It shows what she went through in the cult and what happened to her when she tried to get out. If it is half as good as her book was, it should be terrific viewing.

I know this will get hosed probably but I just have to say it: I honestly believe Katie went into the marriage with incomplete understanding of what it would entail but an understanding non the less. I applaud that she had the guts to get out but she consider the fact that no one would still be talking about her if it wasn’t for her marriage. She made out better from this marriage than Tom.
She has a fashion line, a beautiful daughter, and a celebrity status that she doesn’t really deserve. That marriage opened more doors for her than anything else she could have done.

Let’s be honest, she was universally hated in Batman. Her only saving grace was that most people hated the woman cast as her replacement even more (hate her for the part not in general). Besides Nolan does not write very good female characters.
I watched Thank You For Smoking but completely forgot she was in that movie. I love Joey as much as anyone who grew up with Dawnson’s Creek but let’s be honest, she never would have risen higher if not for her association with Tom. I think that was part of the contract, she plays the part assigned to her and he helps opens doors for her career.
I really have to agree. I have always found Katie Holmes very beautiful but she is more cute than sexy. Of course, it is pretty subjective so the people who put her there must probably see something sexy in her that I don’t I guess.
