Linnocent & her crazy crack eyes promise to work in the morgue every day

wenn5742059

Here are so many more photos of Linnocent’s ridiculous crack-face yesterday. Now that I’m not caught up in the heat of writing about Judge Sautner’s awesomeness in shooting down all things Linnocent, I can actually take the time to really look at her messed up face. She looks like she has two massive bruises across her cheeks, and her eyes are CRAZY. I really, really wish that she had to be drug and alcohol tested every time she appeared in court. Because I suspect that she goes into the LA courthouse tweaked out of her skull. Why are her eyes so bloodshot? Why does she keep doing that to her crack lips? She looks like she’s permanently in the midst of a cracked-out snarl.

I do have actual Linnocent “news” too. I’m just going to do bullet points:

*When Linnocent was booked, somebody accidentally identified her as “male” rather than “female”. It must have been the drag queen makeup. Except that even drag queens wouldn’t wear this much hideous blush.

*TMZ’s “sources” (we know it’s you, Mother Crackhead) say that Linnocent plans to wow Judge Sautner by doing her morgue hours… and then some! Linnocent plans to check into the morgue today, and that she “says she’s so serious about impressing the judge … we’re told she has promised to go to the morgue every day between now and her next hearing on November 2.” She can SAY whatever she wants. The follow-through should be interesting. Cue Linnocent snorting formaldehyde.

*TMZ’s “source” also says that LL “understands” why the judge was so harsh, and that LL “admits she didn’t follow Sautner’s previous instructions to the T. We’re told Lindsay has internalized Sautner’s admonitions — and is taking the entire experience today as one big warning that she needs to get her act together, stat. We’re told Lindsay gets the message — and doesn’t harbor any bad feelings toward Sautner for taking a hard line.” Bitch, the judge is just doing her job. She deals with dumb, entitled crack heads every damn day.

*When LL goes in for her next hearing, she’ll argue that she doesn’t deserve jail time, which is so, so stupid. If she got a jail sentence, whatever time she got would be drastically reduced because of California’s budget crisis. She should ask for the maximum jail sentence (like, a year and a half) and then say, “See you next week!”

*Danette Meyers, the original prosecutor on LL’s myriad legal troubles, has given an interview to Radar which is really, really interesting – go here to read it in full. Some highlights – Meyers says that Judge Sautner never should have reduced LL’s felony theft charge to a misdemeanor: “Had Judge Sautner kept the felony and not reduced the charge to a misdemeanor, Lindsay Lohan, once remanded would have been remanded without bail. That was the importance of keeping that a felony and not reducing it to a misdemeanor… You need to catch Ms. Lohan’s attention and Judge Sautner didn’t seem to want to do that, so she reduced it to a misdemeanor. [Lindsay Lohan] doesn’t take this stuff seriously, and just because Judge Sautner was telling her to do this that and the other, she wasn’t going to take it anymore seriously than when Judge Eden Fox told her and when Judge Marsha Revel told her. So the only thing that appears to catch Lindsay Lohan’s attention is time in custody and I tried to impart that to the court. Hopefully something will happen this time and maybe Lindsay Lohan will understand the severity of her actions and do something about it.”

*Linnocent only finished up her shoplifting course on Tuesday night, remember? You know why she didn’t get it done earlier? Because she had to take a leave of absence to get emergency dental work done on October 14. Radar’s dental expert claims that LL likely “had some bondings or veneers done to cover up the stained and decayed teeth.” LL’s probation report notes, “Ms. Lohan has not been absent to any regularly scheduled activities, except the session scheduled for her on Friday, October 14, 2011 due to her need to seek dental work. Client presented evidence of attending her dentist office. As a result her absence was excused.”

*When everyone realized just how bad her crack teeth were, LL was “mortified”. A source tells Radar, “Lindsay just didn’t realize how bad the problem had become. When the photos came out and everyone was shocked and laughing at her she was totally mortified. She arranged the first appointment she could get and sorted out the issue. She takes pride in her appearance and knows she needs to look good at all times, it’s how she makes her living.” Sure, THAT mortifies her. Not the hooking, not all of the legal drama, not being handcuffed in open court for the twentieth time.

*You can read a copy of LL’s probation report of lies here.

*You can see a Linnocent’s latest mugshot here. This is… what? The tenth one?

    LOL@”identified as a male”.
Even her mugshot looks better than theses pics, she looks insane.

  2. Sisi says:

If lohan had understood everything the judge said, why the eyerolling and sighing? *eyeroll*

  3. sheri says:

She looks exactly like Dana Plato. Can you do a side by side? One right before Dana died. The eyes and skin. Freaky.

  4. kazoo says:

oooh, i like the dress and shoes. i will say this, she is by far the best dressed drug addict.

  5. Poison Ivy says:

I fear she just started a new trend and it’s gonna be on the runways soon: Blush in colour “Total Eclipse” (not blended of course)!!!

  6. Addie says:

Sad to say, but she has no real desire or purpose to life.
Those eyes are empty and lifeless.

If the morge does not snap her out of her care-free state, then she will absolutely end up in the morge perminantly.

