Johnny Depp threatens to retire from his acting career: ‘It’s not too far away’

Johnny Depp

Here are some photos of Johnny Depp and Armie Hammer about a week ago at the German premiere of The Lone Ranger. We didn’t cover these photos until now because they’re kinda dull compared to the London premiere with Armie’s crazy red suit, but I guess these pictures are notable for the fact that Armie looks like a wax doll. Johnny looks the same as always if a bit more subdued. It’s gotta be hard to keep promoting a movie that’s already performed poorly in one’s home country, and I’m sure that Johnny feels terrible that his “small contribution to righting the wrongs” hasn’t been met with huge box-office enthusiasm. To add insult to injury, Lone Ranger has been remade into a pr0n parody where “Tonto” will be played by a chick. Ouch.

Poor Johnny. For whatever reason, he skipped the Paris premiere of this movie; and between the bummer-inducing trifecta of Lone Ranger, Dark Shadows, and even his most recent passion project, The Rum Diary (the latter of which had a relatively low budget for a Depp movie but still lost many millions of dollars), the guy needs a vacation from his day job. And reportedly, he’s thinking of taking an extended vacation, as in forever, from acting. We’ll see about that:

Johnny Depp

He has been wowing movie audiences for over 20 years but Johnny Depp has confessed the end is near for his film career, revealing he wants to concentrate on other ventures.

The 50-year-old actor has hinted that he may step away from the cameras in the near future, saying he feels overworked after starring in well over forty films during his career.

In an interview to be aired on BBC Breakfast on Monday, the actor told Susanna Reid: “When you add up the amount of dialogue you say per year and you realise you’ve said written words more than you’ve had a chance to say your own words, that becomes an insane option for a human being.”

Depp, who’s currently dating his Rum Diaries co-star Amber Heard, insisted there’s still loads of other things [he’d] like to try.

“Are there quieter things I wouldn’t mind doing? Yes, I wouldn’t mind that. I wouldn’t say I am dropping out any second but I would say it’s not too far away,” he added.

Fans shouldn’t start the mourning process yet though as when asked by Reid if he would retire before the rumoured Alice In Wonderland 2 and next Pirates of the Caribbean movie, he added: “No, I think we’re alright in those categories.”

[From Entertainmentwse]

While I think that Johnny definitely needs some time away from the camera to make the audience miss him, Johnny’s words are probably mere evidence of a little bit of pouting on his part. He’s used to being such a huge deal in Hollywood, and the guy has enjoyed decades of box-office success. Sure, he’s had a difficult few years as far as ticket sales go, but he can come back.

Besides, actors threaten to quit all the time, and he’s not going anywhere fast. Johnny has already finished filming Transcendence, and he’s already signed onto Mortdecai, which is a “comic crime thriller” that will feature Johnny wearing a huge mustache (because he can’t go without a disguise for too long) and will also star Goop and Ewan “Feel Free to Tear Off My Kilt” McGregor. In addition, Johnny also has Pirates 5 on the horizon. I’ll bet Amber Heard is looking forward to kissing those Jack Sparrow teeth.

A couple of years ago, hearing this would’ve made me sad but I truly think that he hasn’t done anything interesting in a while so it’s not a bad thing.

    • LadyBird83 says:

It’s ok Johnny, Luke Grimes can take your place in Hollywood.

    • kim says:

      Exactly

He’s picked the same type of characters since he appeared as jack sparrow and it gets boring to watch a one note actor/actress in general.

  2. T.fanty says:

He doesn’t need to retire; he just needs to step away from the terrible, big-budget movies.

    • kiddo says:

      And the costumey roles.

    • Liv says:

      And his blond girlfriend.

    • Gabriella says:

      +1 to everything above said.

    • BeesKnees says:

This is exactly what I was going to say. He is a good actor, he just picks a lot of bad roles.

    • TheOriginalKitten says:

Yeah. He needs to break up with Burton and take some more interesting, challenging roles.

He really is such a talented actor, but I miss the days when he really pushed himself.

      • BooBooLaRue says:

        For reals.

      • TheOneAndOnlyOnly says:

The reviews of the lone ranger were brutal in many cases, but hilariously funny; many reviewers mocked his attempt to speak (I mean no disrespect) Injun-speak; Donnie Brasco and why hasn’t anyone mentioned Blow, still one of may favorite movies.Maybe he should switch gears completely and do Shakespeare for a challenge.

