Goodness, why would you think that a 4 1/2 year old would be too big to be carried by her mommy for a bit? It’s a great way to get a little closeness. I still pick up and carry my 6 year old from time to time for the same reason. She’s not really into hugs or being held, so it’s how I get my love every now and then. And she likes it too.

I watched the interview. She likes the Olsen’s and didn’t mean it as an insult. She has a lot of empathy for them as anyone could feel that way in large crowds. Megan was quite sweet during the interview, and has quite a sense of humor.

Did anyone else check out the piece about Demi Moore tweeting photos of herself? She actually took pics of herself in front of the mirror and sent them out for all the world to see. Yes, she looks amazing, but my god, the conceit and self-absorption involved in tweeting photos of yourself amazes me. Uh. Okay. If ANYONE would actually watch the interview instead of judging a sound bite this might make more sense. Then you would realize that she was making comparisons and being empathic with the Olsens. Megan has always talked about her own insecurities and phobias with being in the media. This is true with pretty much all of the instances of her comments in the media.
But it’s always more entertaining to make her out to be some bitch that you can rant about, I suppose.