  7. C.Lynn says:

She looks like she has a black eye in the top photo. There appears to be a bruise around the inside corner of her eye. What the hell happened to this girl before court?

Edit: Sorry, looking again I think it’s contour makeup, not a bruise around her eye. I’m just stunned that her makeup made her look like someone punched her in the face. What on earth?

  8. gee says:

I can’t get over this outfit. Who would wear this to COURT? I mean, I get the white theory, but not the sundress in late October. To court.

  9. Cindy says:

The makeup is very Addsms Family. It makes me sad that she’s mortified that people don’t think she’s “pretty”, but not about people thinking she’s a raging meth/crack head, or hooker, or an idiot constantly screwing up simple probation orders.

  10. Stacy says:

    Those eyes are CRAAAAAAAAZZZZYYYYYY!!

  11. Gizmerelda says:

Plans to check in at the morgue today? Every time I look at a Linnocent story in the press I am amazed that she hasnt already checked in there in a body bag!!

Her make up yesterday was awesome she must have been smoking some seriously good crack when she decided that was a good look!

  12. eloise says:

I feel sorry for her. Poor thing. She looks ill.

  13. Dawning Red says:

It turns out that Lyndzie really DOES plan to spend extra time happily working at the morgue. She was watching NCIS on a meth binge and realized the corpses were all wearing jewelry and Rolexes. “Hey, no chance of the dead taking me to court if I lift some of their necklaces! Move that corpse, I’m Lyndzie Lohan!”

  14. NYC_girl says:

I don’t understand her situation. I don’t really care that much but I can’t believe that her stupid mother hasn’t put her in lock-down. Esp with those teeth and makeup. That alone would disgrace my family. It’s pathetic that they’ll party together but when her mental/physical health is concerned, the stupid mother is nowhere to be seen.

  15. ShanKat says:

Her eyes look like 2 fried eggs. That’s Adderal.

Everything that’s wrong with her m/u is because of badly done taupe-colored contour m/u. Someone did her like she was shooting a black and white movie.

  16. Skins says:

You would think that after a while a grown woman (?) would be embarrassed about always being in court and being handcuffed in front on cameras like that. Also, WTF is with the outfit? Looks like she is going for an afternoon tea in The Hamptons (auditioning for “Revenge” perhaps) P.S. Snorting Formaldehyde, Awesome

  17. Addie says:

Remember the times when Lindsay compares herself to Marilyn Manroe and said by 30 years of age, she would like to win an oscar?

Question: HOW can she have made such comparisons and statement when she has never had a lead role as an adult, not as a kid, tween or teen, but a grown ass woman.

    Is she insane?

  18. LeeLoo says:

She’s so see through. “I’m going to work in the morgue everyday” yeah and the second she gets her probation back she will blow it all off again. “I understand why the judge is mad.” Yeah, until the judge throws her narcissistic butt in jail, then she’ll be “mean.”
Danette Myers needs to chill. As much as I agree with her, there was no way to keep that case a felony.
I’m sure the paprazzi are waiting for Our Lady of Bad Blush to show up at the morgue.
So she got her teeth fixed. The sad thing is her veneers will fall apart quick if she keeps doing drugs – especially meth. I’m convinced meth is her drug of choice now. She has been supplied with prescription amphetimines for years hasn’t she? Doesn’t MiLo always bitch about that?
She does look like Dana Plato! I think she acts more like Gia Carangi though. The path she’s going down is almost parallel. It’s sad. If LL didn’t have such a bad attitude I’d feel almost sorry for her.

  19. andyconda says:

“Did they ever catch that gorilla, that escaped from the zoo and punched you in the eye?”
Bobby–> “No momma, the search continues.”

  20. Tierra says:

Someone posted a blind item on one of the LL posts about her drug of choice being Meth now. It all makes sense judging by her pics, especially the eyes.

I wish I had the time to pull up every posts about how she says ‘she gets it now’ and is going to do what they say. I think she claims this same thing after every hearing.

  21. Hakura says:

Wow. In these pics, you can even see that her pupils are two different sizes o_O (Mine are like that naturally, but hers sure as hell aren’t).

    Kinda speechless, actually…

  22. munacy says:

Was dina lohan @ d court hearing…..some pple just shldnt b allowed 2 have children**hisses**

  23. andyconda says:

    October 18, 2011

I just want it to be known, that just because I was not followed&photographed during the times I’ve gone to community service, does NOT mean that I wasn’t following my obligations (by going) to the court.
    ————————————
and as I look at her comment even after being proven a liar, there are people out there that believe her…
When Lindsays new mug shot was released Nicole came out and said “Best mugshot ever ( : ”
then said the judge was out to get her. and that lindsay should sue the judge for the comment she made about lindsay being an actress

  24. Quest says:

Don’t know why she is trying the “Dawn of the living Dead” scene, they already casted and produced the show – didn’t Linnocent get the memo.

*cracktini and some rum cake about now*

  25. constance says:

@sheri Wow, you are so right! So right in fact even Google returns lindsey lohan pictures when you google Dana Plato cracked out. LOL

Meth sounds like the name of the game. That sea jasper was looked more like crystal than it did cocaine. Her teeth problem is a sign of that.