      • MP says:

He also needs to stay away from Gore Verbinski. They’ve done 5 movies together now and only 2 of them were good. One of those was animated.

      • Spooks says:

@TheOneAndOnlyOnly, Blow is one of my all time favourite movies. I still cry at the final scene every time I see it.

    • mercy says:

The same could be said for a lot of actors these days, but that is what the studios want to make by and large. A lot of talented actors are being wasted.

  3. Tanguerita says:

He used to be a good actor, but has been “living” off his mannerisms for so long I can’t even believe it’s the same man who played in “Dead man” or in “Donnie Brasco”. As far as I’m concerned he can retire his tired ass and chains to that island of his.

    • Lindy says:

My whole view on Johnny changed when I learned he is exactly the same height as Tom Cruise.

But he wears Cuban heels instead of Tom’s lifts.

      • MP says:

Wow I had no idea. Perhaps people don’t care because, unlike TC, he’s never tried to be an action star or traditional hero/lead type.

      • TheOriginalKitten says:

I knew he was on the shorter side but I didn’t know he was mini like Cruise. Yuck.

      • Suzie says:

Depp is 5’9″. not the same height as Cruise. Where did you get that?

      • mercy says:

They’re both short, but it’s not like they can do anything about it. Short is cuter when they’re young, and when they have a mate of similar age and stature. Johnny looked a lot better with Vanessa than he does with his present girlfriend.

      • Matilda says:

Saw Depp at a concert back in 2008. He came pretty close to greet the fans and was wearing ordinary canvas boots. He’s slim guy but toned and about 5’9″ or 5’10”. That’s average not short.

    • Kiddo says:

Interesting. That I hadn’t noticed, but granted, I stopped watching his films. A few people who I have noticed, with a revolving redundant repertoire of expressions, etc that become very obvious over a span of films, are SJP and Helen Hunt. You just know these “looks” are practiced in front of a mirror and don’t look natural on the screen.

  4. Anna says:

Armie is so pretty. As for Depp retiring…why not. Go to your island, stop making embarrassing crap based on a singly shtick that wore itself out 5 movies ago.

2013 will be The Summer When the Sure Thing Failed – Depp, Smith, Tatum, Transformers-redux…

  5. inthekitchen says:

Um, I’m sorry, “threatened” or promised? I’d rather have a promise that he will disappear.

    • stellalovejoydiver says:

Me too, he is too greedy to do that though. Who needs integrity if you can earn millions of dollars to star in shitty movies.
It would actually be a wise thing for him to go away for a bit. He just needs a couple more flops and he´ll turn into Nicolas Cage.

    • Muse says:

Yeah his last few movies have been shitty but imo even something like ‘Dark Shadows’ wasn’t predictable blockbuster to be honest. He’s a fine actor who is just in need of a right script. I don’t get why you’re desperate for him to retire, he isn’t all that bad in anyway.

  6. Pinky says:

Can’t muster up enough energy to care.

  7. greenmonster says:

To me this sounds more like a promise than a threat. The last movie a saw him in was Dark Shadows and that was such a bad movie. It just wouldn’t end. I couldn’t believe that I was the only one who disliked it, after leaving the cinema with a bunch of friends.

    • Willa says:

Dark Shadows was awful! I saw it by myself and was thinking when is this going to be over too!

  8. Tessa says:

I wouldn’t care. He hasn’t made a decent movie since Gilbert Grape if you ask me. What was that, 20 years ago? No one would miss him, unless you’re into a 50 year old man who likes to cosplay as creepy rapey Tim Burton characters.

    • Vesta says:

“a 50 year old man who likes to cosplay as creepy rapey Tim Burton characters”

😀 HAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHA I’m peeing my pants

    • Kim says:

Did you even watch him after that? Donnie Brasco, Sleepy Hollow, Finding Neverland, Sweeney Todd etc are pretty good movies.

  9. blue marie says:

I say stop talking about it and actually DO IT.. or at least pick better roles, scale back.

    • GoodNamesAllTaken says:

Agree. Actors are forever “threatening” to retire (Hugh Grant comes to mind) and they never actually do it. Boring.

  10. bns says:

He retired years ago as far as I’m concerned.

  11. Sixer says:

I know he’s getting past his sell-by date and is slowly degenerating into douche territory/bad decision-making and so should probably go away, but it’s JOHNNY. He was my crush before I’d even got old enough to fall in love with a Real Live Man That I Knew. So he can stay, no matter what.

