Ugh. Here is Tyra Banks dressed up like Kim Kardashian for Halloween. Not only did she dress up like Kim, she attached herself somehow to two cut-outs, one of Khloe and one of Kourtney. First point: Who the f-ck dresses up like a Kardashian for Halloween? Are any of those girls iconic or relevant enough to dress up as them? Nope. Ty-Ty just wanted to dress up like some “pretty” so she wouldn’t have to get herself all uglied-up. I will give Tyra some begrudging credit - that wig is flawless. It looks just like Kim’s hair.
Second point: Why is the Khloe cut-out so huge? Granted, Khloe is a big girl. But she’s not Godzilla, for goodness sake. I hate being put in a situation where I feel like I have to defend any of these do-nothing morons, but some of the stuff with Khloe does bother me. Yeah, she’s not the prettiest girl, and she’s a very big girl. But she’s not the devil and she’s not grossly unattractive or anything. Tyra could have chosen to make the Khloe cut-out a lot more proportional, but instead she wanted to make sure she looked small.
Anyway, Tyra’s Halloween episode airs tomorrow, Friday, October 30th, 2009 (preview here). According to the press release, “Tyra, who will participate in THREE costume changes, will transform herself and channel three real life TV personalities… Tyra channels Kim Kardashian and uses life size cut outs of Khloe and Kourtney to round out her Kardashian clan costume.” Eh. Whatever.

First off Tyra is a beautiful woman with lots of cool resources who could have a kick ass creative costume and look amazing if she wanted to - dressing up like some D list idiot is a cop out.
Second - a dj on the radio this am was talking about how his three young daughters were dressing as the Kardashians this year. The 8 year old was going to be the pregnant one. An 8 year old should not even know who these tarts are - much less idolize them. What kind of father lets his daughter go out dressed as a skank for Halloween? Dude say no to your kids every once in a while - they will thank you for it later.

GROSS! The only reason Kim K. is even known is for getting pee’d on in a sex tape and being friends with skanky Paris Hilton. I wish all those girls that do nothing of relevance except for famewhoring would go away. Shame on Tyra for promoting a girl that got famous from a sex tape!

I LOVE that the writers here throw around the term “do-nothings”. So funny and true and American. Cute. I am actually looking forward to Tyra’s nervous, mental breakdown and she falls off of the radar for a good number of years. She’s right up there with Ryan Gaycrest polluting the media. I never thought she was pretty or deserving of anything. It all was a fluke and she needs to go already. She is literally mentally ill and young people shouldn’t be exposed to this wanna be role model. She’s a laughing stock.

Have you seen Khloe standing next to the others? She towers over them esp in heels.
Tyra’s boobs look great. She should wear them like that more often because usually they look saggy.
It does suck as a costume. If she wanted to show off her new body why didn’t she just wear that dress any day of the week?

i would think if you were going to be someone like kim k. you gotta do more than just the wig, like a more recognizable outfit, like that white pantsuit kim wore that one time with the red lipstick - not just some random green dress. and do more dramatic kim k-ish makeup. all she did was throw on the wig. more effort please! cant wait to see what keidi klum comes up with this year

I won’t lie, ever since I became remotely aware of who the Hell Kim Kardashian was (I only know her from tabloids and sites such as Celebitchy…ah, the wonders of media saturation!) I’ve thought she was an AMAZINGLY beautiful woman.
But a Halloween costume? Seriously? How hard is that?! Heidi Klum is my Halloween costume Goddess. -

Tyra is a beautiful and HELL of ALOT more talented than Kim K. so now people are resorting to using Kim’s “beauty” to one up Tyra? PUH-LEEZE!
At least Tyra has her own two successful shows and was a super model and STILL has a fantastic figure to boot!
I think her costume is very clever! She shares an uncanny resemblance to Kim in that costume (although she’s more beautiful than Kim K. to me). C’mon, you gotta admit that the Kardashian’s are a very scary family! LOL! Tyra could’ve done alot worse (i.e., that lame ass balloon boy costume).
Are some people on here jealous of Tyra’s beauty and success or something?
