Khloe Kardashian works out seven days a week, five with a trainer

My fascination with all things Pinocchio Butt continues unabated. These are photos of Khloe Kardashian at the Mirage’s 1Oak club in Las Vegas on Friday night. Khloe actually looked pretty, I thought, although she doesn’t really look like the old Khloe. Her hair has been significantly lightened, her lips are ridiculous and her makeup would make a drag queen blush. Plus, she wore this slinky little number and proudly positioned herself with the over-the-shoulder pose for the photographers so everyone could see the Pinocchio Butt. It looks bigger, right? Right.

As we discussed on Friday, it sometimes seems like Khloe is LIVING at the gym these days. She’s been on a health kick and it seems like we’re getting lots of photos of Khloe coming and going from the gym. It all seems pretty moot, because the butt implants are throwing off her whole body (and she would look a lot thinner without them). But while in Vegas, Khloe chatted with People Magazine about her workouts. I honestly found this interesting. She tells People:

“I work out almost every day. I go to a trainer five days a week, and on the weekends, I do cardio and whatever I want to do. I kind of eat what I want, but in portion control, which I never knew before. It’s really hard. You have to train your body to eat less. Your eyes are bigger than your stomach. I had to train myself to drink more water. I drink like 5 liters of water a day.”

[From People]

Considering how often we have photos of her at the gym, I believe her when she says she works out every day. Ugh. I get what she’s saying about “training” your body to do different things and follow a healthier path. At this point, I am legitimately a mess if I don’t get to work out at least three times a week. I prefer four times a week and sometimes five, although if I’m doing five times a week, two of those workouts are light (lighter cardio and strength training). I don’t know what I would do if I felt I had to work out every day though – I look forward to my days off so much, and I believe in letting your body rest, you know? And Khloe has a trainer too – does the trainer believe in exercising seven days a week?!

I wonder if she would have the same discipline if there were no trainer involved and she had to haul her derriere to the gym herself?

    • HurryUp says:

The things people nitpick these (yes, shallow, vapid) women about are incredible to me. You’re shading her commitment because she has a trainer? *I* have a trainer and I find working out harder with him than without because he makes me work harder! This vendetta is beyond weird.

    • jujoki says:

Well, I can’t see what you are saying @caitlin, I do have a PT and to be honest it’s way better with than without her. I don’t have the same discipline on my own, although I try my best, but obviously I work harder with her, that’s a fact.

  2. OSTONE says:

I am still marveled at her derrière. And not in a good way. Her body would be banging if it wasn’t for the implants. Hopefully she’ll come
to her senses and take them out eventually.

    • Liv says:

I can’t imagine having implants in my butt! Or elsewhere! Must feel so strange – especially in the butt! How do you sit on it? Ugh, it’s like a horror movie!

      • Petee says:

It must feel weird in the tush. How do you sit?Or does your body just get use to it?It’s pretty obvious she has had something done. Her lips too.I like the lighter hair but her real color is actually blondish.

      • jwoolman says:

If she had fat cells injected, I assume that after healing it would just feel the same as any fatty tissue, yes? Or does it act differently? I’ve heard people say Kim’s is sagging, but don’t know why it does that – not enough of the normal framework? Still don’t know why anybody would do it. She looked fine before.

      • lady dee says:

It’s really weird having implants, I’d avoid it at all costs if possible! It’s as if you are disconnected from your body. I had Braca, breast cancer, and reconstruction. They look normal, yet the feel quite odd! I’m happy to have had the option though. yikes.

    • Lahdidahbaby says:

I agree – she looks thinner than she ever has except for the outlandish butt. And that tawny hair color really suits her, makes her look pretty. But that lard-a$$ just throws everything off, makes her look like a cartoon.

And seriously, even if we were stupid enough to believe an a$$ could spontaneously *grow* like that, do Khloe and Kim not think we can see their “before” photos any time we want? FFS, they’re all over the internet! Talk about a folie à deux! It’s like The Emperor’s New Butt!

