Jennifer Aniston wears another vadge-flasher dress in Madrid

Oh, no. This is my least favorite dress of the entire Bounty Hunter promotional tour. I would even prefer to see that hot pink Lacroix mullet dress over this one. This is what Jennifer decided to wear for the big Bounty Hunter premiere in Madrid. This looks… really cheap. Like something Miley Cyrus would wear – and not even to a premiere or something, this is the kind of dress Miley would wear just out and about in LA. At first the length looks appropriate, but if look at the detailing, you can see that most of the bottom half is a see-through black gauze ruffle.

I feel like I just saw this dress somewhere else… where? Oh, yes. This dress looks a lot like a strapless version of the dress Lindsay Lohan was wearing the other night when her feet were covered in powder. It’s like a dress Lohan would wear, only someone tacked on the gauze ruffle. Why does Jennifer do this? She has a few good or great fashion moments (like the white sheath or the solid beige beaded one-shoulder), and then she puts on a dress that’s reminiscent of chicks named Lohan and Miley. Yikes.

And as for those rumors about Jennifer boning Gerard, Jennifer would like us to know something:

She did cover up her feet though. I like these shoes a lot.

WOW! I think she looks great, love the dress, love the shoes.

She looks like she has the glow of a woman who had really great sex recently…. Like in the limo

  2. julia says:

Not her best choice of dress I will give you that one.

For some reason it looks like a very expensive cheap looking dress.

Really isn’t a very nice dress who ever was wearing it.

  3. susanne says:

    I have to disagree!

I like it when Jen deviates from her usual California style. I think the dress is perfect for Madrid- Spanish women have a different style, and I think this works.

    The shoes are amazing!

  4. canadianchick says:

I’ve been if she’s been smoking the ganga on this press junket-Ive seen a few photos where her eyes looked glassy. Or maybe its the botox? I read a blind item last week re: some A list actor smoking up in the green room before promoting his film on a morning show. I bet she and Gerry are hanging out regularly with Mary Jane. That explains the vadge flashing clothes that are too young for her.

  5. Stephie says:

Hehe, good one. (size indication) 🙂

I guess if the movie can’t be spectacular you might as well promote the hell out of it anyway so people will still go see it. Or them.

  6. Mrs. Rut says:

I think she looks awesome! Love the dress AND shoes!

  7. Melanie says:

I like the dress and the shoes. It is a little more goth than normal. (I almost typed Norman.) I think she looks great!

  8. Cheyenne says:

Was Valentino smoking crack when he designed that mess?

It’s godawful. And it doesn’t go with the shoes. The whole outfit is a shipwreck on wheels.

  9. lucy2 says:

    I don’t like the dress, but I wouldn’t call it a vadge-flasher.

  10. Malorie says:

@Susanne: I´m a spanish woman who LOVES black dresses but this one I don´t like. At all. I think it makes her fatter. I have a very similar figure to her and this type of dresses doesn´t do anything good to my figure.

  11. Chelly says:

First she’s too simple then she’s a “vadge flasher” in an “ugly” dress. Ppl will find ANYTHING to criticize this poor woman. She’s beautiful and that dress may not be the best but if fits her great and those shoes are SEXY! I LOVE them!

  12. Kitty2000 says:

    Oh the shoes, the shoes!

    *drool*

  13. Guest says:

Love the shoes!! The dress is fine. I personally don’t have a problem with short dresses – I am not ageist. Maybe because I am younger then most of the people posting here? I don’t know.

Most older people don’t wear shorter dresses because they cannot carry them off. Then what happens is that they get a little jealous about the ones that can – and try to put them down. Happens all the time. I’m thinking that anyone with a body on this blog that could wear this kind of dress and look great would have no problem with it. However the ones who could not will be talking bad about it.

Notice how everyone loved the white dress – mostly because it was ‘for someone her age”. Really sad. Why do we never do this with men? What should George Clooney not wear that Robert P. could?

  14. PJ says:

Jennifer has worn some awesome outfits on this promotional tour — thanks for treating us to quite an enjoyable fashion show! I like her trying something different from her usual look. It shows a little daring and risk-taking.

But there’s something a little Gwyneth Paltrow-esque about this outfit!

