When it rains, it pours for Joe Francis. He is being chaged with another crime for acting like a slimebag with a woman.

TMZ has learned that “Girls Gone Wild” mogul Joe Francis has just been charged with one count of misdemeanor sexual battery. The charge was filed by the L.A. City Attorney.

L.A. City Attorney spokesperson Frank Mateljan tells TMZ that Francis was at a birthday party in Los Angeles this past January when he allegedly touched an 18-year-old girl on the breast, buttocks and inner thigh. The woman allegedly repeatedly asked Francis to stop.

Francis will be arraigned May 22. If convicted, he faces a maximum six months in jail and a $2,000 fine.

Francis is currently being in charged for a number of offenses ranging from tax evasion to contempt of court charges. He was also stupid enough to be caught with drugs in his cell , and even dumber for trying to bribe a prison guard for water to drink with the drugs.

What a poor excuse for a man. Being a good girl, I usually do not laugh at other people’s misery, but I actually felt a bit smug when I read he cried in court the other day. What reason does this man have to cry over anything? He was probably crying because he was sick of being someone’s prison wench, not because he felt any remorse for the horrendous acts he has committed.

I’m glad he’s getting his comeuppance. At least now he’ll know what it’s like to be taken advantage of physically.