      • Emma - the JP Lover says:

@Lahididahbaby, who wrote: “And seriously, even if we were stupid enough to believe an a$$ could spontaneously *grow* like that, do Khloe and Kim not think we can see their “before” photos any time we want? FFS, they’re all over the internet! Talk about a folie à deux! It’s like The Emperor’s New Butt!”

That’s what I don’t understand. We’ve ‘all’ seen their ‘before’ pictures … for years … and recently Khloe steps out with rear implants so large she has to walk like ‘Carol Burnett’s iconic character, Mrs. Wiggins’ just to keep her balance. And we’re supposed to believe she just magically woke up like that one day in the morning sea mist like Venus on the half shell.

In my opinion, the older Khloe get the less she looks like the other Kardashian kids and more like Kelly Clarkson, whom I love (well, until she got fuller lips, but just compare their faces). Even the younger Jenner kids look more like the other three kids than Khloe. I think the over compensating rear endowment is Khloe’s way of fitting in.

      • jen2 says:

Having a sizeable rear end is not the problem. Whoever did the work for these folks knows nothing about proportion (and neither do these sisters) and does not apparently know you can’t erase old images from the internet. These rears look like bad stuffing in a sack. JLo, the Williams sisters, all with great rears…but they all look in proportion to the rest of their bodies, not like a bad mistake done by some bargain basement plastic surgeon. These women also know how to dress to accentuate the positive without looking like cartoon characters, unlike the KKs. Not everything needs to be skin tight.

      • Lahdidahbaby says:

Emma, yr Mrs. Wiggins comment was priceless!

Jen2, I agree with you completely, though actually I don’t think anyone (surely not me) is saying that having a sizeable rear end is a problem – the women I know with naturally bountiful arses know how to dress, just as you said, and they usually look beautiful (and hot). J-Lo has a great a$$, yes, and she knows how to dress to show it off without being vulgar. But FFS, why don’t these Kardashian-Jenner type pretenders to gluteus bounty look at themselves objectively before the fact and purchase their new butt cheeks in an appropriately proportional size?!? It’s mind-boggling how *off* Khloe’s and Kim’s arses actually look. It’s the kind of thing you might imagine happening to humans after a nuclear incident that irradiates them for generations! And then they dress in clothes that resemble full-body-condoms and it all just becomes trashy and even comical. Who advises these Kardashian-Jenner females, I wonder! It’s gotta be someone who hates or envies women. Ricardo, are you listening?

      • CG says:

@Lahdidahbaby even with all the “before” pics, there are *still* people who will buy that she hasn’t had any work done. Just like some people still think Kim K hasn’t had any work done — they say it’s all contouring, makeup, lighting … They’ll probably argue Khloe’s just wearing those Booty Pop infomercial undies or something.

      • Lahdidahbaby says:

Well, I’d like to meet those people, CG, so that I could finally unload this bridge I’ve been trying for years to sell. 😉

      • Petee says:

Emma that was priceless.Totally Misses Wiggins. Her booty look’s like that now.As for Kim It doesn’t even look like a butt. The pictures of her naked in Love magazine show it isn’t real. Also it is round and square at the same time.So was the picture she freaked out about when she was painted in silver naked.Their surgeon takes the money and run’s.Most ethical doctors would say no.

      • jujoki says:

They should have pictures of J.Lo all over the place to know how to dress for your figure.

  3. HH says:

As always, my puzzlement lies in the fact that she looks very… “soft” to not only work out 7 days a week, but 5 with a trainer. What’s s/he telling Khloe to do? What is she not doing? I mean, I don’t think she’s ever going to look like a skinny minnie because that’s not her body type, but her and Kim always claim to workout so much. The results, however, don’t add up. But I’m not a trainer, so please pitch in.

