In her debut film, sexy, smoky-voiced 19-year-old Lauren Bacall told Bogey, 45, he didn’t have to do a thing for her except maybe whistle. “You know how to whistle, don’t you … You just put your lips together and … blow.” Before long, Bogart blew off his then-wife. Bogie and Bacall wed and had two children before his death at 57.