    Girl looks like sh#t.

  26. Sue says:

Wow, the eyes, the makeup, she looks maniac…….. sad…..

  27. lulu says:

I think Lyndsay may have put on her makeup with her hands…because in some photos that are floating around, you can see them close up and they are really dirty.
It’s very sad, and kind of amazing, that no-one told her how awful she looked before she left home. You kind of imagine everyone stoned and lying all over the place, and Lyndsay kicking through the bodies saying “Guys, the court thing. That’s today isn’t it? Mom, mom are you coming with me? No? Well do you have some make up I can borrow? Should I eat something? No, just a swig from your vodka bottle Mom that’s all you think I should have? Do I look ok? Yes? Anyone? Hello? Don’t do all the drugs until I get back, ok?”

  28. logan says:

Heres hoping they put a big ole lock on the chemical cabinets. Lord only knows what the morgue uses.

  29. LeeLoo says:

I was just thinking, due to the jail overcrowding the judge can’t sentence LL to jail and expect her to do full time. Can Sautner sentence her to do her time in a residential lockdown mental health/addiction treatment facility? Could LL potentially serve her full year and a half there? And by lockdown treatment facility I don’t mean some cushy facility either.

    Where are the cracktinis?

  30. the original bellaluna says:

She’s trying out looks to blend in with the corpses, to get out of any actual WORK!!! at the morgue.

*passes Quest a double cracktini w/rum watermelon balls*

So, we only need 2 more shots for our 12 Months of Cracken calendar. AWESOME! (I’m sure she’ll oblige.)

  31. Gabbo says:

Will she get any sympathy when she dies?

  32. NM9005 says:

Talking the talk like always but when it comes to walking the walk, she’s too cracked up to follow through. This girl is brought up with a lot of self-entitled, she doesn’t know how real people have to work hard to earn their money. She blows off her community service without realising some people’s workload can be lifted and she can give backk to the community. Even without the drugs, she’s still a crazy b*, no amount of jail time, rehab or community service can change that. Also, maybe it’s just time to stop writing about her in general. She keeps issueing statements because she knows people still write about her and follow her. Why? She is not acting anymore, a complete loser…There is nothing more worse than not being recognized anymore. I think THAT will shake her up.

  33. LeeLoo says:

@NM9005, You are right but her crack shenanigans are too much. Part of the reason for the interest now is that The People need a trainwreck. Look at ’07 Britney Spears. When it comes to trainwrecks, LL is the gift that keeps on giving.

  34. Quest says:

    @the original bellaluna:

    Thanks much…so needed that.

    *waves*

  35. Devon says:

My cousin was hooked on meth for a while and looked just like Meth Face here. The bloated face with a double chin even though she’s very thin, the dead eyes, bad teeth, sallow skin, entitlement drama behaviour, everything. I am so happy she got off that crap and that we got her back. She got off it because she wanted off and until Linnocent wants the same, it’s not going to happen.

There is no way she is going to complete 32 hours in two weeks if she was only able to complete 21 hours in 5 months. She is going to provide Sautner with more fuel for the fire and on November 2, the fireworks show is going to be epic.

  36. Mandy says:

@Dawning Red – “Move that corpse” seriously made me lol! That catchphrase never gets old for me. I’m trying to think of a way to combine “Move that…” with “I am not to be made an example of anymore.”

Her makeup is still cracking me up, too. “Move that blending brush! I’m Lindsay Lohan!”

  37. the original bellaluna says:

Devon – *setting up lawn chair, chilling the vodka for fireworks show* Very happy to hear your cousin got off meth. My sister was caught (while driving, with my 3 nephews in the car) smoking meth, and ended up in rehab for almost a year. I’m happy to say, we have her back too!

Quest – You’re welcome! *waves back*

  38. lulu says:

    Mandy –
    Move that example?

  39. lucy2 says:

She does the same song and dance every time, claiming she’s taking it seriously now and will do what she needs to do. And then a week later she’s off to party elsewhere.

Hope that dentist got cash up front, or they will never see a payment. Anyone want to guess how much she owes her lawyer?

  40. Praise St. Angie! says:

    “No momma, the search continues.”

holy crap, I laughed SO HARD when I read that! That’s probably my favorite line from that movie.

yeah, other than her make-up (if that’s what that is), her eyes are what got me when I watched the vid yesterday. BUG-EYED and jerking around so much. Bitch was TWEAKED OUT.

EDIT: “She does the same song and dance every time, claiming she’s taking it seriously now and will do what she needs to do. And then a week later she’s off to party elsewhere.”

THIS, exactly. It’s the old boy-who-cried-wolf scenario. someone dug up some old quotes right after her previous court appearance (in July?), and they were almost verbatim from her multiple statements made after each court appearance.

EDIT 2: someone mentioned formaldehyde…they better put that on LOCK DOWN because that IS actually used as a “drug” these days. maybe I’m just old and only recently heard about this but people dip their cigs in that crap and smoke it. it’s allegedly like a PCP high. And I can TOTALLY see LL doing that.

