world to erase these images from my mind.

  23. Jag says:

Omg I clicked to see her cutout outfit and it looks like she’s had her breasts done again, but really badly this time. I thought her cleavage looked good in form in the nude outfit above – even though I hate the nude. But now it looks like she had them lifted to be less naturally hanging, and the right one really got messed up and the left one’s not much better. Wow…

  24. Mischa Jane says:

That waist girdle thing looks supremely uncomfortable. I swear that Kim loves to torture her body with all of the tight crap she wears. And that girdle cannot possibly be good for ones organs. My stomach feels crampy just looking at her in this. It also looks hot as hell, how she can wear this in the summer is beyond me!

And how can we even tell if she’s lost 7 lbs. That waist cincher is doing all of the weight loss work. Of course she looks tinier with that contraption on.

It’s amazing though how she looks 4 sizes smaller here than she did just a few days ago in those pics where she was with Mason at the movies. Her body size seems to change drastically from day to day. Or, you know, photoshop.

  25. Beezers says:

She’s “training” the wrong part of her body. That corset will make her giant butt look even bigger.

  26. rudy says:

One nipple is higher than the other nipple.

  27. snowflake says:

wonder how much she’s being paid to promote that waist traineR

  28. BlackVeronicaLake says:

Those wigs she’s wearing these days look a hot mess. Make her look like Cher. And yes, Kim is wearing lace front wig.

  29. FurballFriend says:

Gross outfit, plus you can totally tell she’s wearing Spanx.

  30. Vava says:

Good heaven’s this is becoming a freak show. That corset is just horrible. She reminds me of the Human Barbie, everything looks absolute FAKE. It’s becoming freaky.