    • Dońt kill me i'm french says:

Maybe they work out 10 min per day ( they doesn’t seem to sweat after work out) and ” trainer” is the new word for “drug dealer”

    • Mika says:

She looks very soft. No definition at all to her back, arms or legs. I call the workout BS.

      • Jay says:

I’ve been working out fairly intensely for over a year, but I also eat what I want. I’m stronger and much fitter but not toned. I think her “I eat what I want” comment is the key to the confusion here.

    • mememe says:

I work out 5-6 days a week and I’m thick and soft, way fatter than Khloe. Maybe just body type.

      • HH says:

Well, I think that depends on one’s starting point. For example, I could have been working out everyday for the past 6 months, but if I started out at 200 pounds on my 5’2″ frame, then obviously my results would be different. But khloe didn’t start out very heavy at all and she’s been working out hard for quite some time. The logic of it (or lack thereof) really boggles me.

    • OriginalTessa says:

She has a higher body fat content, but that doesn’t mean that she’s not strong and fit. I see plenty of muscle tone in her arms and calves, a normal amount for someone who isn’t interested in looking jacked or buff. I work out 4 times a week, but I’m very conscious to not look like Madonna. I don’t want visible muscles or a six pack. I don’t even like that sinewy washboard supermodel stomach that’s the rage these days. I’d rather look a little soft. So, you do exercises that stretch the muscle and strengthen without bulking.

      • HH says:

Aaaah. Ok. That helps. I guess I’m used to people who only workout that hard because they want specific, more intense results.

      • ell says:

this. she’s far from being soft, she’s very toned in fact, way more than skinnier girls who don’t seem to work out much. she has body fat, but she looks toned and strong.

ETA: also the bum implants make her look bigger than she actually is. picture her with a normal bum, she would look pretty slim.

      • swack says:

Just saying, but she has shown pictures of her and and so is a bit into looking toned. Probably doing low weights with more reps so as not to bulk up.

      • Bridget says:

@original Tessa: I hope I’m not offending you here, but you’re a bit off base. Heavy weights in and of themselves don’t bulk women up – in order to get that sinewy look you’d have to have a significantly low body fat percentage. Essentially you’re saying you want to be fit but not have visible muscles (which is totally your body and your call, so more power to you) but lengthening and gently strengthening isn’t really a thing. If you”re only lifting light weights it won’t accomplish anything as muscles build strength by repairing the micro-tears that happen as the muscle is “damaged” when you’re doing reps – I.e. when you take it to that burning feeling where you feel like you can’t really do more reps. You need to lift heavy enough to challenge your muscles, otherwise those light weights aren’t helping you keep a feminine physique – they’re just not doing anything. Classes like a ballet barre workout are able to use the light weights they do because you’re working with long levers for an extended amount of time, making it really difficult.

      • OriginalTessa says:

You’re not offending me, but huh? Who said anything about using light weights? I practice Pilates . We use some light weights in Pilates, but mostly the weight of our own bodies and pullies and bands.

      • Bridget says:

Sorry, your initial comment sounded like you were advocating the Tracy Anderson way of only using 5 pound weights at the gym, since a lot of women think that if they lift weights they’ll get bulky. You’re right, Pilates is indeed completely different.

      • OriginalTessa says:

Oh no, never looked into Tracy’s method. I think her body looks like Spongebob.
I do believe that lifting heavy weights can make you bulky though. I used to weight train for Volleyball in college. I was much much bigger then than I am now. Weight lifting can indeed bulk you up. Light weights don’t bulk you up, but I’ll agree at a certain level of strength, they’re not going to do much for you unless you do an unreasonable amount of reps. There are better ways to train.

      • Bridget says:

It isn’t that women can’t bulk up, but we don’t typically bulk up as quickly. HOWEVER when women start to build muscle without changing their body fat % age they look bulkier. Which can change as the body fat % age goes down. To get that very muscular look takes a very intentional lifting and diet regime and a lot of dedication. Of course, the applicable word at the top is “typically” since every body is different.