  12. Lindy says:

Johnny Depp needs to disappear for awhile – 5 years or so would probably do it – and then come back unexpectedly with a really great movie. He’s overexposed at the moment. By 2018 or so, people will have forgotten all the bad stuff and will be refreshed and pleased to see him again.

  13. spiderkitty says:

    Oh, yes, please!!!

Also, I cannot tell if Ruth Wilson is pretty or not. There’s something weird going on with her mouth…

  14. Vesta says:

I don’t know, it seems like he is just seeking attention. Aren’t they all quitting “in some day maybe even in the future not so far away I might start considering doing something else yada yada”

Choose some weighty roles instead of these blockbusters (you certainly can afford it) and quit whining Johnny.

    • Lindy says:

Yes, Angelina Jolie has been ‘about to retire’ forever…

      • lisa2 says:

Angelina said she was going to make fewer and fewer films. Which is exactly what she has done. She has not been on the screen for over 2 years.

I thought this was about Johnny.

      • MP says:

Don’t forget Angelina is directing now. Her next film is written by the Coen bros.

  15. Jules says:

He’s been phoning it in since the first POTC movie anyways………

  16. Mia 4S says:

I think Into the Woods will be good for him. It’s a big ensemble of which he is only a small part. If he puts in a strong performance and it’s a hit, that counts in the win column even though it’s not “his” movie…

…now that’s if he doesn’t do something stupid like drop out over money, size of role, or lack of “quirkiness”.

  17. Mrs.Darcy says:

Oh Johnny. I can’t quit you. I try, oh how I try. You drive me nuts with your bimbos and bad movies and scarves. But then you go on BBC Breakfast and sweetly let the giggling reporter hold your hand and examine your fingernails painted by your daughter and your rings made by your makeup artist friend which clearly have sentimental value and I fall in love with you again just. like. that. Sigh. Please do something good again soon, you are a magic man when you want to be. xxxxxx

  18. Leah says:

Johhny Depp the interesting actor retired years ago anyway. He has been on autopilot for years. I cant remember the last good movie he was in.

  19. Maria says:

    That’s good.

He needs to, at this point, here’s known for playing caricature characters; he needs to go back to independent roles.

    That is where he excels.

  20. Elodie says:

    Okay. Bye.

  21. Carolyn says:

See ya, wouldn’t wanna be ya.

  22. MP says:

Depp hasn’t enjoyed “enjoyed decades of box-office success”. He’s enjoyed one decade of box office success starting with the first Pirates film in 2003. Before that his biggest film was Sleepy Hollow and he was known for his quirky roles in small offbeat films.

    • mercy says:

I miss those quirky roles in offbeat films. The Pirates movies (and Keith Richards obsession) are what started to turn me off him. But there’s time for a comeback! Problem is do the studios still want to make those films. From what I’ve seen, no, unless it’s a variation on another indie film that was a surprise hit. Box office watching is everything these days, hence all the sequels, remakes, and ‘based on a best-selling book.’

      • Kim says:

I agree that he looked cute with Vanessa but
“Short is cuter when they’re young, and when they have a mate of similar age and stature.” – please, give me a break.

Except for the obvious age difference he and Amber look pretty good together. If he can look good onscreen with many kinds of women why not off it?

  23. The Original Mia says:

Don’t tease. Just do it, Johnny. The world will continue to rotate with you gone from our screens, playing overly wrought characters in garish makeup. Trust me on this.

  24. Mitch Buchanan Rocks! says:

Depp should date Christina Aguilera; both could out their days live happily ever after ensconsed in orange goo and maybe even have a little orange baby named Florida. He could quit acting and she could quit singing which would bring tears of joy to retail employees worldwide who are forced to listen to her Christmas Albums.

  25. Lenore21 says:

Wouldn’t it be nice if he could spend this time with his wife and children? Didn’t he, after years or restraint and beautiful movies, sell out with the Shit of the Carri-suckean so he could give his kids, blah, blah, blah? Poorly played, Johnny, poorly played. Put Amber in her gilded cage and retire on your island. Soon your life will be as meaningful as the last three scripts you didn’t read before you signed on the dotted line. (By the way, I am not so much bitter over his leaving his wife, but rather over the fact that I once believed in this man. When Johnny said something, I listened because, even though he was a celeb, he was Johnny Depp.)