  15. PJ says:

I agree with Guest that many older women don’t wear shorter dresses because they don’t look good in them.

Jennifer looks great in short skirts. Even Gerard Butler said she has the best legs in Hollywood. And he should know!

  16. Chelle says:

She looks fantastic!!!! I know it’s hard for some to admit, but she is looking GOOD!! end of story.

  17. Lil says:

Guest, one more time you said it!

    Totally agree!

  18. canadianchick says:

Bahahaha @guest if you are so anti-ageist why did you make an ageist comment? Hello-it’s a gossip blog and free for all celebitch-fest around here, include for the young’uns like you. Ps. Your dress is too short, LOL.

  19. The Queen Bee says:

This dress looks totally cheap. It is awful. With a professional stylist on this press tour and hundreds of designer frocks to chose from- THIS is the best she could do? UGH.

  20. Ursula says:

I loved the white dress, the pink dress is my least favourite, this one is not so bad but the girl looks smoking.

  21. nnn says:

    Those shoes are sick !

I have a similar dress that i put on for dance clubs. I have super long legs a la Cameron Diaz and those kind of dresses are just spectacular to leggy model type figures. You put it and people are just wow, or publicly complimentary about your super long leanly legs.

It really gives you that super slender leggy silouhette even when your legs are shorter, especially when the dress fit a tiny waist.

She looks fine in it. But i would have put that type of dress for an after party and a more classy one for the red carpet.

But she looks good in it and the loose hair compliment the outfit, even though it would definitely soften her face with bouncy, curly loose hair but again, she looks fine in that red carpet.

  22. Jill says:

I love this whole outfit on her. In fact, I’m gonna steal this style.

  23. hmm says:

If George Clooney starts dressing like a hipster, I will be the first one to call him on it, but the idea that a woman because she’s fit can wear whatever she wants is silly. Just because you can fit into it doesn’t mean it’s the right thing to wear. I know the fans will say she looks good in anything but that’s just not true. She doesn’t need to be swathed in material from neck to knee because she’s a 40+ woman, but she shouldn’t dress like Miley Cyrus and expect to be taken seriously. The dress with the bedazzled thing on the front is just tacky just like that pink monstrosity, but the shoes are fab.

  24. Toe says:

Sweet Bejebus, she looks HOT!! Shoes with dress and escort guy.

  25. yuki says:

I wonder what cheyenne would say if Angie was wearing it…

  26. Rianna says:

I like whatever she wears. If I looked like her I sure as hell would wear something like that.
Those shoes are amazing. I wonder where you could get them?

  27. Guest says:

Yuki – she would love it – remember the short black dress Angie wore (and I mean short – it was definitely a vadge flashier dress) to the Panda DVD release. Cheyenne and crew loved it. It showed her beautiful legs – called her bad ass.

There is no question that Jen gets called out more than anyone else. People are just fascinated with her. Every single stop on this promotion tour every single blog is talking about – analyzing to death. That is the power of Jen. I have never really figured out why.

  28. Harper says:

IF you got it – flaunt it! Jen has a killer body and awesome legs, so short dresses look great on her. Wowza the whole ensemble is hot, hot, hot!

  29. andrea says:

omg, is she giving us the finger guns??

  30. scotchy says:

    @hmm, i am with you..
this dress, is just wrong, tasteless. she needs to get rid of her stylist, or stop styling herself, if that’s the case.

  31. flourupot says:

Those shoes are a walking orgasm. Want.

  32. Jess says:

    She looks beautiful!

  33. nnn says:

    #27

I agree with you to some extent but not all. Jolie wether her legs are considered beautiful or not is not the same generation as Aniston. They have a 6 year and a half age gap.

She was 32 during that photocall and i can understand that things you put at 32 shouldn’t be exactly of the same that what you put at 41.

I think that Michelle Pfeiffer and Sharon Stone have killer bodies and long legs, much more than Jennifer Aniston. But i would find it tacky if they put that dress when they are 52 years old. It’s not that it doesn’t fit them PHYSICALLY, it doesn’t SUITS them agewise.

I think that to each age its clothes and that is not agism, its growing process and putting clothes that your daughter or granddouaghter can put is kinda psychollogicall disturbing.