  41. ladybert62 says:

When I watched the court hearing yesterday at work, I could not listen to the audio since I was watching it on the sly!

But I can tell you this, it was absolutely fascinating to watch Ms. Lohan’s facial gyrations and her crazy eyes – I had never seen eye movement like that before. They were wild – moving so fast and up and down and around and around – her lips were also interesting as she would comment under her breath and occasionally she was trying to suppress a snicker when her attorney was arguing on her behalf and I am sure she was trying to suppress her “F-U” to the judge on several occasions.

I did miss the tears which others have commented on.

But I did see the handcuffing and that was magnificent!

I have no sympathy for her – she has done this to her life herself.

She needs lots of extreme tough love if she is ever going to straighten out.

  42. LeeLoo says:

I think we need to replace her crack nicknames with tweaker ones. Should we call her Twackie or The Twacken? Tweekerella? Do we need to begin making Tweektinis?

  43. clare says:

Her organs will start failing one by one or her heart will just stop if she continues her “prescription” drug habit.
She’s a liar and a thief. She shows no remorse. There is no vulnerability shown. She will run right over a person to get her way.
Nothing like Marylin Monroe or even Anna Nicole Smith.

The Lohans should take note: without LL you are nothing and no one will care about you. You will be the despicable famewhoring parents who let their daughter die.

I hope Ali has grown up enough to be learning from all this.

  44. werty says:

    LeeLoo
I think she acts more like Gia Carangi though. The path she’s going down is almost parallel.
    ———————————-

Yes the path is similar, but LL is nothing like Gia. (in my op) Gia was “broken” LL is just “spoiled”. Big difference, but could easily have the same outcome.

  45. judyjudy says:

This crackie court merry-go-round has gotten so predictable and boring.

  46. LeeLoo says:

@Werty You’ll receive no argument from me there.

  47. Original Chloe ) says:

“to wow Judge Sautner by doing her morgue hours”
    that’s just hilarious:D

  48. Lady D says:

Leeloo, “due to the jail overcrowding the judge can’t sentence LL to jail and expect her to do full time”
Personally, I’m holding out for a contempt of court charge. Add 6 months to her year & 1/2, and its prison time. Right? It would be in Canada.

  49. Melissa says:

Where are the pics of her new grill since her emergency dental work? Her teeth don’t look much better to me…

  50. Original Chloe ) says:

(That said, I do feel somehow sorry for her, can’t help it)

  51. OhMyMy says:

Yup. She says the same thing after every court date. I bet if you looked up the clip from her last appearance on Leno it will say the exact same thing.

She reminds of a what a high school kid that constantly gets in trouble says to the principal. It like she’s in suspended animation not having real high school experience. She never got past it.

She’s like a little kid you have to spell everything out in specific detail. “Pick up the toothbrush, wet it with water under the faucet, pick up the tube of toothpaste, squeeze a little on the brush, raise the brush to your mouth, put in your mouth and rub it over ALL your teeth front and back, remove brush from mouth, spit out toothpaste, rinse mouth with water, spit it out”. I think the judge is catching on to this.

  52. Ruby Red Lips says:

    Afternoon ladies *waves*

Just thinking how absolutely f’ing disgusting it is that Dina is pimping her daughter out and indirectly bragging about it i.e. Linnocent is going to meet with some Russian diplomats (or the like) Dina is Linnocents pimp FFS!!! Can the law not do anything to Dina? surely she should be jailed herself??!!

Sure Linnocent is a drug addled piece of work but she never stood a chance with a ‘mother’ like that. I just wonder what Linnocent would be doing today in an alternative world whereby Dina wasn’t around her daughter…

Re the CS, Linnocent will do all she has to b4 Nov 2nd just to stay out of jail and then once this happens she will just be back to saying FU to everyone.

Linnocent is def on her way out, and I truely think its far too late for her

  53. Julie says:

It amazes me pp think they can guess the drugs she’s on. My guess is that she’s on so many the possibilties are endless. And as much as I don’t like her and realize all of her character flaws, which are extent, when I look at her I’m sympathize with her addiction even if she isn’t struggling to overcome it. It literally zaps any life in you and you can just see how it has with her. And the power of addiction is unbelievable. Not many would choose a life like this.

  54. MorticiansDoItDeader says:

    “Cue Linnocent snorting formaldehyde.”

not to nitpick, but formaldehyde is a gas and the most it will do is make you lightheaded and give you a headache.

What she WOULD do is dip her ciggatettes in formalin (embalming fluid) and smoke them. This is what is known as “angel dust,” “dust,” or “wet.” It’s probably also the reason why she’s so excited to report to the morgue everyday 😉

she’s in for a big suprise though since morgues don’t typically keep formalin since they don’t embalm there.

