People are always complaining about how Jennifer Aniston never really changes up her style, so these photos are evidence that… maybe she does change it up SLIGHTLY sometimes. Granted, she’s still wearing a little black dress, and her hair is down and she still loves strappy heels. But I do feel like she’s changed it up a bit. These are photos from last night’s Hollywood premiere event for the The Leftovers Season 3, the final season of the HBO show. Everyone involved with the show is ready to move on, and if you’re a fan of the show… my only hope for you is that I hope you feel satisfied with the conclusion of the series, because writer Damon Lindelof is notorious for sh-tting the bed.
Anyway, Justin Theroux is probably looking forward to the end of the series too – it’s prestige television, obviously, but I’m not sure that The Leftovers was really the career stepping-stone he thought it would be. But his wife came out to support him and all is well. Jennifer’s dress here in Brandon Maxwell and… I’ll say it, doesn’t it seem like something that Angelina Jolie would wear? It’s black leather!! Ha. No, Jolie doesn’t OWN “black leather dresses,” but I’m still a little bit surprised to see Jennifer attempting a darker look like this. Am I crazy or is Jennifer’s hair a few shades darker too? Is it just the lighting or is she less sunny-blonde? And her makeup is crazy-dark too. It almost looks like her cheeks are bruised, she’s wearing such heavy rouge.
PS… I love the pockets on this Maxwell dress.

Totally agree. Her cheeks look fuller which makes her face look supposedly “weird”, but i’m thinking it’s just the weight. She looks great.

she even has a (OMG SHOCKER!) little belly, if I’m not mistaken. like a lot of celebs, when you’re happy, and not monitoring your diet/weight for a role, you gain a little.
Yeah I just wanted to clarify that I think she looks great. Realized afterwards that pointing out that she gained a couple lbs could be seen as a criticism but those few lbs look fantastic on her.
I was going to say she looks buffer and fitter to me. I don’t see a belly, just a very fitted dress and normal curves. Whatever she’s doing, it’s working. She looks great and I can’t wait to see the new season of the show!!

I liked her in friends but not on the big screen. People are getting sick of her tabloid b.s. and her acting is mediocre IMO. as for wearing a bra, how would she wear one with this dress? yes, I know strapless exist, but this dress is “sprayed on” and any line of a bra would be VERY noticeable and look terrible. it’s also cut so low in her armpit that it would likely show there, too. I’m all for wearing support (and I have to due to size so I’d NEVER wear this) but with a dress like this, I just don’t think she can.

Good question, IMO, she’s a terrible actress but this whole Jolie-Pitt-Aniston-drama also helped her to stay in the press.
She cleverly built her career on being Brangelina’s victim. She and Cameron Diaz are probably two worst actresses in Hollywood.
She had a career way before that.
She was great in Friends, but that finished in 2004. Everything after that was forgettable and definitely didn’t warrant her A list celebrity status – that only came as a result of the clever PR regarding the whole Brangelina drama.
Diaz was great in The Counselor. Aniston just seems to. Be whiny-perky in everything she’s in.
She’s a pretty good comedy actress and she chose her roles wisely. There are mich worse actors in Hollywood.
I agree with you, daisy. she’s not the greatest actress, but she does have good comedic talents/timing, and she is good in ensemble casts. though I haven’t seen it, other folks said said her dramatic roles were done well, too.

I’m not a fan per se but I like her. She plays the PR game like all of them do but she’s pretty honest in all her interviews and judging from what people say about her, a good friend who has everyone’s back. Never thought Friends was all that but she was good in that cheating/con film with Clive Owen and apparently genuinely good in Cake. She’s in great shape and has a good, solid style she sticks to.
I think she is more of a comedic actress. Cake was horrible.
I think to some extent she is carried along on the goodwill from starring in Friends for years—many people LOVE that show and therefore will always love her

The dress is fine. The shoe is fine. Everything is just fine with her. She is not a fashion girl and never will be. We need to let it go.
Damon is fine if he has someone to wrangle in his ideas. The second season is leaps and bounds better than season one and that, for me, is because Reza Aslan came in and helped Damon focus and make sense to what Damon was trying to write in season one.
I am looking forward to most of this season. I like everyone but the white teenage daughter on the show. She is obnoxious and you can tell that no one knows what to do with her character. I think I saw that she was dressed like a grunge girl straight out of the 90s this season.
I enjoyed season 2 so much. It was one of the best seasons of a tv program I’ve seen.
Can’t wait for the final season to start. I have friends who work at HBO and have seen the first few episodes. They say season 2 energy continues and that fans should be pleased.
More importantly I have been assured we will see plenty of Kevin eyebrow and lip-wobble action…
Mia Girl, you have made my day. I agree that it was one of the best shows last year that no one watched. The Knick is on that list as well. I am really looking forward to this show coming back and the mess that is going to be Game of Thrones this summer.
But will we see more of Justin’s butt? That is the question I really need to be answered.

Jen’s hair looks much healthier. I love the color, and it looks like she put some long layers in, rather than the usual one length, angled.
