In the latest round of Are They or Aren’t They?, Miley Cyrus posted the picture above to her Instagram on Sunday. It’s a cute picture of Liam Hemsworth and Dora, whom Miley helped Liam rescue last November. Liam is wearing a t-shirt from Mileyâs Happy Hippie Foundation and she captioned the pic with “So much love in one pic”. That dog is amazing and since I am a very lax pet owner, I appreciate people who allow their pets on the furniture (anything other than counters and tables.) Itâs just all very sweet, isnât it? It is also kind of a big deal in that Liam has not been featured on her Instagram since they broke up in 2013.
All signs are pointing toward Miley Cyrus and former fiancé Liam Hemsworth being back on again, especially given the sweet pic the singer posted to her Instagram on Sunday.
The photo shows the Independence Day actor chilling with his dog Dora — while proudly sporting a t-shirt with the logo of Cyrus’ LGBTQ youth nonprofit, The Happy Hippie Foundation, emblazoned upon it.
“So much love in one pic…” Cyrus captioned the snap.
It’s been a loooong time since Hemsworth has featured in person on the “Wrecking Ball” singer’s Instagram page, but nonetheless his presence has been felt. Last month Cyrus posed in a t-shirt printed with her 26-year-old beau’s name across the back.
The significance of this photo is that it supposedly tells us that these two are back together, even though we have known this for some time. Miley and Liam have not officially commented on their relationship other than to deny it. However, pictures of her engagement ring, wearing his last name on her t-shirt and getting Liam’s favorite condiment tattooed on her arm were kind of a tip off. Not to mention several dates caught on camera by the paparazzi. So I am happy for Miley that Liam is willing to acknowledge they are together enough to be photographed on her couch but that is just about all I can muster up for these two. Even with the illusory promise of a circus-themed, bouncey-house-filled wedding on the coast of Australia does not get me excited because this coy game of baiting the media has gotten old. I think she isn’t confirming anything to keep the press interested in her and I think he isn’t confirming because he’s still not sure he wants to get married. Plus they do crap like this: after dinner at Nobu last Friday, they playfully flipped off the paparazzi as they left. Oh you two – right back at ya’!

I may be in the minority but I’m rooting for them and want things to work out between them. I think they are genuinely in love. The breakup I believe was more on his part, he had been with Miley for so long and probably wanted to wander around a sea of vaginas for a while then realized that there was nothing good out there and came back. *sigh* I’m a hopeless romantic…

I’m also a romantic when it comes to these two…they were young (they still are), they needed some time apart to grow up…I still think Miley didn’t do anything wrong apart from exploring who she could be after all those limiting years associated with Disney…sometimes not the brightest but no harm done, I guess. I’m rooting for them.
I don’t think you are in the minority. I’m rooting for them, also. I can’t remember if Miley went a bit over the edge before Liam broke up with her or after he broke up with her. Either way, I think Liam is a traditional, kind of old fashioned guy and doesn’t like the edgey, stoner Miley. Her behavior, in my opinion, was embarrassing for a while. She seems happy and less thirsty when she is with him.

I am too. In my opinion the breakup was more about how she was changing so much so fast and he couldn’t handle her “new self” & not being the person she was when they met. They obviously love each other if they found their way back after all this time…I think they are very different and that will always be hard for them, but I like them. I actually really like her minus the antics and wish she’d grow up as an artist. She’s an awesome singer.
I think the break-up was due to him cheating on her with January Jones. And trying to cheat on her with Emma Watson but… fine, I’ll play it the tabloids’ way.

That’s what I think. They were too young to marry when they (first?) got engaged, and they’re still too young, and in a business that destroys people and healthy relationships. I don’t know if they’ll make it long-term, but they’ll have a better chance if they wait.

I like them together. I just hope that miley had genuinely settled down within herself and not to appease Liam. Look her wild antics weren’t my cup of tea but they seemed to have drastically stopped once she was back together with him.
Liam looks nice here but I don’t care about either of them. I clicked for the dog – and not disappointed! Adorbs! Both dogs!

Can’t wait for their small town, backyard, wedding that the paps get cut from! And Daddy Cyrus officianates . I think Liam hates the mass media attention but finally figured out its how he earns his bread and butter… (And he wanted to water a few other gardens) Miley never got off the media train. She had that sh*t figured out a long time ago and she works it to her advantage from all angles! She does some eye rolling things as well as some good. She will be alright! I am looking forward to dare I say a love album next? So many phases a young women gets to experience! Thank god it’s 2016 and not 1940. Go Miley, take your man and be wild and free.
Maybe they are together, and best wishes to them if they are, because I think they do have a strong bond.
But Miley’s hints about that fact are pure Miley-is-an-attention-addict. This is just a milder version of the same impulse that had her naked and grinding on Alan Thicke with her tongue out.
