Tristan Thompson sought and seemingly received a gag order on Maralee Nichols this week. Maralee sued him for child support, and provided the court with texts and emails where Tristan encouraged her to seek an abortion and told her he would only give her $75K for the baby, and that he was quitting the NBA after this season so she wouldn’t get any more money from him. He also asked for a DNA test. Maralee gave birth (I think) to a boy about a week ago, and it’s generally believed that the paternity test would be done this week or soon. So that’s why he got a gag order:
Tristan Thompson’s paternity lawsuit filed in Texas with Maralee Nichols has been sealed. The online filing, seen by Page Six on Thursday morning, is no longer searchable and states the records are “currently CONFIDENTIAL or this case has been SEALED.”
The change in accessibility comes just days after the Sacramento Kings player requested a gag order to prevent his personal trainer from further engaging with the media. Attorneys for Thompson and Nichols didn’t immediately return Page Six’s requests for comment.
In the gag order request, obtained by Page Six, Thompson claimed Nichols’ “intention all along [was] to try to achieve some sort of notoriety and gain for herself in this lawsuit” accusing him of fathering a third child. Thompson further alleged in his filing that he suffered “damages and extreme distress.” He requested the court hold an emergency hearing for the gag order and also wanted Nichols to post a $30,000 bond to “deter” her from violating the order.
I still don’t understand why this is being done in Texas? The child was allegedly conceived in Texas, but both Maralee and Tristan live (mainly) in California. Tristan is trying to go through the Texas courts because he thinks they’ll be more anti-woman. He seems to be right. He’s truly asking his side-chick baby-mama to post a bond to ensure her silence. WTF.
Meanwhile, Khloe Kardashian keeps centering herself in this story. People Magazine ran articles all week about how Khloe was “upset” to learn that Tristan cheated on her yet again, and explaining why she kept taking him back (“he’s changed!”). Khloe complained about how she’s “barely in her own body right now” as well. Well, now Khloe wants everyone to know that she’s finding the strength to move on from the guy she broke up with in June.

Thompson, 30, is currently being sued by Maralee Nichols for child support and pregnancy-related fees after she said they conceived a child together in March, according to court documents obtained by PEOPLE. Nichols gave birth to the baby boy last week, her rep told PEOPLE.
“Khloé is moving on,” the source says. “Tristan and Khloé have been broken up for a while, and things are okay between them.”
The insider adds that the former couple is “focused on co-parenting True,” their 3-year-old daughter. (Thompson also shares son Prince, 4, with ex-girlfriend Jordan Craig).
I sincerely hope she’s moved on before now, given his wall-to-wall infidelities and given the fact that (again) they’ve been over since June. If anything, this makes me wonder if Khloe was still trying to be with Tristan since their breakup. Ugh.

The article about Kourtney getting engaged said Tristan was there with Khloe. Why would you invite an ex-boyfriend to something so intimate as your sister getting proposed to? I think they were they still on, if not publicly, until this broke and that’s why she’s putting herself in the middle.

THIS!! Co parenting doesn’t mean you take him a family event like Kourtneys engagement….she was waiting to roll him out cause she knows her “followers” would come for her AGAIN. Now that there’s more evidence that he is a cheating liar she’s claiming they broke up in June.
I think cameras were filming for their Hulu show and therefore Tristan is there for the storyline. Whether they’re together or not, the narrative on their show is what that they care about. Whether they are together or not seems secondary (I think they’re not really together and just playing up this Khloe victim storyline for ratings). I was listening to Behind the Blinds podcast and they dive deep into how Khloe also cheats and this victim persona/revenge body shtick is just part of her brand. She knows he’ll never change.
Yes, to answer the question of why he is there: Because they were filming.
But why make him part of the storyline at all unless they were planning to sell them together again. And even if they’re just selling it and it isn’t real, it explains why she is upset that this is coming up now. Whether it’s real or not, she was selling it and this makes her look like a fool. And I defintely think she was still trying to have another kid with him because they all seem to be weird about the one father thing, even when the father is a jerk.
She looks like a fool who laughs all the way to the bank. All they care about is money and staying relevant. Truly think they’ve just made their deal with the devil (aka PMK) and they have no conscience. Fame and money are powerful drugs.
I hope Khloe wakes up and realizes this dusty raggedy ass man doesn’t love her, never loved her, and puts her self-worth first. She’s made a clown out of herself to stand by him and it’s sad AF. She wants the idea of him.
As I’ve said here before, I’m sure she’ll be posting vague affirmations about self-worth any day now.
I used to like her because she was the most realistic of the bunch, somehow PMK got to her and she’s just like the rest of them. Sigh. Idiot meets idiot and idiots have kid together. I feel sorry for the kids in this situation.
Translation: Kris is loading the internet with “Woe is Khloe” and “Kayne wants Kim back” stories because Travis’ interview didn’t get the positive feedback she was hoping for.
Tristan puts a gag order on Nichols, when it’s Khloe and her mother who have been running to People and Page Six every week to leak stories about Nichols and her baby, creating fake accounts about Nichols and the baby, and whining about how Khloe is suffering.
Instead of running Kris’s narratives which depict her daughters as victims and heros, it would be nice if the press addressed these issues:
Contribution to negative body image. They have had a lot of plastic surgery and what they can’t fix through plastic surgery, they photoshop and filter.
Hypocrisy. They whine when the man they are involved with cheats on them yet they didn’t care about his cheating when they inserted themselves in another woman’s relationship.
Use the press to spread negative stories about their exes and any woman who they perceive as threats.
Exploitation of men who have mental illnesses(Kayne and Pete) and drug addictions(Lamar, Pete, Scott).
Kris pays the press to give her daughters titles that they don’t deserve. Since Kris has been struggling with obtaining a law license for Kim, she just purchases fashion titles from Forbes, PCA, and WSJ Magazine for her.
Kim is so insecure that she says that any man who rejects her or doesn’t find her attractive is gay.
Claims that their brands and business are more successful than what they actually are.
Put their names on products and companies without actually doing any of the work. Like the time Kris paid the press to write that Kim donated and saved a soccer team from Afghanistan.
Lying about getting Covid just to shill products.
They lie about everything. From how much time Kim spends studying to Kylie claiming that she didn’t know that people had died as Astroworld even though she posted a photo of an ambulance in a crowd and she was surrounded by body guards.
Constantly playing the victim.
Using Kayne to get access into the fashion industry and White House.

Tristan Thompson is a 30-year-old UNMARRIED man. He can hardly be said to be “cheating” when he hasn’t committed himself to anyone.
I don’t know what Khloe sees in him, and that voice of his is laughable.😂

No matter how horrible a man is, there’s always a woman who is willing to be with him.
