Hahahahahaha @Tiffany. It’s ok girl, embrace your age…or not .

    • ABBESS TANSY says:

I know what you mean. I was trying to remember my age when I first saw it then I stopped counting. 🙂

    • Mia4s says:

Those movies were magic, pure magic. Lightening in a bottle. I wanted to marry Michael J. Fox (still kinda do) and wanted to be best friends with Chris Lloyd.

Now where’s my damn hover board??!

I remember as a kid watching this movie and thinking how far away 2015 is…can’t believe it. This is depressing and joyous at the same time lol.

    • Lucky Charm says:

When I first saw this movie, I remember thinking how OLD I would be in 2015…fast forward 30 years, and I don’t feel anywhere close to being old, LOL! 🙂

As one of the founding members of the Church of Murrayism I want to thank you for furthering our cause – to recognize that Murray is EVERYTHING.

    Amy….Amy. AMY. NO.

    • vauvert says:

Exactly. Please Amy, don’t. I love reading her interviews, she comes across as a lovely, grounded, kind human being. She has class. Neither of the two loudmouths do.

I recently made a mistake of googling Bill Murray and now I have my doubts if he is really as cool as I thought. I really like him as an actor, but until now, I didn’t know a single thing about him as a person other than that he seems like a delightful weirdo and that everyone on the internet seems to adore him. But according to his online bios, he is also a cheater, abuser, addict, who is difficult on sets and likes to pick up fights (sometimes physical) with his co-workers. I know wiki can’t be completely trusted so I tried to find proof it’s a made-up BS, but as the abuse part could have been made up by his ex, the other parts seem to be true – he cheated on his first wife and married his mistress only to cheat on her too, he was driving drunk and got caught, there are quotes from multiple people from the industry who claim he is super difficult on sets and doesn’t get along with many of his co-stars. So, why does he get a pass? People boycott other actors for much less.

    • Mia4s says:

Careful of the Internet accusers as always. The “abuser” accusation came from his ex-wife. His children once fled to a neighbour’s house to call the police on her when she got drunk and out of control with them (he was out of town). There is a police report on that one. So with no charges ever filed against him, are you willing to condem him on the word of a woman who got so drunk her children fled the house for help?

I’m not saying he’s a saint (maybe something did happen) but you asked why he isn’t condemned. That’s why. People on the internet like to sound “in the know”. Most of it is just glorified gossip.

Jerk on set? Sure, maybe. Join the Hollywood club! LOL!

Oh and the addict thing is his personal business (if true) unless he commits a crime.

The national news here in Germany did a BTTF clip for their Facebook page, complete with the anchor who was hosting tonight’s news. Hamburg airport had McFly airlines flying in from Hill Valley in a DMC 12 at 4:29 local time, announced on their official arrivals info display at the airport and on their website.

I refuse to believe I was around when BTTF was in theaters the first time around.

  7. LillyPad says:

Happy Back to the future day! This day and all the images from the films make me feel happy and nostalgic at the same time! My absolute favourites from the 80s 🙂

And on a major sidetrack, speaking of Scott, happy 39th birthday to Andrew Scott, that precious sweetheart!

  8. Larelyn says:

Aaaaaaannd, by the time you read this, all of BTTF will have taken place in the past. ALL OF IT.

    *sigh*

We’re all feeling old today. FWIW, my 40th bday is the day after BTTF day. I think my funny bone has a touch of the rheumatism today.