  55. Ruby Red Lips says:

    http://www.radaronline.com/photos/image/68007/2010/07/lindsay-lohan-through-years#image-load

So sad looking at what Linnocent has become from this fresh faced beatiful girl…

  56. Obvious says:

so Kaiser mentioned yesterday that by extending the probation it’s the most severe thing the Judge can do to Linnocent because of overcrowding. I think I shall write to me congressman and see that if you are on house arrest you serve the full time. Oh-and NO ONE can visit you except pre-approved people who must be vetted the week before and searched before the enter the premises for one hour. These pre-approved visit shall only be allowed once a week. hell if the prisoner pays for it, the state isn’t losing anything.

until then, i’m planning more community service sentences for her. I think she’s look good in neon orange cleaning trash on the side of the free way what do you think???

  57. Shelly says:

I still cannot get over how bad she looks. She used to be SO pretty and fresh looking. She doesn’t even look like the same person. If she wasn’t such an a-hole, I’d cry for her.

  58. Sandra says:

As a court reporter who has monitored thousands of cases that have run the range from civil to criminal and back again, can I tell you how much it doesn’t pay to get cutsie with the courts? There’s always some asshole who sashays into court thinking he/she’s smarter than everyone else in the room, and then proceeds to smirk and sneer and generally act like an entitled dick until court adjourns for the day. THAT’S Lindsay Lohan.

I’m trying to apply rational behaviour to a person who seems incapable of behaving rationally, but the smart thing to do would be to DO WHAT’S ASKED OF YOU, MORON, right? In a timely manner with a minimum of fuss? So that you get it finished quickly, earn some brownie points with the courts and get the litigation beast off your back?

I just don’t get it. Then again, some people get off on the drama of a never-ending legal cycle, especially when you’ve got nothing else going on – see above, re: comments about her narcissistic assholeness and general lack of a career.

  59. Hakura says:

@Julie – As someone who is currently dealing with a particularly strong prescription drug addiction, I can agree with that statement. Knowing what withdrawal feels like, I don’t know that there’s any worse feeling in the world. It’s so strong & painful physically, mentally & emotionally, you’d really do *anything* to stop it.

Nothing feels like too much, if it will make it stop. Plus the horrible affect it has on your body’s ability to regulate brain chemistry, making it feel like your whole life is falling apart until you give in to the cravings. I know how horrific it’s going to be when I start my rehabilitation, & I give major credit to those who have been strong enough to overcome such hell.

  60. Kloops says:

She’ll never get clean because her personality disorder won’t allow it. She’s not capable of truly feeling remorseful and she can’t even fake it convincingly because she’s a terrible actress. I used to think she’d live a long booze soaked life, like a cockroach, but now I think she’s doing the bad shit and is on meth. She’ll be dead in less than 2 years. Her mother should be in prison.

  61. OhNo says:

That 1st picture below the story reminds me of Dramatic Prairie Dog: http://nyuchandesu.files.wordpress.com/2010/05/dramatic-prairie-dog.jpg

    YIKES.

  62. smh says:

which means, she’ll go to her morgue assignments for 3 days tops, do half-assed work and will complain that working with the dead was not fulfilling. lmao

the judge even said that a high sentence for her is not likely i don’t see why people are still expecting justice

  63. G says:

So what if she works at the morgue eveyday? So what if she completes her sentance. How does she see that as special? How is that a WOW? She’s ORDERED to complete her hours, there’s no wow or extra pat on the head for it. It’s the minimum to get past this. She has NO CHOICE. The time for showing her goodwill is long past.

She doesn’t get it. It’s a mandatory criminal sentance and her consent or enthusiam are not required. Just her participation. In fact her showboating is just irritating the public, the legal community and the entertainment industry.

  64. Relli says:

@ Sheri DUDE! That is what i have been saying all along… if LL wants a comeback that people will believe in she needs to convince Lifetime to do “The Dana Plato Story” with her as Dana. Maybe making her walk in those shoes would be a eye opener in the way that other things shave not. I know she is super delusional but there have been so many great child stars that weren’t given as many chances as her and suffered terrible fates. It makes me sad, NOT FOR HER, but for all the time and effort that has been put into “resurrecting” her career when she obviously does not care.

  65. theaPie says:

Those look like cheek injection bruises.

And yeah – her eyes were scary wild. I couldn’t even begin to guess what she was on.

  66. Mich says:

You know, the whole addiction thing? I’ve been there and done that and suffered through the pain of getting well. Lasted for almost a decade, relapsed and suffered again to get well. During my bad times, I never stole from people, hijacked a car with people STILL inside, got into public fights that included throwing things at innocent bystanders or became an international call girl. When in rehab, I didn’t sneak out to get drunk or ASSAULT staff. I didn’t continually set myself up for public ridicule by issuing blatant lies as statements of fact. This entitled woman does not need pity. She needs to suffer the consequences of her actions. And if she wants to stay in the public eye she is going to continue to be judged harshly and she deserves every bit of it. Addiction and crappy parenting aside, she is simply not a very nice person and I can’t point to a single redeeming episode in her entire public life.

  67. Melissa says:

I listened to the court drama at work so I could only listen and not really watch since I was doing it on the low. There was a time when the Judge said “Ms. Lohan” and LL said sorry…what was she doing? Rolling her eyes? Crying??? Snorting drugs???

