The Doctors are booking all the tabloid-friendly reality stars and personalities. In the last week we’ve reported on interviews they’ve done with Octomom, (who wants us to call her Natalie now although that’s not her given name) and Olivia Newton-John’s daughter, Chloe Lattanzi, who suffers from body dysmorphia and has has extensive plastic surgery but will only cop to fillers. Enter Brielle Biermann and her mom, Kim Zolciak-Biermann, the stars of Don’t Be Tardy who look like plastic clones of each other. These two have been moderately open about the fact that they love to visit the dermatologist, but like many semi-famous people they will only admit to certain procedures. Brielle, 19, claims to only have had her lips done while Kim has admitted to Botox and fillers and claims she hasn’t had plastic surgery other than her boobs done. (However she’s probably at least had a nose job too.) In their appearance on The Doctors, the two ribbed each other about their social media posts and talked plastic surgery rumors, basically the things they’re known for.
Kim Zolciak-Biermann and her daughter Brielle have both openly spoken about getting lip fillers, and Brielle is tired of getting social media backlash for it.
“They all tell me that I’ve ruined my face,” Brielle, 19, says on Wednesday’s episode of The Doctors, hosted by Dr. Travis Stork. “They think I’ve had all this work done on my face when in reality all I’ve done is my lips, and I feel like I’ve been very open about it so it’s annoying.”
Co-host Dr. Andrew Ordon chimes in in her support.
“You’ve had your lips done and I think they look great,” he says. “I don’t think you need to do any more.”
“She just got a touch-up last night!” quips Zolciak-Biermann, 38, in the clip.
The Don’t Be Tardy star also discusses her unique dynamic with her daughter.
“I’m always her mom first,” she says. “I think [people on social media] have been getting on me about this as well that I’m just her friend, but I’m her mom first. But I’m also one of her best friends. She’s also almost 20 years old. I parent my 14-year-old way different than I do Brielle.”
Brielle has made this argument before, that she’s only had her lips done, and she went on a rant about it earlier this year, claiming that she’s just like Kylie Jenner in that she’s only had lip fillers. “Look at Kylie… she looks like a totally different person. She says she hasn’t done anything but had her lips done, like me.” That’s not the best argument considering how much Kylie lies about what she’s had done. Brielle actually went to the same doctor as Kylie for her lips, but it’s possible she only had lip filler. She wears so much makeup and does an excessive amount of highlighting and shading, which gives her that fake look. I do think she’s had a nose job and isn’t counting it, judging by these old pics I found of her on Twitter, below. (Radar has a before an after pic too. She was so much prettier without the fake lips.) It could be all the hair and heavy makeup throwing us off.

Later on in the show Kim got a consultation about a varicose vein on her leg, which was rather uneventful although the doctor told her he wasn’t sure they could do anything about it because of her preexisting conditions – she’s had a mini stroke and she also has a heart condition. I hope the goal was to look middle age at 19, because that’s what’s happened. She looks like a 45 year old that has had plastic surgery to look like she’s in her 20’s again.
That’s what I was thinking. That hair and her poor face. Like she was trying to look like a middle aged woman struggling to hold on to her youth. This is just sad.

You can clearly see that she used the same surgeon that her mother did (for the nose job that she “didn’t” have). Whomever that surgeon is, he or she is creating “ski slope” noses that look like the nose jobs that people used to get back in the 70s. That kind of obvious work is as dated AF, and THAT is why they both look like ageing Los Angeles wannabes desperate to hold onto their youth. 19 going on 42.

Strangely enough she looks like Kylie Jenner (original version) in her old photos. Now she looks like she’s wearing a mask of her mum’s face. I hope it’s not BDD, but instead just youthful folly (albeit aided and abetted by her mum).
BDD is a serious disorder and one that gets too much hilarity directed at it (press treatment of Chloe Latanzzi and Pete Burns being an example). I’ve always wondered why. Because looking good (and, therefore, vanity) is stereotypically seen as a “female” thing, so it can be laughed off as something silly women and sillier men do?
Kim posted a photo on IG just a couple of weeks ago where she was getting something done to her butt. Doesn’t that count? And her nose is on its third or fourth iteration. I think they both look ridiculous. Kim was a very attractive woman in RHOA’s first season. Now she looks like an artist’s caricature of herself.

Yeah, she learned at a very early age from her mother that it’s OK to lie. Her mother claims to be 38, LOL… 45 plus at least and both had work done. Kim let’s Brielle call her by her name so she doesn’t appear to be a mother to a 19 year old but even if one doesn’t know who Kim is one can tell she’s not 38 but close to 48…
