You know how I’ve been detailing Kim Kardashian’s weird habit of probably lying about her dress size and weight? Well, I’m starting to think that the answer is much simpler and less rage-inducing than “Kim Kardashian loves to lie”. I think Kim just sucks at math. I think that when she’s confronted by numbers, her mind wanders to chintz peplums and leather jodhpurs and she completely spaces out. Think about it: wouldn’t that explain a lot about this mess? One week she’s insisting that she’s no more than 140 pounds, and then just nine days later, she’s telling TMZ that she’s totally 151 pounds because her baseline, pre-pregnancy size was a size 4, remember?
Well, as it turns out, Kim doesn’t just space out about numbers and math when it’s about her weight. She’s also been telling different people different things about her due date:
Could Kim Kardashian not be telling the truth about her due date? The pregnant reality star said on the “Today” show in January that her and Kanye West’s bundle of joy is due in July, but sources tell us it’s actually earlier.
During a recent baby shower for fashion stylist Monica Rose at Bagatelle LA, Kim was overheard saying she’s due in mid-June. Could a delay announcing the birth give her a chance to enjoy private time with the newborn and lose some weight? Kim’s rep had no comment.
For whatever reason, I had it in my head that she was due in early July, and it’s perfectly possible that Kim heard Duchess Kate say that she wasn’t due until mid-July, and Kim decided to copy Kate (because they are seriously SO similar). It’s also possible that Kim is due late June/early July and that she’ll be overdue, because that’s very common in first pregnancies. It’s also possible that Kim will schedule a C-section for whenever it’s convenient to her too, so just keep that in mind.
Incidentally, according to the Kardashian reality show, Kim’s biggest fear is that she’s still going to be legally married to Kris Humphries when she gives birth. She says in the promo, “I’m scared with the divorce I’m probably going to have this baby being married to someone else.” Which will probably happen – Kim and Kris’s divorce hearing/trial thing is set for early May, and I’m not sure that Kim will divorced by the time she gives birth even if the trial goes her way.

Kim K. will never win, lol. Even with all the coverage, unnatural body enhancements and early c-sections this world has to offer…-at the end she is just a sad, ugly human being…inside AND out.
She already conceived this baby while married to someone else. So how is she actually saving face by being divorced when the baby is born?

Every tabloid has a story this week about Kim “fighting back” against the “weight lies” that she herself started. She’s talking about it, Khloe is talking about it, the two little ones are crying bully about it.
That’s what this is about. Setting herself up to be ridiculed by dressing in a manner that no one in their right mind would(think personal comfort if nothing else), and then playing the victim when people react to it.

I’ve never been able to tolerate any of this mob, but I won’t criticise her weight or clothing choices. However her face… It’s 1am here in Sydney, and not being able to sleep I turned the telly on. There is a show on, called ET. They just had a piece on KK, talking about how good she looked at some event or other, but I was only half-listening. I did look up, and answered my own question, asked a few days ago on here….. “Is KK *able* to smile anymore?” Answer: No. She has had so much work done that she is unable to put together even a half-decent smile. She looked positively gruesome. There must be a name for someone who cannot see how attractive she is, gets way too much work done to rectify a non-existent “problem” and then cannot see how hideous she now looks. Sad.

I just don’t understand why her (and all the rest of the celebrity wax dummies’) family, friends and even more importantly, the bloody doctors who perform these procedures, don’t say, “Listen, honey, seriously, you’re looking ugly. Enough. No more.” I guess everyone’s on the take. By the way, my beautiful niece is called Elisa – lovely name.
I am in not insulting her weight gain, just pointing out that with each pound she looks more and more like a caricature. I read somewhere (here on CB maybe?) that the implants she has in various parts of her body are being pushed out by her own natural fat cells as they’ve grown over the months. So in her case, I can see why she is so obsessed about her weight during this pregnancy. She looks bizarre.
Id guess (if any of this nonsense is actually true) that she’s having a c-section; they book you in for planned caesars 14-21 days before your due date to avoid labour. (At least they do in the UK – am guessing it’s the same in the us!)
In my experience it is one week before the due date here in the U.S., but that could also depend on the doctor and his or her philosophy on it.
Yes, I think it depends on how everything is measuring near the end and that many doctors probably do ultrasounds in addition to checking the cervix to be sure the baby is ready. Since a due date is an estimate (EDD), most pregnancies are considered ‘full term’ anywhere from 38 to 42 weeks. Having a c-section 2 to 3 weeks prior to an EDD at 40 weeks could potentially result in a preemie. On the flip side, scheduling a week prior to the EDD might result in an emergency c-section if labor begins. In some instances, doctors might opt to do an amnio to check lung development prior to doing c-section.
I really wish that if she were still legally married to Kris, that the baby would have to have his last name. Baby North Humphries. LOL she and PMK would have a heart attack…but I doubt Kanye would really care.