  26. Rover says:

Even if his movies are bad I’ve always found something special in his performances. However haters need not rejoice ‘cos it’s just a recurring joke, yes it’s a joke not a tantrum, he makes. He once said that he thinks abou quitting once every 11 minutes

  27. Meg says:

You don’t need to go that far. Atleast not yet. Just start making decent movies again. You’re too uniquely good an actor to bow out unceremoniously.

  28. Loki says:

I didn’t care enough to see his last few movies at the theatre but he’s still a very likable actor IMO. I want to watch him again in something like Sweeney Todd, Gilbert Grape or Finding Neverland. I really hope ‘Into the Woods’ and ‘Transcadence’ turn out to be that way. He’s brillinat with both over-the-top entertainment and subtle undertones. He’s just been too lazy in the last 3 years or so but can rejunevate. If that means taking a long break, fine but I don’t want him to go away just yet.

  29. A says:

    He’s DEAD TO ME!!

    Yes, I’m dramatic.
Benny & Joon will always be in my heart…when he tasted that blue paint….sigh

  30. Suzie says:

No Johnny! You still have potential. Just stop with the POTC shit and shake up Tim Burton to come up with something like Ed Wood or Sweeney Todd for you. I’d really miss you.

  31. Tara says:

He’s a brilliant actor. He just needs to take the Disney schtick and Jack Sparrow out of his system. I’m eager to see his next two movies to ascertain that. He’d leave a void for me if he goes away now.

  32. Mathew says:

Always thought he never fulfilled his potential and I was thinking age would force him to back off the routine stuff or pretentious projects, so that he can finally give such performances that truly justify the promise he had always shown. It’s be an annoying waste if he just goes away after making me wait for years to see where he’d go.

  33. Jade says:

Haven’t cared about him in years but even today whenever I’m stuck to watching his stuff on T.V I could see that he’s still a fine actor he’s used to be. Can’t believe it but I kinda liked him in even something as shitty as The Tourist.
Depp should stop with the eccentric character nonsense and concentrate on good scripts. Even then it’d be quite sometime before I can again warm upto him but he can still restart and he should.

  34. Janet says:

Yeah he’s beeen taking it easy for quite sometime now but his performances still fire up my imaginations. He’s quite a presence onscreen, really charismatic. Haters can hate but he’s a rare talent that a lot of people still enjoy.

  35. CC says:

He should just do it, I’m fed up with the little creep.

    • fresaryINasoup says:

Think what you want about him these days but from being another unassuming teen-idol destined to disappear after being the ‘flavour of the month’ he took a road much less travelled, stuck with it for years playing more dangerously than most with the prospect of a failed career with wonderfully obscure choices, taking critics and audience by surprise, and after years of not wanting to be a star made it to a superstar and world-famous stature in his own stride. Johnny Depp is one-of-a-kind.

It’s understandable that someone like that would be on many people’s nerves.

  36. Mitch Buchanan Rocks! says:

Somehow, and I don’t know how, he makes Tom Cruise look hot by comparison.

    • Suzie says:

Please! I know there’s Depp low-down currently but you’re going too far.

    • Kim says:

I can understand if you’re tired of Depp thanks to all these gossip sites sabotaging him but I’ll never understand why anyone would hate Depp so badly. He doesn’t deserve it AT ALL.

      • Emily C. says:

I hate Depp because he made a video defending Roman Polanski. Without that, I’d simply be annoyed by and disappointed in him.

      • Xlara says:

He never did a video and he didn’t even sign the petition that others actors and directors signed. He was asked in a press conference about Polanski!

    • Emily C. says:

No one and nothing can make Tom Cruise look hot.

      • Hakura says:

@Emily C. – +1!! Even implying such a thing is akin to some sort of blasphemy…*shudder*

  37. Melanie says:

I personally don’t mind the Pirates franchise but Alice 2 is bad news. I never finished the first one. However this is the guy who prides on having survived 20 years of failures before Hollywood started kissing his rear.

He can bounce back ‘cos recurring brand or not, as an entertainer he’s unique and his acting skills are still intact. I have high hopes for his next few movies which will hopefully spice up things a bit.

