Ooooh!!! So excited to see Ab Fab!!!

Eddy on yoga: “Couple of weeks I’ll be bendy like Madonna, darling. Then I’ll be able to kiss my own arse from both directions.”

    • hmmm says:

Bwahahahaha!!!! You just made my day!

      Can’t wait for this!

    • delphi says:

Eddy on her ex’s new wife: “She’s so cold, I bet she has her periods in cubes.”

I can’t wait for this movie. If for no other reason to be surrounded by people who will understand my bedazzled “LaCroix, Sweetie” t-shirt.

Very sad news about Big Ang.
I really admired her honesty, her self love, and the loyal friend she seemed to be. She seemed like such an awesome mom and grandma too.
Condolences to her family and many friends.

Can’t beleive Big Ang is gone. She was just on Dr. Oz day before yesterday. She said she was now in stage 4, but still, it happened so fast.

  5. Kitten says:

I agree completely with that write-up about Scalia. Sorry not sorry.

    • JRenee says:

      ^^^^+1000!

    • Insomniac says:

As do I. And ditto on the #sorrynotsorry.

I can’t read the article on my current computer, but my thoughts are this: I am glad he is no longer able to inflict his archaic views on our justice system, but I would have preferred that he retired to accomplish this. He didn’t need to pass away to make that happen.

    • Naya says:

I havent read the article but on Scalia I defer to the maxims, “if I didnt have anything good to say about you when you were alive, I have nothing good to say about you now that your dead” and “Bye Felicia”.

    • Jwoolman says:

Well, in this case, the dead certainly spoke enough ill of the living.

    • JaneS says:

Progressives are so tolerant of anyone dissenting from their world view.

      Oh wait…

  6. AtlLady says:

Looking forward to the AbFab movie and the PeeWee movie.

When I have been away from home for a while, my cats will follow me upstairs and dash under my bed. While I am unpacking my suitcase, they will hop up on the end of the bed and sit with their backs to me at perfect attention like seeing a line of soldiers from the rear.

  7. Pri says:

Will pass on Ab Fab after the Margaret Cho yellow-face story.

  8. JRenee says:

Caitlin Jenner cosmetic line? Is there no end to all of this?

  9. Jaded says:

“Do we really want to live in a world so politically correct that no races or nationalities can be subjected to good-natured humour, and every actor has to display the same identity traits as the roles they play?”

The Telegraph’s Radhika Danghani commenting on all the Margaret Cho kerfuffle.

Are we so PC consumed that we can’t react with laughter but with a chip-on-the-shoulder response to simple satire? Especially when Patsy and Eddy are making equal fun of themselves as a couple of fatuous, trashy, vodka-swilling old white tarts?

    • Decorative Item says:

So true! The more painful and difficult and sensitive something is the more we must laugh. This is how we get through life without killing ourselves. And no, I’m not talking about cruel taunting, but good humoured comradery that actually brings people closer together. People need to not take themselves too seriously lest we will turn into a society of Kayne Wests. I detest P.C. crap.

  10. Dragonlady sakura says:

Saddened to hear about Big Ang. She was my favorite Mob Wife and just seemed like an incredible lady. Big lips, big chest and all personality. RIP Ang.

  11. The New Classic says:

So what is Ab Fab about? So many people seem obsessed with it but I’ve never seen it. I feel like I’m missing out.

    • Decorative Item says:

Its about an old hippy turned business woman and and even older socialite. They are both vapid, alcoholic, druggies who spend their time shopping and trying to be “hip”. The older socialite hates the other woman’s daughter. The daughter, Saffron, is the polar opposite and they clash all the time. Hard to explain, but well worth the time.
