Robert Pattinson wants us to know he’s not hooking up with Bella -er, I mean, Kristen Stewart. He calls rumors of a hook-up “ridiculous” and “bizarre”. Or was he taking about his rat’s nest hair? Because those are the words I’d use to describe that stinky mess.
As we reported yesterday, the rumors around the New Moon set aren’t just centered on R-Pattz and K-Stew. Pattinson has also allegedly been hooking up with Nikki Reed. Notice he’s not muttering about “ridiculous” this and “bizarre” that when it comes to those rumors. I love it when I’m right! Yesterday, in my analysis of the Teen Beat-esque coverage of R-Pattz’s every move, my instinct said that R-Pattz was hooking up with Nikki, while simultaneously trying to get with K-Stew, who probably rebuffed him. When I look at K-Stew’s face, all I see is a player, a girl who knows how to keep a guy on the hook. R-Pattz is probably eating out of her hand!
Robert Pattinson finds it funny that tabloids are reporting that he and his Twilight costar Kristen Stewart are dating.
“It becomes a joke,” he tells Entertainment Tonight on the set of the New Moon sequel Thursday. “There was some magazine the other day about me and Kristen, and when you look at it and realize it’s on the front of a magazine… You realize that people are actually reading that even though how ridiculous it is.”
He adds: “It’s really bizarre.”
Still, the star finds his sudden rise to fame to have an adverse effect on his personal relationships.
“I’m always really worried about ruining their lives,” he says, adding that he worries he can’t please his fans. “Especially with people that aren’t famous. It’s such a massive change. I’m kind of a paranoid wreck.”
The paparazzi don’t help, he says.
“It’s getting photographed…” Pattinson says. “You have people who analyze your facial expressions to the tiniest degree. So you’re just trying to avoid getting photographed. You’re like, ‘Jesus, you can’t win.’”

He sounds like a guy who got rejected, right? He wants K-Stew so badly, he’s like a little boy who throws things at the girl he has a crush on. Wouldn’t it be great if K-Stew made him beg? That’s a movie I’d pay to watch.
On another note, I’m starting to get R-Pattz’s appeal, but just a little bit. He seems like a decent-looking guy who never thought he’d be the object of all of this tween and cougar lust (mothers and daughters, united). If K-Stew ever gives it up, Pattz will probably turn into an utterly loyal and devoted boyfriend. But K-Stew would never do that – she’s having too much fun.

It definitely sounds like a guy who got rejected, but from the few interviews I’ve seen him do (admittedly, pre-Twilight), I think that’s just how he always talks, lots of exaggeration and hyperbole. And some giggling. God, I miss the giggling.

If I remember correctly, Ent at Crazy Days and Nights revealed a blind about Pattinson on New Year’s. It was a blind about cast members who were playing a brother/sister and were dating, and since that might weird people out they kept it quiet, and the answer was Robert Pattinson and Nikki Reed. I wouldn’t be surprised if he wants to hook up with Kristen, but I think there is a good chance he was with Nikki for at least a little while.

Meh, I would not give Kristen Stewart that much credit. I doubt she is experienced enough or the type to get Robert Pattinson/or anyone “eating out of her hand”. She looks like a insecure tomboy in a dress and he looks just plain weird.

One thing is clear: Poor Rob is lonely. I understand why girls love him so much. Taking away the fact that he’s playing out their sparkly dreamboy for them:
He’s incredibly humble and self-depreciating, and kind of disturbingly so.

Kristen seems to me to be the type she doesn’t care what people think.(Good for her)Rob seems to be the shy,quite, type, that has literally had his world turned upside down.That and he has fallen head over heels in love with someone he can’t seem to have. To bad for both of them.

I have no idea who these people are but he is hideously ugly, she’s plain and unmemorable looking and they both need to wash their hair very badly.

@ash: thanks. That makes me think the first blind item floating through the internet about a Twilight star being attracted to one of the “hunks” (and vice versa) is Jackson and Ashley.
I don’t know what to think about the Rob-Kirsten-Nikki thing though. It amuses me to think that Kirsten and Nikki are hooking up, simply because of the outrage that would erupt from the twi-tards.

she did turn him down at the mtv movie awards circa 2008, she said no she only liked him as a friend when asked if she could give rpattz a chance (by the reporter). its was hilarious he looked like he wanted to die right then and there, it broke his heart you could see it in his flat little face. But yea she has turned him down so many times. She’s the only girl who he genuinely likes maybe even loves and he can’t have. Makes me like her even more.
