The cool kids in high school are fighting! YAY! This gossip is even better than the one about Kristen Stewart coming between two friends/lovers, Robert Pattinson and Tom Sturridge. By the way, regarding the Sturridge rumors: I just saw Pirate Radio, and I can safely say that Sturridge is one of the prettiest men I’ve ever seen. He’s prettier than The Sparkler (my new name for Pattinson). Sturridge might even be as pretty as Jude Law was back in the day. It’s kind of amazing. Anybodies – the new gossip. Apparently, Kristen Stewart is hella pissed at Emma Watson because Emma is English, and so is The Sparkler, and Kristen think that The Sparkler will end up with an Englishwoman. Of, and apparently Emma thinks Kristen is a whore. I told you it was good!
Kristen Stewart reportedly believes that Emma Watson ‘is trying to steal’ Robert Pattinson from her. R-Pattz, who starred alongside Watson in the first Harry Potter movie, is said to have landed a role opposite Emma in steamy art flick, Dark Arc… and it seems K-Stew is not happy about it.
According to Heat magazine, the two actresses are ‘at war’ over Rob, with Stewart living in fear that Emma ‘is after’ her Twilight co-star lover. A source told the celeb gossip mag: “Like all girls, Kristen can be very jealous and possessive, and in her mind Emma poses a threat. Rob has commented before on how cute he thinks Emma is and Kristen worries that he would have more in common with her because she’s British.”
Earlier this month Miss Watson seemed to slam the 21-year-old for ‘selling sex’ in the Twilight films.
She said: ‘Harry Potter is not Twilight, you know; we’re not selling sex. So, whenever there is any hint of that, everybody gets terribly excited.’
But Kristen took this personally, thinking Emma had directed the comment at her in particular.
The source added: ‘Emma really took it up a notch when she made that comment, like she’s telling the world Kristen is a bimbo and she’s a real lady with poise and talent. She hates being thought of as a sex symbol or being valued for that over her talent, so Emma got her right where I hurts.’
Um… I like little Emma Watson quite a bit, but if she ever gets into a fight with Kristen, my money is on Kristen. K-Stew looks like she can throw down. But really, I don’t think Emma is a threat to K-Stew, and I’ve never bought Kristen as some kind of jealous wreck. Kristen seems to have an (over)abundance of confidence in her personal life and relationships, and The Sparkler seems to worship her.
By the way – was Emma calling Kristen a whore? Eh. I think Emma was calling everyone in the Twilight franchise kind of hooker-esque, though.
Also: Gossip Cop “refuted” the story here, but they don’t really have anything other than sarcasm to back up their repudiation.

First: Gossip Cop founder works as PR boss behind Twilight franchise yet GC is supposed to be the objective voice, all they do is fueling the showmance rumours and “debunking” any threat to the “epic romance” and the franchise.

I don’t think bimbo is a word I’d describe Kristen with and she’s not exactly responsible for the poor script / story that is twilight. The books have little substance so why would the movies be any better.
I too believe, like countless others, that the “romance” between RPattz and KStew only lasts as long as the final TwiWhatever has made it safely onto a screen near you.
As nothing much of anything happens between Bella and Edward in the books nor movies, the studio needed to come up with an incentive to sell the franchise to the Twihards and TwiCougars. If the intended target group (and Bruce Bibby) believes in the “romance”, everybody wins – the studio, the actors, and the mags that sell that kind of “fairy tale”.

I don’t think she said anything directed toward Kristen Stewart, what she said is a fact about the books and only has anything to do with the movies b/c they’re based on them. Harry Potter is more fantasy/adventure with the tiniest bit of teenage-y sexuality in it (crushes mostly) and Twilight is a lot more lusty and sensual.

I am not sure why anyone would even compare the two books or franchise(s) to begin with. They apply to completely different demographics. Just like “True Blood” and “Twilight” are only similar because they both have to do with vampires. The similarities between the two end there. When it comes to the writing though, “Harry Potter” is an all out classic, while “Twilight” and the “Sookie Stackhouse Southern Vampire Mysteries” are shi*t. The End.

I love this post just because you mentioned Tom Sturridge (love of my life) and ‘Pirate Radio’ which is one of the most underrated movies of the past few years. I thought it was hilarious and really original but didn’t get that much coverage sadly..
