These are some new photos of Adrien Brody at the Rome Film Festival, where he was promoting his new film Back to 1942. It feels like it’s been a really long time since I’ve had anything to say about Adrien… he really does seem to be keeping a lower profile these days? Or am I just imagining that? Like, he was all over the place at this year’s Cannes Film Festival, but that was the last time I really remember hearing anything about him. He’s a Best Actor Oscar winner, for God’s sake. You’d think he would be able to drum up some casual interest, right?
Maybe part of the reason Adrien isn’t getting so much attention these days is because his career is in the toilet he has a new-ish girlfriend. Her name is Lara Lieto, and she’s a model. They’ve been dating for… I don’t know. They were together at Cannes, so I’d say they’ve been together for most of the year at least. I think she wants to marry him, don’t you? Girl is wearing a fancy wedding dress on the red carpet of his premiere. She wants to marry him and have his tall, rangy, big-nosed babies.
I think I have another reason for kind of ignoring Adrien… I’m just not that into him. I’ve made the mistake of making fun of him before, only to be told off by his devoted fan-girls. He’s just not my jam, you know? I do like tall men with dark hair, but there’s something about him that’s off-putting. Although these photos are giving me a strong dose of douche, I will say that he looks better now than he used to. I’m glad he shaved off that d-baggy facial hair. I do think he could go for a more conservative dress style, though. The booties with the shiny stuff on his jacket? Rough. So… I would still not hit it. But I wouldn’t dismiss it out of hand, because he is looking better than before.

Me too. I don’t know exactly what it is that’s always made him seem so sexy, but it’s still there and I’d probably stand in line to hit it. (Just not the Hugh Hefner Playboy Mansion kind of line.)

When I was 14 I watched “The Village” with my dad in our basement rec room. It wasn’t even night time, but I’m incredibly easy to scare. That movie freaked me out sooo much… this is probably the first time I have looked at a picture of Adrien Brody and not immediately thought of that movie. I legit had nightmares after watching it that the suit from the movie was in my room.
I could never hit it. But I do have to say, he looks pretty darn good.

She looks like she could be his daughter. Not sure how that resembles a wedding dress because her stomach is exposed and it’s slit up to her crotch (via the website posted by Kaiser).
I will however admit, that I’ve always had a crush on Adrien.
He looks happy. Not physically my bag but I do think he’s charming. I love his jacket. The man has style.
I agree. He looks good because he’s happy IMO. Her, meh too camera conscious. Style-wise, he’s the poster boy for ugly rich guys with swagger. He’s got appeal. I like him in the Darjeeling movie.

I kinda feel sorry for him, especially after looking at the photo where he is kissing the girl.Reminds me of when he bought that castle for whats-her face and took those tacky photos only to be dumped when his fame started fading. Someone who knows him personally said he has a thing for vapid girls, so maybe it’s partly his fault.

I love his unique style and confidence. He is a fabulous actor as well. Yes, sometimes he can be a bit too full of himself but aren’t most actors? I don’t necessarily hate him for it. He always seems to attract the most beautiful women too. There must be something there. I think he’s attractive but I wouldn’t hit it because he reminds me too much of my high school boyfriend.

I think he is a very good actor but I like to leave my attention for him to the screen. My husband and I ran into him at the ballet years ago and were put off by him. He wasn’t horrible, just seemed so into his own hype – maybe a bad night.

I like Brody, always have. I never got a douche or pretentious vibe from him, he always seemed like a cool cat. As far as his relationships goes, he loves his ladies. Its sad how his last few relationships went ( Patsky did him so wrong) but he seems like the kind of guy you know where you stand with. He is going to love you fast and hard. Its better then being aloof and cold.

i actually think he’s dorky more than douchey….like he is wearing the ‘hey, i made it as an actor and got some money’ costume….he does not know what to do with it-so he just doesn’t wear it well.
it just seems like he’s still a little surprised he got invited to the party and does NOT think he’s cool, actually…so he tries to kind of pretend with the swagger.
to my knowledge, you never hear of him acting like an a-hole to others, waitresses, fans, co workers, etc. so i hvae no reason to find him douchey….he’s also not much of a womanizer-seems like serial relationships and not due to his choice.

I’m late to this thread but hey. I would totally hit it. I repped him for a minute and the guy is actually REALLY sweet, though a bit of narcissist like so many Hollywood actors. Not in a way being gross and braggy, but his favorite subject is himself. But seriously, a nice guy. I was working on something for him once and he had to call me on a weekend to talk and was SO apologetic for bothering me on my time off. I’ve experienced that with my other douchey celeb clients….hmm…never.
My sister-in-law worked with him and said he was a really nice guy. He seems OK, though not my type at all.
