An old acquaintance of mine had the brilliant idea to name her child Ckoda, pronounced “Kodah”. She now gets irrationally angry when someone pronounced it “Sa-kodah”, you know, like it’s spelled. Her husband also believes that slavery should be legal if that’s what America wanted to vote in. Charming folks.

Personally – I think of Koda as a dog name. There’s a lot of dogs around here named Koda – and not many kids. It’s not that it’s a bad name – it’s just always going to be a dog name in my head.
Ckoda though – that’s obvs a kid name 😉

What’s with Minka recycling dudes she already dated? She went back with Chris Evans after being apart, and her and Derek Jeter did the same. Seems like a cycle. As a side note, I think she is absolutely gorgeous. I also think it’s really cool that she went to culinary school.
My thoughts on the name “Kodah”: coda is an actual word, which means a last act of sorts; a final event. For example, Led Zeppelin’s last album was called “Coda” because it was their last piece of music together. Is Kodah their coda, as in they’re not having any more children? Maybe it means something to them. What’s with unnecessary H’s being added to these new names? Someone I know named her kid “Kennah Willoh” I just don’t get it. I don’t think it makes the name look anymore attractive. In my opinion, it actually looks stupid.
