Heather Locklear emerged from rehab on Wednesday– and it only took two days for a rehab snitch to divulge some of what went on during her stay. Luckily, everything the source said was pretty good, and it sounds like Heather had a lot of support from her friends and family. According to the source, Heather’s ex-husband Richie Sambora called her every single day while she was there.
Heather Locklear’s ex-husband Richie Sambora (who struggled with alcoholism) called her daily during her recent four-week stint in rehab for depression and anxiety, the Chicago Sun-Times reports. (The paper claims she also may have been treated for prescription drug issues.)
The source says that Locklear, 46, told the other patients at the Arizona facility that she felt the world was closing in on her before she sought help. The source adds that Locklear felt people expected her “to be perfect, always beautiful.” During her stay, the source says Locklear “couldn’t have been warmer or more approachable. There was no diva behavior. She was totally genuine, down-to-earth and warm.”
She often enjoyed riding horses. She even told patients that she wanted to make a Western film “so I can better work on my riding skills,” the insider says. At one point during rehab, Locklear was overheard singing and said she’d love to record an album, the source says.

Heather might want to keep that album idea on the down low. That’s probably the only thing in the article you could say was slanderous. I kid, I kid. But I don’t think a Heather Locklear CD will be sitting on my shelf anytime soon – and I’m guessing the same goes for most people, unless they’re interested in the novelty factor.
Boyfriend Jack Wagner got a bit of flack for only visiting Heather twice during the month she was in rehab. There was no mention of how often he called, but supposedly their relationship is still going strong, and Heather thinks they might get married soon. I think it’s really great that Richie Sambora was there for her like that. I can’t think of a whole lot of ex-husbands that would care or want to be helpful in that way. And Heather is the mother of his child – it makes sense that Richie would want her to be as healthy and happy as possible.

you would think while in rehab, outside visits would be on a restriction, so that the patient can focus on the reason they are there, rather then pine away for the next visit with the bf/family. just a thought..
Heather got the singing bug from Jack “AAALLL I NEEED..” Wagner. Now I have that godamned song in my head. Why do I do this to myself.

you know what is crazy to me ?that all you people aint got nothing better to do than get into other peoples buisness i can see if u looked up celebritys to see about projects and so on but to keep tab’s on whos doing who clean up your own back yard before you worry about some one elses worry about important stuff like the enviroment and things that really matter GET A LIFE FOLK’S BYE

Heather Locklear has always been one of the very few Hollywood Celebs that I genuinely liked, and continue to like. She has always struck me as being a genuine and down-to-earth woman. Friends of mine who work in the Industry in L.A (production crew) worked with Heather on two television projects; they stated that without a doubt Heather was one of the sweetest women they had the pleasure to work with. They said there was not one vain bone in her body – she was professional to a T.
I wish Heather all the best and a speedy recovery.

I agree with everyone saying Richie called for their daughter to talk to mom. That would make alot of sense.

If Richie called everyday it wasn’t because Ava was with him. She was with family in California because Bon Jovi was still on tour in Europe. He didn’t have Ava with him until the weekend of July 12th. So if he called it’s because he cares not just because of their daughter. I wish Heather well.