  68. SkyNet says:

Oh yeah. The bitch is on one. No doubt about it. Mother Crackhead needs to get real and get her daughter help, but I guess it is easier to steal money from her when she’s so high all the damn time.

Poor kid. I hope she gets real help soon.

  69. newtsgal says:

Where does she get her makeup tips from… Dead Hookers R Us?

  70. Obvious says:

Ok, great news people, she was scheduled to be at the morgue this morning at 8. she still has not shown up. TMZ reports that if she shows up she’ll be turned away the probation will be notified. oh yes, “taking it seriously” she is.

  71. yt says:

TMZ is saying LL is late for “work” at the morgue and will be turned away for being late if she does show up. LMAO

UPDATE from TMZ: 8:45 AM: Assistant Chief Coroner Ed Winter just told reporters Lindsay was a no-show on her first day — and now, she’ll have to face the judge’s wrath.

  72. G says:

@obvious. She was there on time, but when she didn’t see the red carpet rolled out or someone waiting for her with a latte and a teddy bear, she decided to drive around the corner to give them some time to get prepped for her. When she got back….it was too late.

  73. Hautie says:

Is it just me… but I think Lohan stole that dramatic look. (the front page image)

    http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=jHjFxJVeCQs

I am telling you… she done stole that look from the prairie dog!

  74. Obvious says:

@G Assistant Chief Corner just gave an interview saying she’s a no show, and now he’s reporting it to the probation department, who is now forced to report it to the judge….i kinda love her right now-she brought a smile to my morning.

  75. LeeLoo says:

She’s probably detoxing from the drugs from the drugs from yesterday.

  76. G says:

    @Obvious.

Is she planing to violate on purpose, force the judge’s hand and get jail time? Jail time = s short house arrest and this is all over?

I might put money on that strategy.

  77. Madisyn says:

    Mornin all, cracktini anyone?

    Lady D

“Personally, I’m holding out for a contempt of court charge. Add 6 months to her year & 1/2, and its prison time. Right? It would be in Canada”.

She will NEVER do PRISON time on THESE charges. On TMZ yesterday, Harvey summed up the California Prison/Jail problem neat, clean and concise. A year and day would normally mean ‘prison’ time anywhere but here in Cali. Even if the prosecution got their way and kept her necklace case a felony, and if convicted to the max of 3 years, she still would NOT DO PRISON TIME because as of Oct. 1, 2011, ALL NON VIOLENT FELONS are being transferred to the county jails. ONLY VIOLENT FELONS are being kept in prisons. Thats why the judge yesterday insinuated that if sentenced to jail, Blohan being a MISDEMEANOR offender, would hardly be worth the effort.

    Ruby Red

I’m in complete agreement. She’ll do the 2 days, 16 hours at the morgue and not a minute more.

    Mitch

Here, here! She parties because SHE WANTS TOO. Her parents are rotten to the core but at what point do you take responsibility for yourself? She’s 25, not 18 and a day. She’s an entitled brat, who thinks she better and above all others, pure and simple.

Don’t bother passing me the crying towel.

    Melissa

“There was a time when the Judge said “Ms. Lohan” and LL said sorry…what was she doing? Rolling her eyes? Crying??? Snorting drugs???”

    Snorting drugs? LOL

  78. Devon says:

Bellaluna, I’m so glad you got your sister back. It was hell watching what she put my aunt and uncle through and the rest of the family. She’s not 100% but she’s turned her life around, has a great boyfriend and wants to live. For awhile, I didn’t think that was ever a possibility. I can’t wait for November 2nd. The fireworks and vodka are going to be amazing. I actually might go out, I mean make my hubby go since I can’t walk, and get some vodka so I can really toast to her. It might be early in the real world to have a drink but in Crackietown, I’d be late to the party so it’s all good!

Whatever Linnocent’s parents put her through, there is a time and place to say “I’m an adult, and this is now on me” and that time is now. I don’t get how WO and MiLo are still being brought up. Yeah, initially it’s their fault but now it’s on Crackie. She’s been in therapy long enough to realize this so it’s just her being a fuckwad.

I knew she was going to fuck this morgue stuff up. After her assistant called to say she was going to be there in 10 minutes, Tweaker Tammy probably found a crack rock under her seat and said while waving her straw, tin foil, lighter and the rock, “Screw the morgue, I know what I’m doing today!” That or she had a “melt down” in the car about having to do ACTUAL work. Judge Sautner is going to blow a gasket. She has no respect for the court or anyone else. Or herself for that matter. 1 down, 13 more days to go!

  79. OriginalGracie says:

@Hakura: Big deep hugs to you. I know you can do it. But damn, it is hard. I have detoxed from every horrible substance that I abused for years: alcohol, drugs, cigarettes, painkillers.

Then I had to get clean from other addictions like tanning, gum, candy, soda and junk food that I used after giving up the big addictions. It’s hell.

I give you all the credit in the world and I wish you the very, very best. I mean that. I hope you do great. I am rooting for you.

  80. KO says:

” She arranged the first appointment she could get and sorted out the issue.”

I’ll be totally honest – I read that as “snorted out”.

