Star is running a story with the headline that Keith Urban’s cheating sent him into rehab. Inside the article, though, they say that the cheating took place back in March way before their June wedding. Keith is said to have screwed a pr0n star for three full hours at a bachelor party. Nicole must have forgiven him because she ended up marrying him and supposedly knew about it. The article kind of half-suggests that Keith’s infidelity is the reason he’s drinking so heavily now.
Sources close to Nicole say Keith had to fess up to Nicole after reports came out that he had bedded a porn star for three hours at a wild bachelorette party in a ritzy L.A. hotel in late March. Keith had reportedly also been drinking champagne that night. Nicole was “cut to the bone” after learning the truth. “She’s grown up enough to know that boys will be boys,” says a friend of hers. “She didn’t threaten to leave, but she told him he had a lot of bridge burning to do.”

It seems like the actual reason may have more to do with the expected failure of his new album, which is out November 7th. He desended into drug abuse after his first album flopped, and he seems to have reverted to old habits again. His first single off the album, a tribute to Nicole called “Once in a Lifetime,” is said to suck.
People reports that “he’s a perfectionist” and that pressure from recording his new album may have pushed him over the edge.
People also says that Nicole and Keith will weather this storm together, but I’m not so sure
“She is standing by him,” a friend says of the actress. “The have a commitment to each other. It’s incredibly painful, but they’re working it out together.

We’ll see how things turn out for Nicole and Keith, but with Keith cheating on Nicole in the spring, then heading to rehab after just four months married, it just doesn’t look good.

Even if the more widely reported story is true (that he merely fell of the wagon) then this is pretty sad. And it’s certainly not a great way for a marriage to begin.
I doubt it will last more than a few months, to be honest.

I’m not a big fan of hers, and I hardly know who he is, but I sort of wanted this to be a successful thing, if only to stick it in Tom’s face. Isn’t this the first time she’s remarried since Tom? Oh well.

Why is crazy Tom getting married to Katie the Robot (she might be brainwashed but she still seems like a nice person) and yet poor Nicole is stuck with a philandering drug addict? I agree — if she married him even though she knew about his cheating, then she is an idiot, but still. She is beautiful, classy, gracious, and seems very sweet. Why does she have such terrible taste in men?

Nice to know that she married someone that she knew shagged another woman prior to their wedding. She must have absolutely no self respect at all. Where’s that “doormat” stamp for her forehead?

I am a big Urban fan. He has the best music that has been on the radio in years. I have been to 2 of his concerts and he is so down to earth it’s unreal. He is the best. At least he will admit when he has a problem where your best friend wont even tell you. I’m glad he can recognize a problem and get help. I want to say the best of luck be with him. He will come out better than ever.

The Star story is ludicrous…he didn’t really “fall” off the wagon, as far as we know…his previous rehab stint was for cocaine abuse….this time its alcohol. It is a disease, not a choice.

I’m a big fan of both Nicole and Keith. She’s a very talented actress and appears to be a very kind, gracious and down-to-earth person. Keith Urban is a very talented performer and also seems to be kind and down-to-earth.
You can’t believe much of anything that is put out by the Star, so I’d be shocked if the allegations of cheating are actually true. Nicole seems to have learned a lot since being raked over the coals by Tom Cruise ans seems highly unlikely that she would have married a man that cheated on her right before their wedding.
I just bought Keith’s new album and I think it’s much better than his last … and knowing that most of the songs are dedicated to Nicole makes it all the more special of an album.
Personally I would be shocked if they don’t stay together for the long haul, as they both seem to be “real” people … If Nicole could put up with Tom Cruise for nearly 10 years and all of his Scientology insanity, surely Keith has a good shot at a long and happy marriage. Here’s to a quick and successful recovery from rehab!

What. The. Hell.
“Boys will be boys” means that occasionally the guy you’re with may bring bodily harm onto himself with some crazy stunt. “Boys will be boys” does not mean men routinely screw porn stars at bachelor parties. If there’s any truth to that story and Nicole still married him, she’s an idiot.
