Remember back in August when King Douche Joe Francis publicly beat Playmate Jayde Nicole in a club? Radar has video of the incident which is very upsetting to watch, and shows Joe coming up to Jayde from behind, viciously yanking her back by the hair, punching her in the face, then throwing her to the ground and kicking and stomping her. His reason for the from-behind attack? She threw a drink at him. And get this: now Joe is suing Nicole.
Responding to media reports that Joe Francis will sue Jayde Nicole and Brody Jenner over a nightclub melee, Nicole’s attorney Ron Richards tells RadarOnline.com exclusively that the move is just another example of the Girls Gone Wild Founder’s need for retaliation.
“We will be responding with an Anti-SLAPP motion as this lawsuit is retaliation for her exercising her right to file a police report for being a victim of a crime,” Richards said. “Joe Francis can try and bully her all he wants but she won’t capitulate.” Anti-SLAPP lawsuits attempt to protect the rights of persons who engage in protected speech and aim to shield such persons from forces who may try to intimidate them into silence.
Richards says Nicole was exercising her free speech by filing a police report. Nicole claims Francis pulled her hair and knocked her to the ground while Francis claims Nicole threatened to kill him. He has also said that he was fearful for his life, claiming he saw Nicole reach for a bottle which he believed she was going to hit him with.
RadarOnline.com exclusively obtained the disturbing surveillance video from the incident at Guys & Dolls. Nicole does not reach for an object at any time during the tape.

Jayde logically filed suit against Joe back in September. Joe Francis’ criminal history is so long, sordid, and complicated that I can’t even begin to get into it. It seems unreal that this guy isn’t locked up. The worst part of this case is that the D.A. has decided not to file charges against Joe. Or Jayde, since she threw the drink at him. In fact, the D.A. seems to think it was just an eye for an eye, since he claims Jayde threw the drink “without provocation.” Which apparently in the City of Los Angeles makes it okay to beat the living sh*t out of someone. Because the act of throwing a drink – while technically an assault – is on par with a vicious beatdown. Bravo L.A.

I could care less about who is suing who, my main concern is, how in the hell did she make it to be Playmate of the Year? She is just ugly and all kinds of freaky looking, IMO.

Not to get too grade school here, but I saw the video too and she did indeed “start” it. Frankly, they should both be thrown in the slammer for good measure. As for his lawsuit against her, it’s just a ploy to get her to call off her dogs (lawyers). Trust.

She’s a total fug, looks like Teri Hatcher’s “challenged” younger sister. She needs to wear shorts that don’t feature her ass hanging out the bottom.

But Beth, if you watch the video, she also slapped him across the face. His actions were hugely inappropriate, but she laid her hands (and drink) on him first.
After all this dies down, they’ll probably end up dating. -
Thank you Beth! His method of revenge was cruel and uncalled for; hers was mean but silly and harmless. Wet head= hair pulling and beating? If someone dents your car and you shoot them, is that legal and proper retaliation? Or is is Rihanna’s fault for hitting Chris Brown then having the crap beat out of her? No! There’s such a thing as too much revenge. Why the heck can’t we punish both for their respective crimes and be done with it?
That being said I can’t say I like her either. She looks like a jacked up Teri Hatcher. -

I can’t believe the DA is not filing charges. That video is extremely disturbing to watch. She pours a shot glass on his shoulder and he responds by ripping her from her seat by the hair and throwing her to the floor, then punching her in the face.

Setting aside for a moment this pigs stomach turning personality, considering what Joe Francis does for a living I would think he should be used to women ‘threatening’ his life on a daily basis. There isn’t enough Brasso on the planet to polish the turd that is Joe Francis.

Jayde Nicole is such a non-person to me. But I really can’t think of anyone I consider to be a bigger douche than Joe Francis. Nothing’s going to come out of any of this.
