In May, we learned that 83-year-old Al Pacino was expecting a baby with his 29-year-old girlfriend Noor Alfallah. It was messy from the start – we only learned of the pregnancy when she was eight months along, Pacino apparently demanded a DNA test, and Pacino’s people were openly suggesting that Noor is a golddigger who took advantage of a geriatric man. Noor’s people countered: she’s not a golddigger, she just “loves old people.” Noor had the baby (son Roman) in June, and by September, she and Al were officially done. She hired a lawyer and went to family court to get all of the custodial and support issues worked out. It only took a couple of months:
Al Pacino is a new dad once again at 83, and it ain’t gonna be cheap … he’ll pay $30,000 a month in child support, an amount that could grow based on his annual earnings.
According to legal docs, obtained by TMZ, Al and his most recent girlfriend Noor Alfallah — with whom he welcomed a son named Roman back in June — just hammered out their custody agreement.
They’ll share legal custody of Roman, Noor will get primary physical custody and Al will get visitation.
Both parents will work together when it comes to determining holidays and both have an equal say in schooling decisions and in attending extracurricular activities.
As for child support … Al is going to pay $110,000 up front and is now responsible for paying $30,000 a month in base child support. He will also have to put $15,000 per year in an education fund and could pay up to an extra $90,000 at the end of the year … depending on his earnings.
We should note … he was also paying $13,000 a month for a night nurse, and he’s on the hook for any medical expenses outside insurance.
All of this sounds pretty reasonable to me? I’m surprised Pacino either has the liquidity or enough money coming in to cover $30,000 a month/$360K a year, plus these added expenses. He’s not like Robert De Niro – Al isn’t booking movies non-stop because he can’t sit still. Anyway, Noor got her Pacino baby and now she’s getting Pacino cash. It is what it is – they both made weird decisions, but it seems to have been settled reasonably and fairly.

I see Noor lives by the “a fool & his money are fun to play with” mantra. I saw she dated Mick Jagger, so I’m guessing he was her first choice of baby daddy, but after the last girl, I think Mick figured it out but it did take him a while. I was a little surprised by the 15K order to cover a “night nurse”. The question I have is the nurse for the baby or Pacino?

I don’t understand why someone young would want anything 82 in her body. It’s obvious she wanted a baby and a pay day.

He can’t take the money with him what does he care? A child lives on. Maybe he’s happy about it.
As some background on her, I think she is mostly telling the truth and she actually has an old man kink. She has dated several old men before him. Also, her family has a lot of money from what I have learned although it is a mystery as to how they acquired their wealth. She is Palestinian and her parents have a mansion in Beverly Hills. She is good friends and classmates with the Simi and Haze twins (even bigger money from mysterious origins)
At 83, I don’t think we could expect Pacino to be involved in other ways than money, he’s not going to be looking after the baby during the weekends. The situation is really sad for that child though.
I think he’s the world’s greatest living actor, so I’m disappointed in the extra-curricular activities. That relationship clearly wore off quickly. My mother used to say, “There’s no fool like an old fool.” I think she knew what she was talking about. It’s a shame men try to relive their virility through other people, and it’s also a shame when young women take advantage of it. Is she a producer because she knows about producing films, or because she chases and bangs famous men? I wouldn’t trust her in business after this.
I sort of get it when people go through mid-life crises and look for younger partners. Sort of. They want to feel young again, don’t want to face aging, so they try to turn back the clock. It’s not admirable but it’s human.
But a man his age being with a woman that many decades younger? Ugh. He was 80!!!! My father was 80 when he passed. I cannot imagine him being with a woman who would have been young enough to be MY daughter at the time. Just ICK all around.
He should’ve been smarter about this in the first place (protection of SOME kind; men don’t go through menopause), but he couldn’t get past her youth/body, soooo….eh. She’s no angel and I’m sure we can all agree she just wanted his money, but still; cough it up, dude.
So what will happen to this gold digger when her money machine dies…..which could be fairly soon looking at his age? Will her cash point dry up?