      • OriginalTessa says:

I think we fundamentally agree, Bridget. The reason Khloe doesn’t look ripped and toned isn’t that she’s not working out and strong, but it’s that she’s still got fat on her body. If she were to drop a bunch of weight, her muscle would be more visible. I have made several comments to that effect on this thread. She’s not necessarily being lazy or lax during her workouts, she’s just still eating and probably drinking, and not dieting herself into submission. I think she looks fabulous for the record, minus the butt. The butt is ridiculous. I think women look better with a bit of softness. My body goals are more of the Jennifer Lawrence Scarjo variety, than Gwyneth or Madonna.

      • Josephine says:

I see almost no muscle tone at all. A woman of her age usually gets a decent amount of muscle tone in her arms pretty quickly. Maybe she only focuses on her lower body, but if that is the case, her trainer isn’t very bright. And her calves are not cut at all – she has a very small muscle line, one that anyone of her size who walks would easily get. Sorry, but I only see dieting and plastic surgery. She doesn’t look very fit, and the obvious work she has done is the opposite of fit and strong in my book.

      • snowflake says:

i agree with josephine. i’m 185, five six. I have been working out for a while and i can see muscle when I flex my arm, along with the fat. the fact that she is showing absolutely no muscle tone with thinner frame, legs and bigger butt leads me to believe she had lipo and butt implants/injections and is not really working out. if she was working her leg/butt muscles, her legs would be toned. but there’s absolutely no definiiton at all. I have a pot belly and I still have ab muscle along the top of my abdominal area.

      • TheOriginalKitten says:

What Bridget said. Women are always so terrified of “bulking up” as if that’s easy for women to do. LOLOL

Anyway, the only times in my life that I looked *somewhat* bulky, it was because I was doing my normal weight-training regimen but was eating too much.

Personally, I like having muscles and I love the way they look. But diet is key–I eat healthy, I’m little, but I have very noticeable muscle definition.

But to each her own, I just happen to aspire to have a toned, strong-looking, athletic physique. It’s just the body type I most admire.
        *shrugs*

    • seijidan says:

I agree. I don’t get it. Maybe she goes to the gym but spends most of her time on the phone? or maybe she’s scared to sweat it out cause she wears make up? For whatever reason, it’s not working that much. I however do like her look here… but her shape is with the help of spandex.

      • OriginalTessa says:

Your body fat it on top of your muscle. It’s like saying an NFL linebacker is not strong because you can’t see his six pack. He has one. He has a 12 pack most likely. You just can’t see it. Khloe can be fit and strong and not wire thin.

      • Luca76 says:

Everyone has muscles underneath their fat which is why they say anyone can have a 6 pack.

      • snowflake says:

@ tessa but you would still b able to see muscle tone along with the fat. i’m 30 lbs overweight according to the doc but I see muscle tone. so why not khloe?

      • Bob Loblaw says:

She is not working out that often, the giveaway is the lack of muscle tone in the back of her calf, it’s obvious when she is in her heels, she is tall but not especially overweight. When you work out regularly the larger muscles pop out, even on women, and the arms and legs always show it.

    • FLORC says:

Her soft appearance isn’t from lack of muscle. The muscle tissue just isn’t engorged with blood from use and she has a healthy layer of fat with a good level of hydration. This can easily conceal muscle in most people.

Her butt for some reason looks small in that top pic when compared to the work out shots from a few weeks ago. Or maybe she just looks better proportioned (for her) than those older photos.

      Seijidan
Spanx. Likely, yes. I’m thin and I’ll still wear spanx in dresses. It smoothes out a lot.

    • Bridget says:

The only reason why I’m curious as well is because her trainer is Gunnar Peterson, who is pretty amazing and has worked with a ton of celebrity clientele but a great example is that he’s the one responsible for whipping Jessica Simpson into shape. And Khloe’s been working out with him for a while.

