This is the first and last James Franco picture I can probably look at all day. I want that puppy so bad.

  2. Becks says:

Awww….it’s a Cavalier king Charles! Looks just like my pup! They are seriously the best dogs ever and the cutest, IMO 🙂

    • shannon says:

I have one too, they are the sweetest little dogs 🙂 their fur is so soft, and they are very loyal and eager to please. And they all have those silly big eyes.

    • SamiHami says:

That is my favorite breed of dog—if I ever get one, it will be a Cavalier King Charles. They are so sweet! And smart little guys, too!

  3. idk says:

Even though Franco has a pretty good acting career going for himself and has plenty of money, I really respect the fact that he decided to not only finish one but two graduate degrees. I like that…plus he earned major points for the Bound 3 vid.

    • LadySlippers says:

According to wiki he has his mfa in poetry and is currently enrolled in a phd program but he hasn’t finished it yet.

      • idk says:

Oh really he’s not finished yet? I know he earned a masters degree from Columbia and then moved on to Yale to pursue a doctorate in English. I thought he finished…either way it is impressive.

      • LadySlippers says:

His masters is from Warren Wilson which is a low-res MFA program. He’s started several graduate programs all at once and only finished the one.

  4. T.Fanty says:

The puppy is panicking in case Franco keeps her. Dealing with his kind of ass-hattery was NOT in her contract.

Still does not trump my all-time favorite celebrity with a puppy picture…

I swear, I’m having so much trouble reading today. I seriously thought, on first reading, that it was introducing Ryan Seacrest’s new girlfriend as “Cough.”

I have never seen a bad picture of Justice Joslin, and I have . . . somehow . . . managed to look at quite a few.

Maybe it’s just because I didn’t know Paul Walker’s name, didn’t really consider him to be a celebrity, just a person in films–recognized his face from the FF films, of course—but I hate this coverage of his death. It is so self serving and gross—all those pictures that are floating around of the car–that should be kept private. Or the articles about how are they going to finish the movie—they could at least wait until he’s in the ground to put out that one.

the one story that I really hated was on the Dailymail–it said that he had a 23 year old girlfriend that he had been seeing for 7 years. I didn’t read it until another poster brought it up on his post yesterday–but that article is just disgusting, and if I was his family, I’d pay to get that scrubbed from the internet. First off–they have absolutely no proof that he was with his partner for 7 years–no proof. They don’t even use the word “sources”–they said something like “supposedly he’d been dating her off and on”….so they’re just printing unverified shit.

And I highly doubt that they just found that out yesterday–the day after the guy died—IF it’s even true. You know, in my opinion–knowing absolutely nothing about it–that he’s known that girl, maybe was friends w/her family or brother or something–since she was 15. A Liberty Ross/Rupert Sanders type thing. Cool. But that’s not the issue right now. Nor was it an issue for the Dailymail, up until this man DIED.

His partner, his daughter, his family don’t need to be reading stories like this right now–just before Christmas too. I think it’s disgusting that they’re using a dead man’s name and relationship like this–the day after he died.

It’s just so upsetting to me that the press would sink to that level.

    • Lori says:

The word about his much younger girlfriend is not new information. It has been talked about for years, since it started because there was some question as to whether she was underage when they began dating. So its not new…….people were side-eyeing him for that one for a really long time.

    • TheOriginalKitten says:

      @Virg *waves* hi!
I mean…yeah I agree with you 100% about the timing of the article-it’s in very VERY poor taste (but I would expect no less from the Daily Fail), however I think that there’s one aspect to publishing that article that makes sense to me and that’s the important fact that celebs are far from perfect and nobody should be idolizing them.

IF Walker was seeing a 16 year old when he was 33, it wasn’t very prudent (some like myself might even call it ‘creepy’) on his part.

My personal opinion of Walker was that he was a good-looking, seemingly decent guy who did a good amount for charity and died needlessly. That being said, he was very far from perfect and I think that the public has a tendency to put celebs who perish at a young age up on a pedestal. Do I think we should be discussing his somewhat-murky past now? No, not at all. But do I think that we should be acting like Walker was a perfect angel who never has one digression or made any mistakes in his life? No.

The truth is that good people die every day-people that are better than Walker and people who have made sacrifices that most of us could never fathom, people who have made a very significant impact on the world and a lot of people don’t take the time out of their day to feel sad about it. Now don’t misunderstand me: my intention isn’t to make it into a competition or to make people feel bad about caring about Paul Walker—-I understand why people care-he was a celebrity and we felt like we knew him—my point is simply that he was human and fallible in a lot of ways and I think it’s at the very least disingenuous, and at the very most dangerous, to make it seem otherwise.

So I agree with you that it’s crass for the Daily Mail to be bringing this up now, but I do think it’s relevant to remember that Walker was only human at the end of the day.

      • Virgilia Coriolanus says:

My issue with it, beyond the fact that it was the day after he died was that there were no sources whatsoever. I mean, how do they know? Was he pictured with her when she was 16? I need something more than ‘its common knowledge’. I’m not trying to argue that it was right/wrong for a 33 year old to be dating a 16 year. I personally wouldn’t ever do it, because I’m a goody two shoes who (in a consensual relationship, although statuatory rape) wouldn’t want the older person to go to jail because of my age–but it’s very common among the high school girls where I am–so I don’t even blink when I see it anymore really.

But my issue is that they’re just saying things like that, without any verification at all. Was he pictured making out with her while she was underage? As the poster below me said, if this was common knowledge, why wouldn’t it have come up before on the Dailymail. I’ve been reading the Dailymail almost as long as I’ve been reading Celebitchy (I went on it because of you guys referencing it), and I have never read anything like that. Why didn’t he go to jail if it was common knowledge?

So really my point was, why would they start printing it now, if it common knowledge? I’m not trying to make him above it all, but I think that it is incredibly weird that they would all of a sudden print something like that after he died. Like someone said on CB yesterday–he was never in the gossip world. CB was started in 2006–7 years ago. I have never read anything like that about him–and he was in a major franchise. So its not like it wouldn’t have been worth it to print it 7 years ago, 6 years ago, 5 years ago, etc–while he was still alive.

And I feel so bad for her. To have everyone picking apart your relationship from day one, while you’re trying to deal with your loss.

    • livinglavitalola says:

You really don’t know what info is true or false because you just said yourself you didn’t follow the man. If you did, you would know this is not brand new info. His relationship w/that girl has been talked about as I have read about it plenty of times. You think it’s odd that a celebrity’s transgressions would only come out once they are dead? Why? Celebrities have lots of vices. Nobody has anything to lose once they are dead.

EDIT: there isn’t anything wrong w/the timing. If CS husband dropped dead right now, y’all wouldn’t waste any time going in on him.

This is also the first time I’ve ever heard of Paul Walker seeing a teenager. If this was common knowledge, I’ve never seen it anywhere.

  17. Naddie says:

He`s lucky, I`ve never got a pose like that with a dog.

  18. homegrrrral says:

Meh. I’m.waaaay more impressed when celebs have mix breed dogs. Paris Hilton woke me up to the idiocy of puppy mill elitist trash trend
