These are some photos of Sienna Miller over the weekend. She gave birth to her first child, daughter Marlowe, in July. So this was her first red carpet since giving birth – she made an appearance at the Hamptons Film Festival on Saturday to promote her new movie, The Girl. She plays Tippi Hedren, and it’s all about Hedren’s relationship with Alfred Hitchcock during the filming of The Birds. If that sounds somewhat familiar to you, it’s because there’s another film being made about the behind-the-scenes drama of the filming of Psycho too.
Anyway, for her first red carpet appearance since giving birth, Sienna wore a faux-caped Alessandra Rich dress in white. Everyone is comparing this to Gwyneth Paltrow’s caped Tom Ford gown at the Oscars this year, which… okay, it’s a similar look. I guess Goop should get points for doing it first. I do think Sienna looks good here – she certainly lost the baby weight quickly. Sienna’s shoes are Prada flats! I kind of like that she wore flats to a red carpet.
But really, you need to check out these photos of Sienna and Marlowe in NYC on Saturday, before the red carpet. OMG OMG OMG. These are the first photos of Marlowe that we’ve had access to! LOOK AT HER! Marlowe got her daddy’s crazy hair, right? Marlowe is adorable. She will be a total hipster. Baby boho chic!

I hope Sienna is good to him. He’s a great guy, it seems. Amazing how they managed to have a healthier relationship than rob and kristen, who now after the scandal I feel like they were (are?) that couple with a very unstable relationship, especially in the end before she cheated. She was just so mean to him in front of the press at Comic Con and he just took it.
Both can do better, Rob and Tom. I hope at least Tom is being treated right.

I think Sienna and Tom are great together. They appear to have a stable, mature relationship, with respect for each other. In all the pics of them together, you can see mutual adoration. Sienna seems to have changed a lot and seems to be settled and happy. I’m very happy for them both and wish them joy with their adorable baby.

i dont think she has toxed. I saw her in a supermarket last week with full facial movement! She looked a bit grubby though but maybe thats part of the whole hip and trendy look

Is it just me or is she hardly recognizable in the red carpet pics? The snapshots are a little better, but something definitely happened to her face. It’s rounder somehow? And her eyes are different? Or is that just make-up? I can’t quite put my finger on it.

It’s the extra weight she is still carrying. She was so lean before, and her face is very much still full from the added weight. You can’t see her cheekbones or the line of her jaw. That’s all.

OMG, so adorable! Both Sienna and Marlowe. I love Sienna. In all of her interviews she comes across as unpretentious, funny, and down to earth. She seems like she’d be fun to hang out and have a laugh with. I’m so happy that she’s getting critical acclaim for her work. I’ve been hearing great things about her performance in The Girl.
OT, but I kinda love that she’s part of Rob and Tom’s Britpack now. So cool that Rob got to hang out with them in NY this weekend. I think he needs to stick with his tribe and stay away from the LA famewhores.

Agree. What ever happened to forgiveness? We all make wrong choices in our lives, we learn from them, mature and move on. No one should be defined solely by the selfish, stupid things they’ve done. Sienna has gone forward with her life, which is all any of us can do. Until they build a time machine we must all live with our past errors. Unless of course you are so very perfect and sinless? In which case I congratulate you on accomplishing a feat not seen for almost 2000 years.

I never felt anything for Sienna Miller (well maybe a touch of disgust after the Balthazar Getty affair) until I saw her in Camille. I’d never seen her in a movie until then. The movie was terrible, but she really was adorable and brought a lightness to the screen.
She looks really pretty in the red carpet photos. The baby fat becomes her.
