Britney Spears sons Sean Preston and Jayden James – who turn 3 and 2 this coming weekend – finally got to meet their new cousin Maddie. Jamie Lynn Spears flew from Louisiana to Los Angeles yesterday along with her two-month-old daughter and her mom Lynne. She then went straight to Britney’s house where the group hung out with K-Fed. Always a guaranteed way to class up an event.
Jamie Lynn Spears brought two-month-old daughter Maddie to Los Angeles Wednesday for the baby’s first ever play date with Britney’s two sons.
The 17-year-old flew from Louisiana – along with her baby and her mother Lynne (whose memoir comes out next week). The whole family then headed to Britney’s Studio City house, where the singer was enjoying a regular visitation day with her two boys, Preston, who turns 3 on Sunday, and Jayden, who turns 2 on Friday.
Britney’s ex, Kevin Federline, came to pick up his sons himself, and stayed for about an hour to take part in the reunion.

X17 pointed out how much time Britney’s been spending with K-Fed lately, and wondered if there was any chance of a reconciliation. Normally I’d blow that off – and I don’t think the two being around each other with their kids means a thing other than they’re trying to be good parents – but supposedly Britney’s dad Jamie is somewhat into the idea. And Jamie has helped her out quite a bit so far, so somehow I give the idea (in theory, not as a result of them spending time together yesterday) a little more plausibility in the long run.
It must be awkward as hell to be around Britney and Lynne right now though. Lynne’s “memoir” (tell all) comes out next week, and according to several sources Britney is not happy about it. Not that she can be blamed – a lot of what Lynne supposedly writes about are personal family things that you’d hope stay between mother and daughter. But considering her grandsons are having a big birthday party this weekend, they’ll probably have to get used to the awkwardness, as they’ll be spending some time together.

Yeah, I agree, Kaiser. I don’t even joke about Britney much anymore, as I genuinely think she is a victim of her nutty mother and of mental illness. More power to her and her continued recovery!

Good grief…Casey has a lot of nerve being angry over the news. Ever hear of taking some responsibility for yourself, bub? IF you weren’t ready for another baby, then YOU should have used protection. One would think the first baby would have given him and Jamie a wake up call, but apparently neither one of these individuals are very bright.
