A few months ago, Kim Kardashian did an interview with a British magazine, and she was trying to sell herself as the patron saint of curvy women and loving-your-body. Unfortunately, Kim went on her “Curvy is Beautiful” diatribe in the midst of trying to remind us that she’s a SIZE 4. Now… Kim is surprisingly petite, I’ll believe that. I think she’s a short little thing with a tight little hourglass figure. But there’s just no way that with that ass, those hips and those boobs that she can fit into a traditionally-sized 4. So, I tend to think that Kim is a card-carrying member of The Kirstie Alley House of Delusional Sizing. Imagine my surprise then that Kim is pitching stories to the tabloids about how she wants to get down to a “size 2” for her wedding. For real:
Kim’s been working hard with star trainer Tracy Anderson to get toned! Kim Kardashian is one of the hottest women in Hollywood, but she wants to get as skinny as possible for her upcoming nuptials to Kris Humphries!
Kim, 30, is working harder than ever on her body with celebrity trainer Tracy Anderson, OK! reports.
“She wants to drop two sizes,” a source close to Kim says. “Kim would love to lose 15 pounds, but she’ll be happy with 10.”
Tracy says Kim needs to focus up for her big day to achieve results.
“Sometimes, when you fall in love, you take a little time off from things that are part of your regular routine,” she says. “So she’s going to have to get serious for her wedding.”
Kim will reportedly shed the pounds through a strict diet and exercising for up to two hours a day, six days a week. What a workout!

Ah, she’s doing the Tracy Anderson “diet”. Which as we know consists of working out every day for two to four hours and eating 800 calories a day. I have no doubt that Kim will lose weight on this “diet”. But will she get down to a “size 2”? Sigh… you know what I would like? I would like Kim to focus on undoing her crazy kat-face for the wedding. I don’t want to see it in her wedding photos.

The only thing Tracy Anderson is good at is screwing peoples’ metabolism to the point where they will be on a life long diet and constantly struggle with their weight. Especially if she has her eating less than 1200-1500 cals a day.
This whole wedding is nothing but a publicity stunt. The K clan must think their viewers are really gullible if they think this wedding is for anything else other than ratings. I wonder if the show is tanking they’re there going to such extremes?

I know I’m 5’6″ and can’t wear heels at all due to foot surgery – but aren’t those shoes dangerous for women. She could fall and hurt herself?! But the boot cast could add a bit of height!!

I am no Kardashian fan, but I am semi-disturbed by the “fat ass” and “lard ass” etc comments here. I think her ass is an implant but some of us do have butts like that on the real. Not all of us are thin Caucasian women with petite posteriors. It is entirely possible to have a generous booty that is muscle-tight.
I grew up in a culture that favored bootys like that — remember, for every “fat ass” comment you make, someone else thinks you look like a man. let’s knock the body-snarking, yes?

I wear tall ass shoes including platforms-not as high as those altadama shoes she has on, which are a bit much. Sometimes you need that height with your jeans or to make your legs look good. I’m 5’9″, ad I don’t give a crap how tall I look.

I am Kims Height 5′ 2( K im pushing it ) 5’1 and i am 121 pounds not Skinny but i am fairly slim. I do have hips tho and i am a size 5 – 7 . Am i missing something here? Does canada have way different sizing? I cant even butter up and have a small team of men get me in a size 4 so someone pls tell me HOW that AZZ can??

Kim K is all about her body and nothing else. Is there much else to comment on with her? Her idiotic statements and poor fashion sense are about the only things that come to mind. I do think she has a fat ass, especially as in I think she has had fat purposely put there. #35 – I am the same height and weight as you, and fairly slim with a little bit of a belly. I usually wear a 4, sometimes a 2 depending on the brand. So it’s possible, everyone is built differently even at the same weight.
having said that, I don’t think Kim is honest about her size, but that’s more sad for her than anything else – that she can’t feel comfortable with the size she really is.

I am no KK fan, but I think she looks great. She probably is a true size 8 now (not a Kirstie Alley “8″), but she is petite. Cameras are very cruel to short ladies with short waists (like Jessica Simpson), and it’s hard to find clothes that fit right with curvy measurements.
Again, I am no KK fan, but I do think she should be proud of her curves! In that crazy celebrity world, mostly everyone is so, so frighteningly curveless and skinny!

