Here are some photos of Stella McCartney and all of her “girls”. Note: Rihanna also wore Stella, and Bedhead covered Rihanna earlier. This post is for all of the other girls, like Reese Witherspoon, Cara Delevingne and Kate Bosworth. I have to say, Stella surprised me this year. Usually, I flat-out hate everything Stella designs and can’t help but see what a terrible designer she is. This year? While I find some of the looks uninspired, I don’t flat-out hate them. Take Reese Witherspoon in this hot pink number… while the fit is off (a Stella signature), it has the makings of a decent dress. Plus, Reese saved the look by styling it for the dress code. The only problem I have with Reese is that I honestly thought she was Elizabeth Banks. Except in this close-up photo. That’s pure Reese.
Here’s Cara Delevingne’s look. It doesn’t go with the theme at all, the pants are TERRIBLE and it looks like she’s wearing a fancy sports bra.
Kate Bosworth…the dress is okay but what is going on with her skin?! It looks like she’s having an allergic reaction to something.
Does anyone else think Stella McCartney saved the best look for herself? What does that say about her?

Reese’s dress might have been okay without the distracting darts that make it appear as though her nipples are pointing due south of the Equator.
Kate looks scary-thin in that dress.

Now Bosworth could get away with a bunch-y, heavy dress like Kartrashian’s but she always seems to wear dresses that emphasize her thinness.
Remember when she and the Viking broke up, and she got with Polish, when she wore that feathers (black and red) mini dress, with that really tight top knot, and dark makeup–and her face and shoulders were a different color??? Shades of that…she looks horrible.

@Virgilia: that one bugged the crap out of me because it was an OLD Prada. It was the Met Ball, and all she dragged out was a Prada from several years back and styled it the exact same way Sienna Miller did when she was photographed in it.
@Bridget, per Kate, that was a custom Prada for her, not an old one. And yes, it did look like Sienna Miller’s.
I also like Cara’ look… I know it’s not really theme related, but all these gowns made me want to see something different and she did it. She, and Emma Stone.

Yes, I was shocked at how unflattering Reese’s hair and makeup is. It should work in theory, but in reality it makes her look hard and harsh.

Kate Bosworth is the same colour of the dress and she is too thin. I do like Stella’s outfit I would wear that and Reese just can’t look at her for more than 2 seconds.

I love Reese’s gown. The material and color is beautiful. The hair does nothing for her features . When she was fresh-faced when younger maybe, but now it just exaggerates some of her off features, like the chin. She’s a pretty girl. Maybe it was just the photo, o r maybe you need a more classic beauty like January Jones to pull off the hair and Reese might need something softer. It could just be a bad photo angle, though. I just realized she looked pretty with her hair in the first photo. I still love the gown, though. The rest, meh.
I like Cara’s whole look, while it doesn’t go well with the theme at all, she looks cool and cute. What I find awful is Kate’s dress.. first, it looks like a cheap nightgown, second the colour wash her out, third it highlights her thinness (too much), and that flat hairstyle complete the terrible look.
I love Reese’s dress but since I find her utterly annoying lately, well, I kind of go ‘geh’ over everything about her.
Reese Witherspoon is my least favorite celebrity but even I have to admit she looks good here. Could have used a little more support up top, but otherwise it’s pretty.