    • MP says:

I don’t think you could call those years failures. The nineties was best decade. He purposefully chose quirky roles, like Ed Wood or Edward Scissorhands, in small offbeat films that really defined him as an actor who had little or no interest in fame or money. But ever since 2003 he’s been mostly playing the same role in giant blockbusters for obscene amounts of money. He doesn’t take risks anymore.

  38. Carolina says:

He’s a sell-out but he’s still a fine actor. He needs to revamp things. Don’t retire Depp while leaving a bad aftertaste, will screw your legacy forever.

  39. Daria says:

I guess I’m the only one on this site that loves Johnny Depp in every movie he has done, his work with Tim Burton, POTC movies, all of it, and will be sad when he does decide to retire. Had a crush on him since the 21 Jump Street days (even though I was 5!). Don’t care for the boring cookie cutter actors these days, every film the actors are the same, BORING!! I like his eccentric ways. I don’t believe he deserves all the bashing, they are so much worse actors out there. At least he isn’t afraid to be himself, scarves, necklaces, accessories and all.

    • Kiddo says:

I think it’s because he has become a caricature of a caricature of a cliché of a cartoon character.

    • Hakura says:

You’re not alone. =3 I’m not as big a fan as you are, but there’s something about him that I can’t seem to dislike, even when I’m not impressed with several of the movies he’s chosen the past few years.

You’re right, in that most actors these days are all carbon copies of eachother. Same looks, same voices, a lot of blue eyes & such. (Not that there’s anything *wrong* with blue eyes, it just seems like a pattern in Hollywood).

  40. RPG says:

Please, Depp retired from acting about ten years ago.

He’s doing little more than playing glorified dress-up nowadays.

  41. Emily C. says:

If I believed this, I’d be thrilled. I am so sick of this jackass. But I do not believe it for a second. He loves money too much.

  42. Cece says:

Wow – I had no idea so many people disliked him. I don’t get the hatred – there are way worse in Hollywood. I find him entertaining, and I doubt he retires.

    • Jag says:

He’s a Polanski apologist and has said bad things about his American audience. (Similar to GOOP.) That was enough to knock his shine off, in my opinion.

      • Suzie says:

First of all he isn’t a Polanski apologist. He was only commenting on the arrest and expressed his own doubts about it. He hasn’t even signed in the ‘free Polanski’ petition.

bad things about American audience? If you look around the world many countries have their own thriving movie industries yet Hollywood films tend to perform pretty well as well. However American audience may not always appreciate films that aren’t mainstream ‘American’ in terms of taste. I’m not sure where he said bad things about his audience – he’s one of the most generous celebrities who’s always called his fans his boss and is know to be the best autograph signer around.

    • Blue Venom says:

Are you serious?? He’s rich, famous, attractive, hardly conventional and not always politically correct.
BTW his famous quote – “Just keep moving forward and don’t give a shit about what anybody thinks. Do what you have to do, for you.”

Of course he’s going to have a whole bunch of haters..

This is a gossip site for crying out aloud, where it’s all about people dissing those who are way better off than them just to make themselves feel better. It’s basic psychology. If you can’t stand your idol being slandered you should stick to fansites.

  43. Jag says:

I believe this as much as I believe he’s going to purchase that part of Wounded Knee to give back.

  44. Xlara says:

I suppose many haters here, enjoy too much those very versatile actors like George Clooney, who only plays themselves in every movie, so Depp with his weird portrayals is so boring!

I’m gonna miss him! It doesn’t matter how bad are some of his recent movies, his performances are never the problem (Dark Shadows was Tim Burton and the writer fault. Not Johnny, Barnabas Collins was fun! the same with the problems in Lone Ranger or The Tourist)

He have to change the pace of his career, the scripts he chooses, etc. He doesn’t have to retire!

    • Jade says:

sorry but I cant stand toad Clooney or creepy cruise. but depp keeps doing the same thing in every movie haven’t watch a movie of his since potc 3.

tried to watch that god awful dark shadows we walked out it was so bad! problem is he can act he needs to stop with the burton crap please retire already!! no loss hes a sell out!

  45. Ginger says:

I love Johnny as an actor but ITA he needs to step back, disappear for a bit. Come back and do some meaty roles. I like what one poster said for him to do Shakespeare as a challenge. That could be very interesting.

  46. Jade says:

and please stop with the potc movie 4 was awful no more!!! and alice on drugs 2 why?

  47. Rachel says:

I think the opinions on here would be different if he was making good movies. I honestly can’t remember the last movie he’s been in that would make me rush out to the theater.

