Happy Feet 2 premiered last night in LA, and most of the actors who did voice work on the film came out. My favorite photos involved Pink, Carey Hart and their daughter Willow Sage, though, so these are the only pics I’m covering. Did you really need to see Billy Bob Thornton’s face? No, you did not. Not when you could look at Pink and Carey and little Willow.
Pink gave birth in early June, which makes Willow a little more than five months old. She’s a total cutie, and I love that her dad is carrying her around. I’ve got to wonder though – isn’t she much too young to sit through a movie? Lots of celebrities had their kids at the premiere, but Willow was the only baby. Maybe Pink and Carey just walked the red carpet and then left after the PR duties were done.
By the way, how great does Pink look? I think motherhood has made even prettier, and the whole Brigitte Nielsen-look actually works on her. I’m not crazy about the ill-fitting suit, but from the waist up, Pink looks good. Carey looks super-happy too. I can’t even describe how much I’m rooting for this family.

Brad didn’t come because he’s was in Vietnam on vacation with his family before he had to go to Korea to premiere Moneyball. I think Brad could care less about BBT. Matt didn’t show up either.

Billy Bob was not in the movie, I think he and his family just went to the premiere, he was also at the “PUSS IN BOOTS” premiere with the fam.

I don’t think there is any bad blood there but if both Brad and BBT showed up at the same premiere it would cause a circus and overshadow the movie.

@kazoo-“it” is a baby girl. And my son, same age as Willow, can sit through long periods of time without crying in noisy restaurants and movies. As long as I have a bottle and he has something soft in his hands, he can entertain himself quietly. Not all babies disturb those around them.
My daughter’s first movie was Lord of the Rings at 6 months old. She slept through the whole thing.

Wow, really? My son is 18 months and I still haven’t taken him to a movie theatre. For him, it’s because I know he wouldn’t sit through more than 30 minutes calmly. For a 5 month old baby, though, that just seems like like it would be way too over-stimulating and LOUD.
They look really cute and happy. Good for them. I just want to run up and put socks on the babyHart in his cute fleece thermal.
I root for those two so hard, and I’m not even a huge fan of them individually. It’s weird.

normades@ I agree while I love Pink and am happy for her and her family it does seem like a photo op.
Friends had a baby and they never ever changed their life for the baby in terms of quiet. They wanted the baby to be able to sleep through things, and by god that kid could sleep through a train going through his bedroom.
That being said, they couldn’t do much about his attention span! But my experience is that small babies like Willow do much better in public places than older babies. But maybe the theatre has a cry room. Some do now.
And I love Pink as a mom. She seems more real than some in the public eye.
I have got to adamantly disagree about Cary Hart. Those do not look the clear bright eyes of a contented happy family man. This could be colored by my experience meeting him. When he had that eminently forgettable reality show they came to my city to attend an annual tattoo convention. I have several friends that worked at Utah’s premiere gentlemen’s club. The laws in Utah are different then most places 3 foot barrier, absolutely NO contact, not fully nude T-backs pasties so a few higher caliber girls work there. Really really strikingly beautiful perfect 10’s. They’d often get free all access backstage passes/invites to all kinds of events/concerts. I was at the tattoo convention with a few such friends. Out of any of the famous(?) guys I’ve ever met in such circumstances Cary was by far the most pathetic douche. He sent his friend over to tell us how bad Cary wanted to meet us and he’d be over when the cameras were off. I immediately thought not cool from a supposedly happily married guy. A bit later when the camera crew was gone he literally ran over and I watched him drool over and obsess on my girlfriends like a starving man at a banquet. We always got a ton of attention but I wish I had words to describe how fawning, how over the top and pathetic his ass kissing was. We were laughing to his face. He begged us to come party with them after, saying we’d have to be discreet but don’t worry he always did this he and his buddies had it down pat to hook up and make sure nothing incriminating got filmed for his show(and back to his wife). He begged for my girlfriends# which she gave him, with NO intent to hang out just to see how far he’d go. He proceeded to text and call her 25/30 times that night she maybe responded twice saying probably not we were busy. He begged promised to take us anywhere, buy us anything, and even resorted to offering us any drugs we wanted to entice us out. This went on till almost 5am at which point she bluntly reminded him he was married and told him to f off in no uncertain terms. We read them over coffee the next day and laughed our a**es off at his douchey-ness. It just left such a bad taste in my mouth, he obviously did this everywhere he went sans Pink. What a dick to humiliate his wife like that. Ever since he’s made my skin crawl. I’ve never been a big Pink fan or anything but no woman deserves that blatant disrespect. She at the time was giving gushing interviews about how in love and happy they were. She looks great in these pics and their daughter is adorable. I wish she had a guy that deserved her adoration. I hope they really are happy now but I look in that face and all I see is hypocritical douche on Jesse James’s level. He seriously kept texting her for months offering to fly us here or there to party
A photo op is the only chance we’ll have to peek at cute little Willow. As far as infants and movies, doesn’t bother me if they’re quiet/sleeping. When they fuss, it’s time to exit. Quickly.
I personally don’t like Pink because of the idiotic things she has said. Maybe my own personal failing but whatever. Her personality just seemed irritating.
She looks gorgeous though. And I always brought my littles to movies. They were all quiet babies. Any noises where cured by popping a boob in their mouths at that age. I do this now with my 9 month old. Totally cool to me.

I think they went through a really rough patch before their separation. When she was on tour, there were rumors on both sides. I hope it’s all ironed out now.
I’m in the minority with all this Willow-gushing, but… 5 months is a little early to start pimping out your kid, no? This reeks of total publicity / photo-op — oh,look at our happ-ee fam-i-lee!
Now I don’t doubt their happiness (ambergesa’s story notwithstanding — eww on Hart if it’s true), but what business does a little baby have going to the movies? This is not a dig to parents who have no babysitter & need a night out — I totally understand and have been there — but this couple certainly does have access to childcare. A 5-month old gets no enjoyment or developmental benefit from a movie on a huge screen with booming noises, animated or not. Poor form, Pink-Harts.

I think Pink looks great. She has rough phases where she looks really bad but at the moment she’s nailing it.
As for Willow, I love her she’s so cute, one of my favourite celeb babies at the moment. And they didn’t watch the movie with her, from what I’ve understood of her interview on the people website. So no need to hate on them.

@ambergesa – I don’t doubt your story. It’s clear they’ve had issues in their marriage and that is why they were apart for some time. I’m not overly concerned but always root for a couple who tries so hard to make things work rather than just give up and move on, and it looks like this is what they’ve done. The baby is the result of that effort and for her sake mostly, I hope they continue to do well.
Pink looks fabulous! I’m glad those two worked on their relationship and didn’t just give up. Other couples should follow their example.

cute baby, i like this couple, glad they worked it out, she is talented, but i wonder why she named her baby after will and jada daughter?,(willow) weird, like the name (harlow) nicole richie child, now someone else has the name, i suspect the parents of the original names wanted a unique name, that no one else had, just a thought, no biggie.
I think it was a ego thing for the Pinkett-Smiths: Willow after Will and Jaden after Jada.