We don’t put diapers as we grow, we don’t use silky anymore. I would be very disgusting to see a grand mother with her bare belly flashing her ring on the bellybutton because she still has it at 60.

Hell Sigourney Weaver has still gorgeous legs but it would scream desperation and patheticness if she put that dress on. She had a long red dress to one of her last public appearances and some people were already saying that it was not age wise. She is Meryll’s age.

In any way, Jen Aniston looks fine and again, that type of dresses on long leggy girls are really stunning.

  34. Maritza says:

She has a great body and I disagree with the dress being inappropriate for her age, she looks fantastic! The shoes are really cute. Now the hot pink Lacroix dress, that was horrible!

  35. TaylorB says:

Nice to see a pic of her and Gerard where he isn’t trying to play finger bingo with her no-no.

    p.s. I LOVE THOSE SHOES!

  36. fizXgirl314 says:

    I don’t love that dress but it’s hardly a vadge flasher…

  37. Cheyenne says:

yuki: I wonder what cheyenne would say if Angie was wearing it…
    ========================================

Cheyenne would say what the hell was Angie thinking of when she put that dress on.

I didn’t especially like the minidress she wore to the KFP release, but the style was okay. Very simple, unfussy, with long sleeves. And she wore it with plain stiletto pumps.

This dress looks like flamenco meets Las Vegas. And the shoes don’t compliment it. There is too much going on with the shoes, too much going on with the dress, and the whole package looks like she got dressed in the dark.

  38. archiepelago says:

I like the dress, not many could pull it off like she did.

This movie looks like an unholy pile of plop (most things she does now are) but I guess if you are stuck in rom com land, you might as well have a good time and it seems they are enjoying themselves on this press tour.

  39. toto says:

for god sake we can see her string all her ass is flashed

  40. fizXgirl314 says:

you know, we could sit here and analyze which dress who can wear at 32 and a half but not at 33 and how many centimeters ones legs have to be to pull off a short dress or how your height weight proportions dictate the colors, patterns and styles of your clothing etc etc etc… or we could just let people wear what they want to and be ok with it and not put some arbitrary standards on women based on age, length of legs, hair color and whatever other useless criteria we can come up with…

  41. Cheyenne says:

@ Harper: Even though you got it, sometimes it’s sexier not to flaunt it.

  42. Chelly says:

O stfu and let her be….HATERS. Jealousy is such an ugly color for the above and all the other haters that could never pull a dress like that off at that age…or probably ANY age…ha!

  43. asiont says:

I don’t like the dress, it looks cheap, but it is definitely not too short

  44. Steve says:

What is wrong with you, Celebitchy??? Losing readers and need to create some shock value? There’s nothing wrong or too short with her dress, move on already. You’re looking pretty pathetic at this point.

  45. Sigh. says:

@ julia: “For some reason it looks like a very expensive cheap looking dress.”

ITA. I don’t have a problem with the dress’ length or style, it just looks poorly made/fitted to me.

She’s still in her same uniform (sleek, short, strappy), but a little bit more edgy. I’ll take it. Baby steps, people, baby steps. Cos any drastic change at this point would be unfairly labeled “desperate” to somehow get Brad’s attention or to keep Gerard’s.

  46. mollination says:

    I see no vadge.

  47. Breezy says:

    Personally, I love it.

Of course, I’m only 16, so maybe my opinion should be taken with a grain of salt 😉

Love the shoes too! Just wish she’d done something with her hair. D:

  48. JuiceinLA says:

2-cents on the ageism/jealousy discussion above… I am closer to Jens age than probably Guest and even our heroic blog authors, and though I agree Jen can totally carry this look off flawlessly, I also think: Ok honey, your over 35, its time to stop wearing mini dresses.

has nothing to do with jealousy of younger types that can pull it off- I have no size, fat or cellulite issues personally, its just about aging gracefully.

at some point, the mini become hanging on to lost youth rather than celebrating it.

  49. Mairead says:

Shoes – glorious! DO WANT! An absolute style win for Ms. Aniston!!!

    Dress – f**k that’s manky.