  81. sapphire says:

@Madisyn-good call. The hangover is intense…

This was predictable. And you can bet the excuse will be as well-“The paps prevented me from getting there”, “I don’t know where the morgue is”, “My porsche wouldn’t start”.

Shawn Chapman really deserves some sympthy.

  82. LeeLoo says:

    @Madisyn

See that’s the thing. Can the judge sentence her to house arrest for a year and a half and require her house arrest be done at a residential treatment facility? Not that I think it will honestly do her any good but because it’s 1)jail that has to come out of LL’s pocket and 2)keeping her locked up for 18 months. I would send her someplace that isn’t one of her cushy rehab centers but someplace that’s public funded and where the residents and staff are not going to take her crap.

@OG Bellaluna and Mich I’ve been there too though in comparison my rock bottom wasn’t far down. Once I realized I could no longer hold a job, I decided it was time get clean. I didn’t go through 12 steps I went through an alternative called SMART Recovery. I always wondered if LL would do better with that sort of program. But as always she has to WANT to get it together.

  83. Bess says:

Now TMZ is confusing me again.

The assistant chief coroner said that Linnocent was a no-show that it would be reported to the probation department. Now they’re reporting a statement from Linnocent’s publicist saying that LL was late, but it was because she didn’t know which door to use and the paparazzi blocking her. The publicist says everything is okay.

So the fact that she missed her first day at the morgue isn’t going to count against her???

  84. bluhare says:

@Hakura: Tons of support from me. Don’t try to do it alone.

  85. G says:

She’s going to violate out and do a short stint in jail or at home. No way will she do the CS.

  86. SEF says:

There’s no way she takes what the judge says to heart. She rolls her eyes and mutters angry things the whole time. She still doesn’t get that she’s done this to herself.

  87. Ron says:

Ok So here’s the deal–She was late. So after 15 minutes she is considered a no show and that is that. I was just on jury duty last week here in SoCal and the judge told us that if we were more than 15 minutes late for court, we were considered a no-show and held in contempt. For jury duty! If this was me I would have been there 15 minutes early just in case. She just needs to go to jail and be done with it.

  88. Mich says:

If the paps were blocking her surely there are pics to back up her story? Pathetic. You can’t tell me that they wouldn’t notice her lurking around saying ‘Move your ass. I’m Lindsay Lohan!’

@ LeeLoo I did a combination of everything and love Smart Recovery. Problem is LL isn’t smart. As they say, when you want recovery, you will do anything to make sure you get it. No matter which path you choose, it still sucks! But millions manage to find a way all the same.

  89. Diane says:

Hakura: Best of luck, we’re all rooting for you!

  90. Boo says:

The publicist is lying. He lied about how much community service she has done, too. He lies outright, all the time.

TMZ reports she showed up 40 minutes late. The probation dept. will be notified, and they will inform the judge that she was a no-show. This should get her into more trouble for being a no-show, unreliable piece of shit once again. Business as usual.

Question is, at what point will Judge Stephanie revoke her bail? Could we get that lucky?

  91. bub says:

Jail is the only thing that will fix her wagon.

  92. Lindy says:

Seriously, y’all, did she use DIRT for blusher? I cannot make sense of that color in any other way. It is dirt. Like, the really grotty dirt from under the edges of your car’s floor mats. I’m pretty sure that’s what happened. She was so totally cracked out before her scheduled appearance that she only realized she forgot to put on makeup in the car on the way there. Voila, grotty car floor mat dirt to the rescue.

  93. Bess says:

    From Lindsay’s twitter:

    October 20, 2011

“With all of the stress and pressure from yesterday and today, I’ve never been so happy to go to therapy!!!! Also, I’m sorry for the confusion that I may of caused to those at the Coroner’s office. Won’t happen again, now I know where to go! Thank you for your help.”

I hope the judge doesn’t excuse her from today’s mishap. It’s a total BS excuse.

  94. Madisyn says:

    Bess Boo

Jeebs and I are discussing this latest kerfuffle that is Blohan. Can you believe this twit? The first day out and already a screw up. I’m sorry for being mean, but I’m laughing. Nothing shocks me about this twit anymore. It just doesn’t.

  95. Mich says:

@Boo You are so right! Her publicist is as stupid as she is. Who in their right mind would hire him after all of this? I think we are watching his career go down the toilet as quickly as hers.

  96. judyjudy says:

Wouldn’t the morgue people have noticed if paps were blocking the entrance?

  97. OhMyMy says:

The PR guy isn’t doing himself any favors with this. When he made that comment about all the things wrong in the world and he wasn’t going to comment on Lindsay’s teeth it sounded like he was getting a little frustrated and testy. He’s starting to fray around the edges.

I hope he doesn’t think working with LL is going to make him some big Hollywood PR type. He’s worked with corporate clients before this. If I was in PR I’d be chatting up his biz clients BIG TIME.

  98. Madisyn says:

    sapphire

“This was predictable. And you can bet the excuse will be as well-”The paps prevented me from getting there”, “I don’t know where the morgue is”

THAT SUMS UP HER EXCUSES IN A NUT SHELL! Check out TMZ for the deets. Unbelievable isn’t it? After all the “I got it”, “I know what I have to do” bullshit, it just doesn’t change, not even the first FVCKIN DAY! Twit.