Everyone has different goals and she and her trainer could be working toward a different goal than getting totally ripped, but she has to be paying through the nose to train with Peterson, ESPECIALLY if it’s 5 days a week.

      • OriginalTessa says:

And her body looks soft and feminine, yet strong. In person, minus the ten pounds the camera adds, and her enormous fake butt, she probably looks fantastic.

      • Bridget says:

You can tell she’s lost weight. Is 5 days a week with a trainer excessive if all you want is a little toning? Yes. But its her money and her own personal goals, and a she’s certainly hired the best.

    • Leona says:

So what i am getting from these comments is that maybe she is toned but its hiding underneath the belly, hip and arm fat? Then why hasnt her 5 days a week trainer put her on a cardio fat loss regime? And she claims to be into portion control as well? How can this be. I mean save for a few very rare medical conditions, the laws of weight loss are the same; the calories you dont burn up turn into fat. How can someone who works out so much and eats a calorie appropriate diet look like this.

      • Bridget says:

She may not want to get super ripped. Or she’s working towards it and just isn’t there yet. It takes a long time (and a lot of sacrifice) to get to that low level of body fat and she is clearly getting thinner.

And FYI, her trainer probably already has a cardio component in her workout, but it’s not one particular form that helps someone to lose weight – it’s about intensity and keeping your HR up.

      • OriginalTessa says:

        Look like what?

    • I look like this without going to the gym. I’m calling bs, unless as another poster said “she spends her gym time on her phone”.

  4. Dońt kill me i'm french says:

She would be thinner without her ” helped by plastic surgeon” butt

  5. NewWester says:

I thought that is not a bad looking dress until I looked at the second pic. You can see her underwear. Now the dress is just trashy. I still don’t get why she did that to her butt

    • maeliz says:

When I saw the underwear, I wondered if any of these people look in the mirror before leaving home, don’t care, or if that’s what they want us to see

      • Angel says:

Seriously with the underwear. Wear sheer, OK but wear the proper underwear. A full tank bathingsuit-like bra/pantie combo would look better. And maybe in white or a neon colour. Nude usually shows so you might as well go with something that is meant to be seen.

    • lady dee says:

Ladies, are butt implants a real thing? I’m not educated in that realm.

  6. Ankhel says:

Her dress looks like some kind soul reinforced it with scotch tape, to keep her butt from exploding. I worry there might not be enough tape.

  7. Lucy2 says:

Her figure would look great if she hadn’t done those ridiculous implants. They just look uncomfortable and fake.
How nice to have no actual job and all the time in the world to go to the gym.

    • mike says:

      Completely agree.

She will never be gazelle-like skinny, but she doesn’t need to be. Her figure is 1000 times better and far less offensive than Kim’s, whom we all for some reason pretend to be this really pretty woman. But the ass silicone needs to go – it is comical at best, revolting at worst.

  8. Janie says:

I’ll never understand why she and Kim insist there’s no enhancement to either one? I do love Khloe’s hair color, it looks nice on her.

    • FLORC says:

The family lies to themselves and others. This isn’t new information.

      • word says:

Yeah Kim also says she “lives” in the gym. Do you believe her?

      • FLORC says:

        word
Grains of salt all around. I believe Kim spends a lot of tim at the gym or at her home gym. She has definition where there isn’t augmentation.
You can’t take what they say literally. Even their use of “literally” isn’t correct.
So, let’s not isolate words like that. They’re speaking to generalize and emot, but doing it wrong. We know this and shouldn’t nitpick that imo. They give enough ammo as it is.

  9. Lenn says:

Five liters of water a day?? Is that even healthy??

    • Dońt kill me i'm french says:

She lives in a warn area

    • FLORC says:

      Lenn
It’s healthy. If she’s working out and in a warmer climate she’s sweating a lot. You need to replenish that. Your body dehydrates quickly. By the time you feel thirst it’s you body telling you you’re already dehydrated and need water.

