Kim Kardashian’s stepfather Bruce Jenner had some major facial cosmetic surgery this past April. Bruce, who won the decathlon in the 1976 Summer Olympics, got a legendarily awful facelift and nose job 25 years ago. For some reason he’s never corrected it, even though Kim told People magazine that he’s been cruelly teased about it for years. He finally decided to get it corrected – and it’s conveniently been timed to coincide with the season finale of “Keeping up with the Kardashians.”
Bruce Jenner, who turns 60 in October, has given himself an early birthday present: a new face.
“He corrected work that was done 25 years ago that he wasn’t happy with,” his stepdaughter Kim Kardashian tells Life & Style. And while Bruce’s new face won’t be revealed on-air until the May 17 episode of E!’s Keeping Up With the Kardashians, Life & Style can give readers an exclusive sneak peek with the photo above — which was shot in April after the 1976 Olympic decathlon gold medalist (pictured with wife Kris) finally corrected the partial face-lift and nose job that went wrong more than two decades ago.
“We love the results!” raves Kim. “He looks 10 years younger. You can hardly tell he had anything done.”

I do sort of think you can still tell Bruce has had something done. He definitely looks better and more natural looking. Less tightly pulled. Before, looking at his face reminded me of the time my fourth grade best friend French braided my hair so tightly I had tears running down my face. Whenever I looked at Bruce I couldn’t help but feel badly, because he almost looked perpetually uncomfortable. The nose job, though, was by far the worst part in my opinion. His nose was so small I can’t imagine he could breathe well. If Bruce has allergies, forget about it. All in all, it’s a good improvement. And I really hope that first surgeon is out of business.

Ok, I just pulled up a picture of Bruce Jenner, Tom Cruise, Cher and Nancy Reagan at a White House event in 1985, he looks normal and GREAT. I found another photo in 1987, still normal. He didn’t start looking strange until the low-mid 1990s and then “tight” in the 2000s. How many facelifts did he have?

Every time he opens his mouth is looking eerily like a death mask talking from beyond the grave. From the show, I get the Bruce is a pretty good guy – patience with whacky Kris, involved with his two kids and willing to put up with the smutty K-sisters.

I had to google what he used to look like. How sad. Brody looks just like his father used to. Now he’s got a bit of the Busey face going on. It’s sad that this handsome olympian didn’t have enough self esteeme to not fall into the hollywood vanities. How do these rich people find such horrible plastic surgeons?

Long ago he was a fine example of masculinity. He wasn’t perfect looking. But he was absolutely great looking.

This plastic surgery thing is scary. The fact that Bruce had it done when he was thirty five shows that he had low self esteem, despite his accomplishments. I feel sorry for him, as I do for Jennifer Grey who “fixed” her nose and lost her distinctive beauty. Beauty comes in all forms, shapes and sizes.

I think it is an improvement but I still will never think highly of him. He went to my high school, 20 years prior to me, and they named the track and field stadium after him. When they updated the stadium in the late 90′s early 00′s they asked if he would help them. They had already named it Bruce Jenner Stadium many years before. He said no, he didn’t want to be a part of it. So good for him with the improved surgery but I still have no respect for someone who won’t help/forgets where they came from.

In the link provided by Eden, you can definitely see that the nose was gotten at after 1987 and the tip was made far too narrow.
The article says that it was a partial facelift – so it’s possible that his jawline was pulled a bit more taut, which led to that oddness around his mouth.
He’s just kept on getting smaller procedures such as maybe a little eye surgery and botox which has lifted the brow a bit (they drop as we age) and added to his startled mask appearance.
I could be wrong, but always thought that facelights relaxed over time? 20 years is more than sufficient for his face to get back to “normal” if he hadn’t kept on tinkering. The fact that he insists on keeping his eyebrows thinner than when he had them 30 years ago really doesn’t help.
Apart from the tip of the nose, I don’t see any change either.

Which one is the more recent? I bet the one on the right, though the only difference I see is a higher hairline on the right. His wife is pretty though. His nose looks too thin on both of them.

Bruce Jenner was always a good looking guy but seriously, if he has any more facial work done, he’ll have to change his name to Brianna Jenner. He’s looking waaay too feminine.

as in, someone whose face was so damaged that there wasn’t a lot to work with but the surgeon does his or her best.
