What is up with the hands? Age + lack of body fat. Although – intense heat *will* make your veins more visible, no matter how old you are.

My friend’s Mom had some kind of laser thing done to improve the appearance of her hands, so the treatment does exist. But maybe Madonna’s claws are just too far gone at this point.
