Lisa Kudrow was a good guest though – at least it was fun, though i reckon half her audience has no idea who she is. Imagine – Friends has almost aged out of the current generation!
Friends is still very big though. People in their 20s were in their early – late teens when the show ended and its enjoying a huge revival on Netflix right now.
Plus in the UK and Ireland, the Comedy Central plays the show non-stop daily. I’m sure it’s the same case in the US on some other channel.
I was in my early 20s when Friends was in it’s last season; I’m almost 33… Many of the people now in their 20s (that I know) don’t know the show. i personally think this is not that big of a thing for that age group… but then again, I live in the US where we (collectively) tend to have very short attention spans 😀
At least having Lisa come out and sing that song was music related. Having Chris Rock and Matt LeBlanc stand around is just weird.
But I think it’s going to be a headline when Swifty does a concert on her own with no special guests again.
i agree, bringing out other musicians is completly normal but this whole celeb friend parade that Taylor does is super weird.
I was never a regular Friends viewer, but have watched about every episode on Netflix..that probably gives it a new audience.
Plus, re-runs. I was aware of shows from previous generations (i.e The Brady Bunch) because of re-runs so I imagine the same awareness would happen with next generations.
It is okay to tell Taylor, no. The world will still spin and life will go on.

When I saw Chris Rock, I knew it was over. You couldn’t pay me to attend a concert of hers and especially not as a celebrity. She dances like shes having seizures and is generally clueless. Nope

In regards to the Derrick Rose story, he is innocent until proven guilty. I know people rush to judgment, but he should be afforded a trial before branding that he “should rot in hell.”

Acts of sexual violence are horrific, yet what I think it’s worth noting is that the ex girlfriend is not pressing criminal charges, but is seeking a monetary settlement? I’m sure there is much more to the story. I read on the huffington post that she was asked to partake in other sexual acts, if one is dating someone for yrs. why not terminate the creep if his kinks don’t align with yours? I am in no way siding with the millionaire bb player, I just think there’s more to the story and I’ll reserve judgement

I’m an introvert who is terrified of being on stage, so I have to say kudos to her for embracing being on top and making it everything she wants it to be. This is much better than her New York runway walks, although I think that was done to change her image through her fashion choices.

I don’t know about that Derrick Rose story. Not because something like that can’t happen, but it’s somewhat odd that she continued her relationship with him, including having a child (presumably after the alleged gang rape), and it’s coming out now. Again, I’m not doubting something like this *can* happen, I just kind of wonder if they’re fighting over child support behind the scenes.
I read it as them trying to figure out if his GF was the one that was assualted. It said the young lady pictures was his GF during that time. He could possibly have had more than one.