Nobody would even be talking about her weight if she didn’t dress the way she does. Normal maternity clothing and she’d get very little comment. However, if you wear that costume she has on in the first picture, people are going to have an opinion and it’s not going to be kind. What so many people don’t seem to realize is that fat is not baby weight. Anything over the extra calories that the baby requires is simply using pregnancy as an excuse to let yourself go, which is fine if you want to do that, but don’t blame it on the pregnancy.
If only that pink outfit were a dress, it would be totally cute. I hate jumpsuits/gauchos so much.

Well, one of the tabloids claimed a couple of weeks ago that Kim was “demanding an ‘early’ c-section” (her baby’s health be damned) because she didn’t want to gain the ‘dreaded’ pound or more a week that happens during the last month of gestation. Truthfully, this wouldn’t surprise me at all as this is Kim we’re talking about here and a fair amount of doctors in the world-particularly in Hollywood-are totally unscrupulous and will do whatever their patients want as long as there are dollar $igns involved. I actually wouldn’t put it past the Kardashian clan to have leaked this new “mid-June” story themselves as Kim probably found an OB who’s agreed to deliver the baby a month earlier than he/she should.
Side note: I have never understood the whole “late” baby thing. Most women and doctors cannot calculate the exact day or even week of conception. If you combine that with the fact that an average human pregnancy is supposed to last 40 weeks-I have no idea where the whole “nine months” thing ever came from-most babies that are considered “late” in the U.S. who are allowed to come on their own are actually just being born right on time. Of course, there are some true exceptions, but 40 or even 41 weeks is not late.

A good number of 37 and 38 week babies end up in the NICU due to underdeveloped lungs. But the moms insisted on an induction or self inducing or a c-section because they were uncomfortable. There’s a new belief that 37 weeks is considered full term and it’s not.
I just had a baby. I was told she was measuring big all pregnancy and be ready for a big baby etc. I refused induction. She was born at 39 weeks and a small 6lbs 4 oz. She was not ready to come any earlier and may have been underweight and in an incubator if forced out 2 weeks sooner

I’ll give her a pass on this one. Doctors frequently change the due date based on tests you have during the PG, so it is entirely possible that her due date changed. I also think it is highly likely that she scheduled a c-section (I read somewhere that Hollyweird women do this to avoid that excessive weight gain in the last month).

Okay, anything Kim does I file under, “Things that do not bother me in the least.” I don’t buy her shit or watch her show, nor does she inspire hate from me. Now that that’s out of the way, my due date moved up because my boys were big. Isn’t that normal for your due date to change from your first ultrasound to your last? First it’s based on the date of your last period and then on the size of the baby in the last ultrasound? I’m obviously not a doctor, but I’m just saying she’s not necessarily lying. (In this case.)
But she already knows she concieved in Rome so the due date can’t change if they know the date she got pregnant on.

I think KIM played everyone. I think she dressed to start drama about her weight as that is a topic that gets very heated for pregnancy & the fact she was looking for a weight deal. When no offers were made for a weight deal for her she has now opted to dressing better because the weight scam didn’t work & will now have a deal with Tracy Anderson in the works on how to maintain your weight while pregnant & what worked for her.
I think they fed there own stories & do feed there own stories in the media to coincide with there show to help create the drama. I am stumped as to how she can promote weight loss when she is still in litigation with the other weight company. Her due date is whenever she wants it to be.
Saw an article at OMG that said her & Kanye have only been together 18 days since announcing baby.. If you think her ex hit it & bailed then it seems Kanye did too.. will he make the delivery or the divorce for support is the next question
If I had the eyes of the world on me I too would say my due date was later than it is. That way there is less likelihood of the paps following me to the hospital.
In the season finale where she tells kourtney she’s pregnant–she says she is about a month along..the scenes were shot after dec 15th,..then kanye announced it to the world the end of December. Going buy that she is not due til the END of July.
Dates are easily checked by looking at her outfits, she’s obviously photographed daily so it’s not hard to determine the time frame.
I think she knows her math doesn’t add up, but doesn’t care. It’s not like the tabloids will call her out on lying..they all seem to be in momma kris’ back pocket.
I wouldn’t put it past kim to schedule a month early c section to avoid getting bigger.. And this family loves to time things to get the perfect season finale…