Hair – I see she’s noted that her hair was looking almost straggly at the ends and a bit thin overall, so she’s gone for extensions. They look good, very very subtle. I still think she should either curl it or cut it (I liked her hair as a bob). But the fact it’s not been looking it’s best for a few months now is starting to worry me – I don’t like the woman, but i don’t want her to be ill enough to damage her hair!

On the legs-dress debate. At any age, the “Chest or Legs” rule is appropriate and is a good one to follow. And since she has the legs and body to wear over the knee dresses, then fair enough. But there’s over the knee and there’s age appropriate. Women over the age of 30 and definitely 35 should have enough sophistication not to need to show as much skin as possible or dress exactly like a teen or college student.

  50. Guest says:

Celebitchy – you should do a post about Jennifer and Gerard’s post premiere flamenco dancing – there are awesome pics of Jennifer dancing at a club and Gerard with his arm around her.

She looks awesome in that dress, and they look like they had a great time in Spain!

  51. Sally says:

Great shoes, but that dress is as tacky as hell! Ruffle skirts like that do not become one over the age of 14 (if they’re not in a dance competition/something similar).

  52. Guest says:

To nnn that talked about Angie and Jen being in different generations. Not so much. A generation is actually about 25 years apart. For example a generation takes one person having a baby. A mother then her baby that is a generation. The average age of this is about 25 years according to data. So people within that span are in the same generation. There is no way a six year old could have a baby so people six years apart are in the same generation.
Sorry but Angie and Jen are in the same generation. If what you said was true then Brad and Angie would be two generations apart – that would just be wrong!

Other then that how about we let women dress according to how they want to dress and quit trying to “judge” them and be ageist. And as for the others on your list I would love to see any one of them in a short dress. I would love to see a ninety year old in a short dress. But then my view of the world is much bigger then some other peoples.

  53. sonola trip says:

    @ Guest,

Well considering that George Clooney doesn’t dress like Robert Pattinson, by your own example you have just proven yourself wrong. Clooney has always been very self-conscious of dressing for his age and as a result has an impeccable, sophisticated style. From his refusal to dye his gray hair to his steady uniform of a perfectly tailored Italian suit and tie, Clooney has never tried to look like he’s in his 20’s. Clooney has a body that Pattinson would kill for and yet he doesn’t “flaunt” it just because he can. It’s one of the reasons “class” is the most common adjective associated with Clooney’s name. Unfortunately, “class” is not the adjective most commonly associated with Aniston’s name …. “desperate” is.

  54. Dani says:

Vadge flasher? Uh, no. Just because a dress is short doesnt mean you can see her vagina. This is tame compared to most fashion dresses worn by people on the red carpet.

I don’t really care for the dress but saying it’s a vadge flasher is a little ridiculous.

  55. Guest says:

Just had to put my two cents in. With this debate again. If the above is true and age matters in how you dress. What about Brad. The knitted hat, baggy jeans etc. is definitely a young man’s thing. Considering he is close to 50 he should be dressing like George Clooney – right?

  56. My2Cents says:

Jeesh I dont see any vagina! It’s story again. *yawn* I get it Kaiser you dont like her nor her style but stop repeating the same story. You have written about her dresses 3 days in a row.

  57. Solveig says:

Misleading title, this is hardly a vadge-flasher dress. She looks great as a person with a great fit body does, but I don’t like the dress at all.
The shoes are ok and I’d love to have some like those.

  58. Lilias says:

sonola trip, the only people who call her desperate are the people who irrationally hate her.

Clooners is sexy but he’s still older and has an older man sexy body. R.Pattz has a younger man sexy body. Men don’t show much of their bodies anyway-except for the ones who are known for having great bodies like Hugh Jackman *drool*

Women, on the other hand, especially in their business, show their bodies all the time. It’s practically required. I think wearing short skirts isn’t that big of a deal. Especially since she’s only 41 and has beautiful legs. It’s not like she’s 50 or 60 and trying to dress like a teenager. She’s known for working hard to look that good, so I don’t see why she shouldn’t show off her hard work.

This particular dress is hideous and looks like a tacky reject prom dress but I don’t see anything wrong with the length.

  59. pumak says:

    amazing legs

  60. Kim says:

I like the dress and its not flashing anything. Her hair is to blond though
