Nick Hogan transfered out of solitary

It’s a big day in Nick Hogan’s universe – all of his wildest dreams are coming true! Actually, I’m guessing it’s a pretty big day for most of the inmates at Pinellas County Jail. That’s right, young Nick’s wish of being released into the general population has finally been granted. Nick was being held essentially in solitary confinement because at the young, vulnerable age of 17, he was the only minor in the otherwise adult population.

Hogan is also a minor celebrity in real life, which translates to major booty in jail life. You’d think if the guy had two brain cells to rub together, he’d want to stay in solitary for that exact reason. But apparently Nick’s conviction that he’s special and different and protected from everyone else makes him believe what happens to other famous young jailbird men won’t happen to him. Good luck.

Nick Hogan’s got himself some company. Two days after a judge denied his request to be transferred out of solitary confinement, Hulk Hogan’s son, who’s serving time for a DUI crash that seriously injured his friend, was moved into a communal cell after a routine assessment of the ever-in-flux jail population, according to a spokeswoman for the Pinellas County Sheriff’s Office.

Hogan, whose real last name is Bollea, was cooling his heels in an isolated maximum-security cell because, at 17 years of age, he was considered too young to live among the jail’s general population.

Attorney Kevin Hayslett argued in a motion filed Friday that his client was undergoing “cruel and unusual punishment” that didn’t fit the crime by being housed in those conditions. He requested Hogan either be granted house arrest until his 18th birthday or at least moved out of the concrete block he’d been calling home to be with other nonviolent inmates.

A judge refused a transfer but, according to the jail rep, a spot for Hogan opened up following a review of current housing assignments. The teen is now sharing space with three other juvenile offenders.

Something tells me getting locked in a tight space with three other dudes was not what Nick was hoping for when he had his lawyer make that request.

Nick will become an adult in jail, celebrating the big 18 on July 27. He’ll probably get some new adult roommates at that point. What a fun treat for him. Nothing says “Happy Birthday” like the fear of taking a shower or falling asleep.

Unfortunately John Graziano will be in solitary confinement for the rest of his life.

there goes his butt virginity. 😉

  3. Pont Neuf says:

Well, at least now he will have good reasons for whining like a little child about how cruel life has been to him… 🙄 And Curlyfry80, you should remember the recorded telephone conversations between Nick and that grotesque clown he has for a father: if John Graziano is in vegetative state, is because God punished him for being such a negative person. Apparently, He also punished him with a ‘best friend’ like Nick, who still refuses to accept responsibility for what he did.

Which makes me wonder, how is God going to punish Nick? Oh, yeah! He will have his sense of entitlement utterly crushed (or should we say, ripped and torn? 😆 ) by hardened criminals who couldn’t care any less about who his daddy is.

  4. He is a disgusting little rodent who deserves everything that could possibly be visited upon him while he does his time in jail. I am only sorry that his sentnce is so short.

  5. gg says:

Okay, just so everyone can get it striaght… not EVERYONE who goes to jail, gets anal-raped. Now I’m not condoning my actions, but I have been to Pinellas County Jail, and even in general population, which is either the barracks or central, all inmate are very closely monitored.. even the showers. The lights are always on, and officers all over the place.. its practically impossible for someone to get raped.. murdered.. possibly, but not raped.

My heartfelt prayers and wishes go first to John Graziano and his family. I would also like to leave a message for the Hogan family because I have been thinking about this situation and wanted to share my thoughts.

Dear Hogan Family, I have watched your show and I like all of you and my thoughts and prayers are with you. I have 2 teenaged sons, and understand that they do not always fully think through the repercussions of their actions or that tragedies can really happen to them. I know how much you all love Nick, and hope that you can guide him through this time in a way that will help him to grow to become a better man, do right by John Graziano’s family, and also use the lessons from this horrific tragedy to do some good in the world. I believe that the only way to make sense out of this is for Nick to take full responsibility and truly acknowledge the consequences of his irresponsible actions and apologize and make amends with all of his heart and soul. Then, he needs to make it his life mission (with your family’s support) to do whatever he can for John and his family and prevent other accidents of this type. For example, he should visit and help care for John on a regular basis. Also Brook and Terry can do charity concerts and events that are put on to raise funds for John’s care and also raise awareness about the dangers of street racing. Nick should be going around to high schools and teaching kids near his age about the very real and serious consequences of racing and other dangerous risks kids take because they don‘t think this will happen to them. If he can ever make amends to John’s family, maybe Nick can partner with them to do good work and/or reduce street racing in John’s name. I know Nick is young, but maybe this happened to teach him some lessons about life, humble him, and give him the opportunity to choose to rise to the occasion. My heart really does go out to all of you with how much stress and scrutiny you have all been under. At the same time, if Nick chooses selfishness instead of altruism in the wake of this misfortune, it will really be throwing away the opportunity not only for personal growth, but also to prevent future children and families from this fate. I have seen that there is both good and also selfishness in all of us, and I will be hoping for you that you can reach down and get in touch with your true inner beautiful goodness and create some change that will make a difference.

Guess whining like a little biotch about the ‘emotional distress’ he was under, finally paid off!

No good will come of this.

  13. rockintennisstar says:

I’m not saying what Nick did was ok, but did you people ever think about the fact that John was not forced into the car.. He made the decision to risk his life…it was an accident. It happens to alot of people, everyday. How would you feel if it was considered your son’s fault? Get real, you’ll never know until it happens to you, so stop bitching about it and go outside.

I just saw this and laughed my ass off.