I don’t know why celebs have a weird obsession an mentioning their weight and sizes in interviews. However, high end stores, jeans, clothing is sized differently for sure. Normally I’m a 6,7 but with citizen of humanity jeans ( which are popular with celebs) I’m a 4!! maybe this is where she is getting it from? She is pretty and exotic and yet still feels the pressure from Hollywood to minimize her curves that got her there in the first place…doesn’t make sense.

i think kim is probably size 6 which is fine. you don’t have to be a size 2 or size 4 to have a great body providing you eat healthily and work out regularly.

@lindseythecrackthief lol i totally know what you mean!!! At our height, putting on 5 pounds is the death of us, it usually means a dress size. For people 5″5 and up, its usually 10 pounds. HOWEVER, losing 5 pounds makes a HUGE difference on our bodies, which is a plus! Sometimes its great to be tiny!

@INeedANap I totally agree with you that Kim is not fat. She’s curvy – although as someone who is Southern European and Mexican with a behind similar to that, I don’t think that is real. It looks weird in her nudie pics. It doesn’t curve out like Italian, Spanish, Greek butts, it juts out.

@Farzana I’m a little taller 5’3″ish and I can’t figure out what the designer jeans sizes are. I know they are 24-32 and I’m a 32 which I think is a 14 (working on that and mentioning it here when I can to embarrass myself and call myself out). I have no idea what a 28 or 29 is. I’m used to sizes skipping women 0-16 or juniors 1-13.

How’s this for a ladies clothing store idea? Women go shopping in a boutique with all the size tags gone. Then you only focus on finding clothes that fit your body! Then, when you find what fits you properly, the sales person asks you what size you’d like it to be, and then sew in your “size tag”! Would women like to shop there? I would!

Hm, I’ve read a hungarian diet book published in 71′ and you may not believe it but for women having office job the recomentation was 1200Kal a day, for men with same jobs and about 80kg weight it was 1500 a day.With this amount one can maintain his weight without sport and such.
Nearly 40 years later it’s 2000 kal for women and up to 3000 for men and we’re fighting obesity left right and centre.

As a bottom heavy girl I can explain this to the more traditionally proportioned.
Girls with big butts have different sizes for different areas of the body.
She does have a size 4 waist but she is a size 6 on top and has at least a size 8 butt.
I’m a size 8 on top, my waist fits a 6 and I’m a size 10 on the bottom. (Thanks grandma!)
The way us fat bottom girls see it, if a size 4 fits any part of you, you call yourself a 4. You don’t call yourself a 6-4-8, it just gets too complicated.
Kim could wear a size 4 if the skirt was A-line or had some stretch but not if it was fitted. Her jeans are probably tailored because of the high hip to waist ratio.
Just try buying clothes when you have more than 12 inches difference between the waist and hip, it’s really freaking hard. Oh and the lardassian comments are just mean.

I have to go with the majority – she doesn’t seem to be a size 4. I’m not an authority in sizing, but as a black/hispanic female, I see all types of shapes in my family and she just doesn’t seem to fit traditional measurements.
I’m 34-22-36, and I can fit dresses size 0 to 2 depending on brand/material. But I’m 5’7. So I can say she has some work to do to be a size “2″! But a sister of mine is about her height and size. Dress size 6 at the least… I know the camera “adds 10 pounds”, but Kim please don’t lie about the body that you claim to love so much!

I don’t believe that KK had a butt implant. She works out all the time to keep that fat azz from growing even more. The cellulite must look atrocious. I am 5’2″ and size 32A in the bust and I have to speed walk an hour a day to keep my ass from getting big. I weigh 105 lbs and am a size 3-4. Absolutely no way all that junk in her trunk will fit in a true size 2 or 4! She even has a big head. There is nothing petite about her except her height and her brain. She may as well get used to it, she will spend 4 hours a day working out or she is going to get fat. Does she think she is royalty? If so, tell her she is the epitome of white trash.
