A few weeks ago, we heard the rumor that Alexander Skarsgard and Alexa Chung might be happening. They were spotted together in NYC, first at a concert (Father John Misty) and then the morning after, getting coffee. It seemed like they were maybe in the beginning stages of something, or maybe just hooking up on the reg. Now Page Six claims that Alexa and Alex were spotted in Paris together during Fashion Week. Yep. This is happening. They’ve taken their love to another city, which means they’re really dating.
Rumors that “True Blood” hunk Alexander Skarsgård is dating British fashion plate Alexa Chung continue to heat up. The pretty pair were seen very cozily holding hands at Caviar Kaspia in Paris during fashion week there Tuesday night.
They were dining with a group of fashionable pals including Poppy Delevingne, sister of Cara, and Derek Blasberg. Last month, the two were seen at a Father John Misty show in New York, and the following morning at a coffee shop.
Alexander certainly has a type, doesn’t he? Super-slim. That’s his type. He’s not particular about blonde or brunette, they just have to be very, very slender. I guess he also likes them to have sort of hipster Fashion Girl status too, although I tend to think Kate Bosworth’s style is more sophisticated and classic than Alexa’s. So, will this last? I have no idea. I’m not even sure if I believe that Skarsgard is a very good boyfriend overall, you know? He might be more of a “love the one you’re with” kind of dude. Still, slow clap for Alexa. She’s getting the VIKING THUNDER.

I enjoy Alexa’s style, but I can’t help thinking her dude-who-smokes voice must get grating after a while.
I actually prefer Alexa’s style over Kate’s, Kate just looks like she found whatever expensive stuff will make her look skinniest, while Alexa actually appears to have some kind of personal element to her style (even if I don’t like that style much, my sister loves it – she thinks she’s ‘quirky’ and not boring or hypersexualised in her dress sense).
I also find Alexa’s face incredibly striking to look at – it’s not your normal English Rose/WASP face.

Also being super skinny delineates her bone structure. She looked like a different person when she started out and was a couple of dress sizes bigger.
Much more believable than Leo/Rihanna.
I don’t think that Leo and Rihanna are in a relationship, but I do think they knock boots every now and then, probably more often than not. I could see Leo being very attracted to her and enjoying her company, but also hearing Marty Scorsese yelling in his ear, “Oscar, Oscar, Oscar!,” so he makes sure to keep everything on the down low.

Alexa’s style is 10000000x more interesting than Kate, unless you’re beige like she is. She’s also way more influential and famous, and a really awesome cool person. Good for both of them.
This would be (is?) such a bizarre pairing, no? I like her just fine, if anything, she’s a tad boring but that’s just me I guess. He just seems to pick girls who are so … unsexy? I know that’s not very fair but to me, neither she nor Bozzy are particularly sexy. More like … dry toast. I mean, I have no idea if he ever hooked up with Charlize but THAT is a sexy woman. And by that I mean an interesting woman. Maybe uninteresting is a better description. I’m so confused by his taste in women.
Maybe what’s sexy to you isn’t sexy to everyone. Alexa is more interesting and attractive to me than most of the people posted here. It’s not really bizarre either. She’s big into music and so is he, and they have lots of mutual friends.
Yes, to me it is bizarre because I have a different opinion than you. Obviously. Of course “sexy” depends on the perspective, I specifically said that TO ME she is like dry toast. You’re a fan, I get it. But that’s my opinion and I’m sticking to it. And btw, who isn’t big into music? It’s like saying two people have something in common because they both like chocolate.

No need to apologize, it’s really just a matter of taste. Which is why I don’t get how anyone can get defensive about it. Most of the guys whose taste I’m familiar with don’t find the KB/AC look particularly attractive but I don’t know why “sexy” is always defined by what men think.
He has the worst taste in women – anorexic, boring clothes-hangers. All seem to be professional girlfriends. And I’m a fan of his. He could do so much better.
She is far from boring, unless you’re into the Jennifer Lawrence types, which I suspect maybe most CB readers are…………….

ETA: alexa has been single for a very long time, and she and alex turner were together for ages. she has her own career and she’s not a “professional girlfriend”.

I have seen pictures of them on Tumblr, they totally are together in Paris, not just “allegedly”. They were at the airport or some parking garage or something. Alexa was in the front and center of the pictures, some guy was pushing a trolley with her luggage and Alex was walking in the background 10 steps behind and 5 steps to the left. They were wearing the same outfit too, very color co-ordinated.
Those photos remind me of his pap walks with Bos. Dude can’t stand or walk next to a lady.

there have been photos of them for the past month in paris and london and eating breakfast in new york and he was with her (behind the scenes) when she did a interview for some blog or something with designer derek blasberg .
I used to have no idea who this girl was, and I more or less still don’t, but I saw a YouTube makeup tutorial done on her by Lisa Eldridge and it made me have a little girl crush on her. She looked so pretty, seemed very laid-back and she has the coolest voice. So, I definitely get it.
I have seen that too and while I am very meh about Alexa in general, I was so impressed by her eye liner application skills! Girl has very steady hands, I will give her that 😀

This is the best because you barely have to touch your eyelid with the slim brush for an opaque line of color to transfer right up close to the lashes. Usually it ends up TOO smooth/straight so I smoke up the edge with eyeshadow.

Lucy and Ellen were his colleagues, so it made sense to be seen together but Alexa is not a working actress (I think) so the connection is personal, not work.
So Chris Martin and Alex Skaarsgard really have the same taste in women.

I’ve never seen the appeal with Alexa, but here’s an instance where someone should really keep the bangs. The side swept baby fine hair does nothing for her but expose a massive forehead. If she wasn’t so dangerously skinny, her face might be fuller and we wouldn’t notice the forehead and ears so much, but seriously, it’s too much. Girl needs to hold on to the bangs, because we all know she’s not going to eat a sandwich.