As for overexposure I don’t mind if a good actor comes out with good movies every year. It only becomes annoying if they are in garbage movies year after year.

This what has happened to Depp.

  48. Mala says:

He looks so good with his new look

He’s a great actor and it would be a shame to lose him, just because he’s too tired of the promotional work and fame. He needs better scripts and i think those who can’t remember his good work, are just exagerating. His last Oscar nom was just in 2008!

And the comment about Amber Heard. c’mon! after she was sleeping with Tonto (because she was already with him and along the shooting) to have him working as the bad and over-sexualized Wolf in “Into the woods” and as the mischievous Capitan Jack Sparrow, are probably the best things that could happen to her fantasies!
What hot-blooded woman wouldn’t want to have a taste of the naughty capitan Jack?
    She’s so lucky!

  49. Emma says:

With relish! Johnny Depp you used to be a good actor but now have your head shoved so far up your own ar§e you are actually painful to watch. Quit ridiculous character roles or quit acting all together.

  50. Das Spleen says:

Better to have them say you finished too soon than stayed too long.

  51. Lux says:

More like a promise. He always looks so grimey, like he hasn’t showered in weeks. It really grosses me out.

  52. Carolina says:

Oh please! There are worse actors out there who are in dire need of retirement. Depp hasn’t always starred in gems but he has always had a strong handle on his roles, incredibly expressive eyes and, despite repeating ‘tics’,brings a fresh angle to his roles.
Don’t care about others but I liked his interpretation of ‘Mad Hatter’ although the movie itself was awful. Depp is a special talent.

  53. Steve says:

I maybe in the minority but I’ve always preferred him in weird and eccentric roles over the less showy ones. He has too charisma to waste in the same kind of roles that every other great actor out there can fill in.
So Depp, keep going weird and wonderful. Just slow down the sequels, mate. You’re too much fun to sail away just yet.

  54. Lara says:

His Jack Sparrow wasn’t typical blockbuster or franchise hero and even something like Dark Shadows and The Lone Ranger isn’t exactly a blue-print for formulaic blockbuster. It’s just that he has been turned into a Hollywood brand in himself once he started to sell.
Depp’s career is sprinkled all over with lame stinkers like ‘The Tourist’ (Astronaut’s Wife anyone??)and ‘Dark Shadows’ the same way it is with distinctive performances. I don’t think ‘Alice’ was anymore of a soulless entertainer than Sleepy Hollow and felt ‘Sweeney Todd’ to be the best Burton effort after ‘Ed Wood’.His only motif seems to be doing characters of his choice.Big-budget or bad movies as an actor he still brings forth unusual and off-centre leads. I still respect him over someone like RDJ who sold out for a comic book hero.
He just needs a break from certain territories and new set of fresh characters.

  55. Loki says:

There are so many great actors out there to do dramatic or ‘normal’ roles, we have DiCaprio, Pitt, Clooney etc vying for the Oscars and endless supply of hunks to replace the likes of Tom Cruise.

However only Johnny Depp can do what he does. Whether it’s Jack Sparrow or those ethreal Tim Burton alter-egos or all those soulful fringe ‘lost souls’. Haters are gonna hate but I’ve always had unique pleasure in Johnny Depp’s world and would defenitely NOT WANT HIM TO GO.

  56. Loki says:

“His Jack Sparrow wasn’t typical blockbuster or franchise hero and even something like Dark Shadows and The Lone Ranger isn’t exactly a blue-print for formulaic blockbuster. It’s just that he has been turned into a Hollywood brand in himself once he started to sell.

Yeah I’ve always liked his strange characters. I ‘ve always appreciated how he adds a new angle or some darkness to what’s already existing.

Hmm, I’ve been tiring of him for quite sometime now but I guess I just want him to take a break from Burton and Verbinski. He’s still an interesting actor otherwise an looking forward to a couple of his new movies. There are many others that I just don’t want to see onscreen at all. So Johnny you still need not go away yet.

Depp always used to be the weird-looking one but atleast in that photo he’s the most humane looking I must say. Armie looks like a Ken-doll came alive and there something weird about Ruth Wilson.

Depp has been looking pretty good recently. Saw some recent photoshoots where he looks like he’s been working out and taking good care of him. I’ve a sneaking suspicion that all of a sudden he doesn’t want to be such a workaholic.
