Kourtney Kardashian is having what may be a Kardashian Life Crisis. After twelve seasons of projecting her life’s highs and lows on the small screen, she is thinking about moving on. But not really because she’s Kourtney and making firm decisions is something she generally shies away from. In a recent interview with The Daily Mail’s You Magazine, Kourt talks about stepping away from KUWTK, “forgetting” she is famous and what she considers her job to be:
It sounds like Kourtney Kardashian might not want to keep up with her sisters for much longer.
In a new interview with You magazine, the 37-year-old “Keeping Up with the Kardashians” star revealed that she has considered a life without the show that helped launch her career, and it doesn’t sound too bad.
“I don’t want the show to end,” she told the mag, “but I sometimes think I would be so happy if it did and I could just move away from it all.”
“By the end of every season I’ve had enough, but then, once we have had a break, I’m ready for more,” she added, later admitting she still feels “surprised” when she’s recognized on the street.
“I forget that so many people know who I am and have seen me give birth,” she said.
“Someday, if I have more time, that’s a passion I’d love to pursue ― fixing up another house, showing other people how it’s done,” she said. “When I fill out a form at passport control I always struggle with what to say when it asks for my profession: businesswoman or TV personality or mum ― I mean, number one is always mum.”

Honestly I don’t have a problem with her going back and forth on the show. I was champing at the bit to get back to work after being a stay at home mom. Once I finally got a job, I missed parts of staying home – a breather always gives perspective. Either way, Kourt should make herself comfortable because Momager Kris just inked a huge deal with E! to extend the series for four more years. Oh, if only we could vote on TV series every four years like we do our president.
I can’t quite get past Kourt’s fallible memory. The opening of the full You article is a story about Kourtney forgetting she posed nude last year and when reminded said, “I actually love that picture, but I do so many things that it’s hard to keep track…” Come on. I forget many things but I don’t think it would slip my mind that I went to a studio and posed naked for someone – I don’t care how many items were on my To-Do list that day.

Looking at these pics exhausts me. And not because they’re so terrible or anything but my god, how much time do they spend to look this over the top every day? Or most days? How many hours to get your hair done, your makeup done (and that’s a lot of makeup), to shop and plan outfits, to have manicures and pedicures and wax and shave and have your teeth bleached, work out and get treatments and surgery and … I need a nap.
Well, they’re just lying there while others wash and style their hair, shop/pick/plan their outfits, put on their makeup, wax and shave them, bleach their teeth, primp their nails etc etc etc they’re probably napping through all of this.
That sounds like heaven. Sign me up. Take a nap and wake up beautiful. Can someone move my limbs around so they get a workout, too? I’d take that job.
And then get up and do service for other people and bring awareness to important issues like G*dd*mn Kate Middleton is supposed to be doing.
Yup, I think maybe Light work outs are in fact about the only energy expenditure in their lives like that and “the Business of getting pretty”

As for forgetting, I’m a bit absent-minded myself so I can sympathize with the whole “forgetting important events” thing.

The truly objectively don’t look too bad here but i’m thinking of the logistics of having to sit with my mom and siblings to plan a ‘Fit Coordination situation, like do they group text : We Doing all Black? or 2 and 2?

I actually LOVE Kourtney’s outfit, if only the pants were like 2 inches shorter because white pants dragging on the ground is giving me anxiety. And no slicked back hair.

She is the only one that seems to understand how to dress a petite body. (I am also very short. There is an art to knowing how to dress we wee ones.) That said….four more years of whining and boredom? Why? Never watched it, never will.
All these women were on the Star Magazine most hated list. WHY are they so popular. Love to hate, I don’t get it. I can forget my keys, where’s the damn remote, I could have sworn I had a twenty in my pocket, but forget you posed nude! Rigoddamdiculous. They must have defective genes in that family.
I almost like Kim Kardashian’s outfit (I’m sorry, Mom!). And Kourtney can put on her resume “the second most prolific breeder of the worst caliber of celebrity .”
God help me I think I just decided I like them. And am impressed with how committed they are to the game. To keep the focus on them so consistently after all this time IS THE JOB. And they hustle. And all the surgeries have settled and they all look healthy esque and mellowed a little and…what have I become? 😂