    • kibbles says:

She must have to pee every hour. Drinking water is healthy, but everything should be taken in moderation. The average person should drink 2-3 liters each day. I’m guessing a lot of these celebrities substitute water for actual food. Drinking so much water would make someone feel fuller because the bladder is on the verge of bursting.

    • swack says:

That’s the size of a normal water bottle and a liter is a little over 16 ounces.. If she’s working out hard enough she probably goes through two of them at that time. I go through two when working out.

      • Bridget says:

That’s half a liter. A liter is about 33 ounces.

      • FLORC says:

        Bridget
The rule that many follow when trying to find how much water they should be drinking if this. your weight in pounds divided by 2. to that number (half of your weight in pounds) and convert to ounces. That’s how many ounces an average person should consume daily. It’s just a guideline and not really a rule.
When working out that number does shoot up.

What a lot of people don’t know is we should be drinking a lot more water than we do. To see such a large amount like 5 liters in a day seems excessive, but with active factors and warm weather included (as well as Khloe’s size and starting weight) it’s a good amount.

As long as we’re not holding water in or drinking more than our bodies can hold (chugging) it’s healthy.
I think a few people are taking issue with this amount of water because it’s news coming from a Kgirl, but the amount is fine.

      • Bridget says:

The commenter above stated that a liter is 16oz. It is about 33oz.

Though if you’re really interested in the subject I highly recommend Tim Noakes “Waterlogged”. He’s a running expert, and the premise is essentially that we’re now over-hydrating and over-fueling.

      • FLORC says:

        Bridget
I am familiar with him and waterlogged. Over flueling is a big issue in endurance performance. Over hydration is less so imo. It’s body training and that varies person to person.
As someone who knows how I should feel and what makes me feel like that during activity it’s a lot easier for me to gauge my own thirst and needs.

I see what you were commenting on now too. Thanks for the clarification 🙂

    • jwoolman says:

I wondered about the five liters, too, but a friend’s doctor wants her to get four liters per day for some issues. I know it’s not hard for me to get at least two liters of actual water per day, probably heading toward three, and I’m shorter than Khloe and not in such a warm climate. I also would be a sloth if I were any more inactive…. 🙂 So five liters is probably okay for her. If she really is working out, her muscles do need more water than my pathetic ones. That’s why you can gain a few pounds of water weight after an unusually physically stenuous day.

  10. bettyrose says:

She’s wearing tummy control under a see through dress. Why with this family? Why??

    • Telicity says:

Right?? Why would you do that?? At least add a lining/slip! Especially since it gives her that awkward bulge above the waistband from holding all of the skin tightly in place.

      • Pandy says:

Was just coming on to note the same thing – extra flesh is pushed up over the top of her waistband lol. And with all that banana powder on her face … yikes. It’s like a runaway helium balloon.

  11. AD says:

Does she use makeup to cover up her hair part? Look closely at her hair, where her centre part is and you can see it.

    • FLORC says:

I think you’re looking at hair product. That is far more likely the result of hair sprays, shine products, thickeners than makeup.
Makeup in the hair is a stretch.

    • Josephine says:

I think they probably all wear wigs.

  12. FLORC says:

Days of rest aren’t always days where you don’t work out. Just days you let other body parts take a break. Right now i’m in a training routine for running. I’ll run 5 days a week and cross train the other 2. You don’t need full days off if you’re training properly. You just need to make sure your muscles you’ve isolated for workouts have time to recover. About 48 hours works as a norm unless there’s a tear or strain.

As far as this routine sounds it seems reasonable.

And the water amount really helps rehydrate muscle tissue to keep away tight/stiff feelings.

    • EC says:

Right, I was thinking the same thing. I’m sure the routines with her trainers vary – some days are killer, some days are lighter, and through the whole week they work different parts of your body depending on the day. And then some light cardio (could even be a hike, which is fun) on the weekends is totally fine. I’m sure it feels good to keep moving if she is pretty relaxed about her eating.