Loved your comments on the last two threads. I saw the hearing but then had a family thing, by the time I finished reading 400 comments, everybody was done for the day. Can’t blame them.

    LeeLoo

Big Winner yesterday, got to wear the ‘Big Orange Cone’ at the party all day as the (default, sorry LeeLoo) hours winner.

To answer your question, I’m not sure. I don’t think the judge would have to play fast and loose with her words to put her in a lock-down treatment facility by CALLING it house arrest. She could just sentence her to a year long treatment facility and be done with it. She won’t, but she could.

  99. Firecracker says:

Has anyone found a site that has the entire hearing available to watch?

  100. Turtle Dove says:

… so she wore the hooker, crack blush to try to carve out cheekbones and get a decent looking mug shot? Well done.

Can I have a cracktini? My hard day at work is over…. 🙂

  101. MorticiansDoItDeader says:

@madisyn, @Leeloo, I missed the traffic cone crown tailgate? Who did @leeloo choose for her sexy poolside cabana server?

  102. Julie says:

@ Hakura, I really wish you the very best. I believe that sort of addiction is a bitch as are alot of others. I was addicted to coke and did rehab mos. with mixed results. I fight staying sober still. Truly, one day at a time. What I have learned is that you really, really, really have to want it. And even then it’s hard as hell. My father passed away 2 mos. ago after battling addiction to prescription meds and alcoholism. Led a productive good life, drug/alcol free until he was in his early 50’s. Unbelievable. Killed him. It eventually does kill. So good luck to you. Stick with it girl. It’s worth it.

  103. Redheadwriter says:

I want to know about the bruise on her left arm….

  104. xxodettexx says:

i will NEVER stop loving that pic of her in handcuffs… if my sister and brother both had to wear metal for much much MUCH LESS shenanigans than this cracken, then gazing at this picture is my guilty pleasure!

  105. CindyBman says:

    @ Hakura,

My thoughts are with you and I hope you get the support you need for your journey. I have not personally battled addiction; but, I watched my best friend’s (I’ve known her since I was born) sister battle drug addiction since she was 16 – she’s almost 50 now. Her experiences took her – literally – to hell and back. And the worst part? Knowing I was helpless to help her – she wouldn’t get clean until she *wanted* to get clean. Finally, after years of abuse, state mandated rehabs, falling back into addiction, repeating the processes, then after prolonged prison time, she has gotten clean (one year ago) and is going to school.

Thank you for sharing something so personal, and please know that so many here are supporting you and are sending good vibes your way! Big eHugs! You will succeed!

  106. Madisyn says:

    Firecracker

I don’t think its available, except only in clips. Thats because TMZ, ROL, “E”, all ‘LIVE’ stream, same with where I taped it on the local LA news channel I watched it on. There was a Sunday, some time back and I was bored. I wanted to watch the July 6 vop hearing with the DUI school woman who got torn to shreds by Danette Meyers. I couldn’t find it ANYWHERE and I looked too, for hours. So unless someone comes up with a website with the whole hearing, don’t get your hopes up.

I may have to go out this afternoon, but I’ll BRB by 4pm pst. OK?

    Turtle Dove

Of course you can have a cracktini. You can have one, or twelve, whatever you fancy. *passing cracktini* Cheers!

    Morticians

If I was more technologically inclined, I swear I’d find a real traffic cone, put it on my head, photograph it, and use it as my gravatar. I think you guys would get a kick out of that.

  107. Lady D says:

Hakura, props to you. I was wondering where you had been. I liked reading your posts, they were thought-provoking. Hope you can make it, I’m rooting for you. Stay strong woman, you can do it.

  108. the original bellaluna says:

Leeloo, Hakura, & Mich – Sis didn’t really have a choice: it was INTENSE rehab or jail. And she did it (and our parents paid for it). But we still don’t have my nephews back – their prick-face father got them.

Hakura – I have been through “de-toxing” from painkillers, and it is an absolute bitch. I don’t know what your RX is, but I DO KNOW what you’re going through. “Tapering down” sucks balls. Big hugs and lots of prayer coming your way. You can do it! (And when you need a laugh, 28 Days is great!)

Bess, Boo, Mad – I think she, her “publicist” and her momager are all on the same drugs. And I actually AM the owner of a real traffic cone.

  109. Firecracker says:

    Madisyn,

Ok, thanks for the info. I’m going to have to remember to tape the Nov 2 on in case I can’t watch live.

What’s our next contest? Same thing, guessing the morgue hours? If that’s what it is, I’ll guess 8.

  110. Hakura says:

I’m in the process of answering everyone’s comments, but in the meantime, I just want to say…

You guys kick ass. =) My addiction issues are difficult to talk about most of the time, but not here on CB. All the support & encouragement *really* warms my heart.

I have to admit… Discussions about Linnocent’s problems & addictions *does* have the positive effect of bringing those issues into our conversations.

  111. Shanunya says:

holy snarkies! she looks like Brooke Mueller!
