Heads up, British Celebitches! Lindsay Lohan says she prefers London to New York, and she wants to move there “tomorrow”. Haha, first we made you take Madonna, now you’re going to get La Lohan! Lindsay likes London because she thinks Londoners are “less judgmental”… which I actually doubt. Londoners - perhaps the English people in general - are not as Puritanical as the average American, but I truly believe the British and Americans can agree on one thing: the right to be judgy.
Lohan also talks about how much she loved Britney Spears when she was younger, and when both of them weren’t batsh*t insane. Some people may read a lot into Lindsay’s statement that at the time, she would “want to be chased by the paparazzi” like Britney, but back then, every little girl wanted to do everything Britney did. The volatile actress admits: ‘Seeing Britney Spears when I was 13 years old, I was like, I want to be chased by the paparazzi. Little did I know. It’s so strange and surreal.’
Meanwhile, the newly single star, 22, has hinted she may move to London in a bid to escape all the unwanted attention.
Lohan says: ‘I like Notting Hill a lot. I also often stay with a friend in Chelsea. I’d move there tomorrow. I prefer London of New York. The people are less judgmental.’

Did I get it wrong? Is Lindsay’s statement about wanting to be chased by the paparazzi more interesting than I’m making it? God knows, Lindsay has always loved attention and drama, and I can see how as a young girl, she saw the drama and attention that followed Britney and thought “I should live like that.”
As far as the London move, I doubt it will happen. Lindsay may want to live there, but girl can’t afford it. She hasn’t had a job in a long time, and unless she decides to take a stripper act overseas, methinks she’s staying put in Los Angeles, the center of her universe.

she’s on probation for 3 years due to her dui and coke possession charges. she is not allowed to leave the country. she’s either a dumbass or wants more attention (probably both).

I’m curious as to how celebrities are able to move overseas. As a UK resident, I can tell you that the visa process is not easy, nor is it permanent unless you have some sort of viable skill set or you marry a citizen/give birth to a citizen (Madonna and Gwyneth).
So, if she does manage to get a visa for residence in UK, I know who I’m going to site as precedence if I chose to stay longer than my time allotted.
And here I was, thinking I was safe in London from the celebutards; boy, was I wrong.

I’m watching The Parent Trap right now and it’s sad - she was such a cute little girl and she showed such promise.

Remember when her first music video came out, and showed her all sexed out and being annoyed by paparazzi in garages? I recall thinking, “No paparazzi are chasing this girl. No one cares.”
Then she started clubbing, and then they really did start chasing her.
So it was really a self-fulfilling move. Between that music video and this quote, I think it’s clear that she wanted the trappings of celebrity — Louis Vuitton handbags and paparazzi interest.
She was too young to know how unpleasant it gets, but sadly now that is all the career she has.

She’ll never move to London…is a pipe dream..plus houses are a lot more expensive if she wants equivalent size to LA’s so she’ll prob need a job first….doubt that’s going to happen anytime soon.
She needs to sort herself out, like eat a meal and stop the drinking and drugs & please dont do the ‘pornesq’ topless show…competing with Brook Hogan..how her status has fallen.
Sad waste of her life and her long gone or buried beneath the drugs once upon a time talent

It doesn’t surprise me that Lohan wanted to be chased by paps as a little girl. Michael and Dina taught her early on that she’ll only be loved if her name can book them a table at the Ivy. And that she’ll only be a worthwhile person if her image is splattered all over the media.
I feel bad for Linds. Famewhore though she is, she really just wants Mommy and Daddy’s approval. And all Mommy and Daddy want from Linds is second-hand fame and free swag.