And I’ll repeat what others have said – if she didn’t have those massive bum implants, I think she would look really fit and great. As is her booty looks ridiculous but maybe (probably not) she will get them reduced. I think she’s come a long way and I’m not going to hate on her for working out.

    • Bridget says:

It depends on how fit you are and what your goals are – ‘rest day’ means different things to different people. Personally, I do short, slow 3-4 mile recovery runs on my rest days, since it keeps my muscles pliable and increases the circulation to those tired muscles, but some folks would need a total recovery day. But everyone needs *some* rest – it’s when the body has a chance to repair itself and actually build that muscle.

      • FLORC says:

Ofcourse it means different things. I didn’t think I was saying there should be no rest days no matter a someones ability. Or were you just adding onto mine?

When I lift or do a long run my muscles are spent. I might take a day of just yoga with some low impact cardio like cycling. 2 things that help weak, torn, and painfully tight muscles. Water and circulation. You shouldn’t just lay down and not move for a day unless there’s an injury. And lots of people think of a rest day as just that. Being lazy.

To add.. Also why people who lift on machines or free weights rotate muscle groups every 3 days. Those muscles need to repair.

  13. skins says:

Pretty lame when photogs would rather photograph your ridiculous looking butt than your face. She might as well put a bag over her head

  14. Birdie says:

Sorry, but there is no muscle definition on her body at all. If I would go to the gym every single day I’d expect results. Btw her hair colour is lovely! Suits her very well.

  15. QQ says:

She looks like a saran wrapped Christmas glazed ham

  16. Reece says:

I was going to say if she really works out 7 days a week 5 with a trainer then she must eat a ton of food everyday cuz there’s not much definition going on here; However, I decided to keep it nice.
I like the dress. There, nice!

  17. MrsBPitt says:

Butt implants are so stupid…butt (pun, intended) at least Khloe is a big girl, so even though they look awful, Kim’s are way worse, because she is so short…they MUST need to have all their clothes tailored to, um, handle that backdoor!

  18. Dawn says:

I don’t believe one word of that. And besides look at everything but the fake butt and you don’t see any muscle tone all you see is hair, lips and butt. The only way I could ever believe a word that any of them say is to have concrete proof they are not telling just another lie.

  19. Michelle says:

Her ass is absolutely ridiculous, but I don’t see a reason to knock her for adopting a healthy lifestyle.

  20. zut alors! says:

I was under the impression they were getting paid to promote the gym, hence those “candid” pap walks to and from the gym.

  21. Jaquebelle says:

How many days a week does she spend with her plastic surgeon lol. Seriously, while I am convinced she works out, it is false advertisement to attribute this solely to exercise. Living your life in social media while excluding probably one of the largest components of your beauty regime is deceitful and so Kardashian. One love.

  22. Tracy says:

Khloe, we’re begging you. Please stop with the giant cartoon ass, and the ridiculous elephant’s anus lips. You’re just a bigger girl than you’re vapid sisters…if you want to go to a gym to stay fit, God blee ye, but just let the awful ass thing go, and stop effing with your lips. They don’t look cute and kissable…they look like you got punched in the mouth by some budget broad at a club, and make your face look like you’re missing a chromosome somewhere. You look fine as is….get over the critics shaming you for being bigger than your sisters. It just is what it is. Celebrate it and they’ll move on to making more fun of the absurd Kim instead…

  23. Iheartgossip says:

Oh Please! The only thing she works out 7 days a week, 5 with a trainer is: 1. A bartender. 2. A plastic surgeon. More lies from the Kamp of Lies.

  24. minx says:

I’m having a hard time believing she works out that much, but whatever. But that gigantic butt is so hideous. Why does she think that’s attractive? I’m tall too and I can’t imagine having that thing on my rear end.

  25. Cecizahn says:

I really don’t think she has butt implants. What I do believe is she had fat inyected into her butt. I used to like Khloe, but now she has become the same line that Kim Kardashian.
Why all the girls what to be like Kim? Kylie has modified her face to look like her. Why?

  26. Greek Chic says:

Ι believe that she goes to the gym just to be photographed and not to work out.
If I had her money, I would build a gym in my house and the personal trainer would come to me.
All these celebrities have 15rooms in their houses, I am sure they also have a gym room.

    • Michelle says:

This is a very good point. Whenever she posts pictures of herself at the gym, she has on full makeup also, LOL.

      • Greek Chic says:

They all have like 10 bathrooms, media rooms, cinema and even a bar and tennis court in their house and they don’t have a gym room? Please!
I like working out but sometimes I am bored to go to the gym. A personal gym would save me 😉

      • FLORC says:

Gyms offer something at home workouts can’t give. Instructors, group vibes, and motivations. Sometimes you wants that. Though I think part of this is pr, but gyms don’t exist because those who go can’t afford home kits.

And at my old gym women came in to work out with full makeup. Then left with full makeup. And no cameras on them, but loads of selfies in mirrors.

    • Greek Chic says:

Florc I am talking about super rich people. The instructor comes to their house and some of them work out with a group of their friends for the group vibe. It’s like having an actual gym in your house, not just the gym machines.

  27. Mispronounced Name Dropper says:

    Butt implants.
    Seriously BUTT IMPLANTS!
The world has lost its freaking mind.

@Kaiser: Sounds like we have a similar workout regime. I generally get to the gym about 3-4 times a week. I do ab crunches on a machine and aim to burn off 600 hundred calories on a cardio machine. I usually go on the stair master and smash the 600 calories off in 34 minutes. But when I feel like taking it easy I’ll burn the 600 off on the cross trainer in about an hour. I don’t do weights because I find the standing around between sets boring, plus I can’t smash it on the weights like I do on the cardio because I pull up sore if I do, and I like to smash it a couple of times a week as a stress release. But the most important thing to me is diet. That’s what you have to stay on top of. I really don’t want to be one of these people who goes to the gym just so they can over eat. It seems self defeating.

  28. Jess says:

I think she looks great, even with the butt. I feel bad for her because she’s always picked on for being the “ugly sister”, and I don’t think she’s ugly, no matter how much money or fame you have that has to be difficult, so more power to her for doing things to make herself feel better!

    • FLORC says:

      Jess
Do you need a table to suck under?
There were such hopes for her. Being the sister that didn’t look like the others. Trying to fit in. Having what appeared to be a happy marriage she gave up her tv shows and opposed her mother/pimp in doing so. Then she runs back home and Kris sinks her claws in.
I think the Kris factor is more damaging than fame/money.

  29. tracey says:

does she post pictures of her work outs? her and her family are addicted to photos of themselves — it seems we’d be seeing a ton of gym pics if she does work out this frequently — it’s in her genes to show off

  30. mike says:

First of all, if you have that level of silicone in your butt, you are not leading a ‘healthy lifestyle’ no matter what you do. Eat organic, exercise, move up to a mountain-top in a forest… still that size silicone implants cannot be ‘healthy’ in anyway.

Secondly, her thighs and upper legs would look half the size if she removed the implants. She looks heavy set, because her ass and by proxy her thighs, look unreasonably humongous. There is nothing even remotely attractive there, size there is no beauty without eye-pleasing proportion.

  31. Kloe has made an ass of herself–going to the gym everyday? What-no life? Is this the implant life?

  32. jessica a. says:

My trainer says it’s best to have “off” days so your muscles have a chance to recover… working out 5 days a week does not allow that and any reputable personal trainer would not approve of this regimen.

  33. Murphy says:

No she does go to the gym every day. But sits in there and takes selfies and does lines until its time to go home.

  34. Grace says:

Why does everyone think Khloe had butt implants? Seems like having a big butt runs in the family.
