A few days ago, Page Six reported (exclusively) that Brad Pitt and Sienna Miller were apparently getting seriously flirty at the LA premiere of The Lost City of Z. Pitt produced the film and Sienna has a supporting role. While I think Sienna and Brad make sense on paper – as in, they’re both messy in relationships – I also wondered if this was more like “just put Brad with the woman he’s standing next to.” Well, Sienna ended up speaking to Page Six a few nights ago and she was asked about the flirting-rumor. She said: “I’m not going to even dignify it with a response. It’s predictable and silly.” That’s not a denial, drama queen. But of course she knows that. Which is why Page Six did a follow-up on the state of Brad’s love life these days:
Brad Pitt — the biggest catch in Hollywood these days — is fending off advances from multiple wannabe replacements for Angelina Jolie, sources say. Pitt was reported by Page Six to be flirting with Sienna Miller at a recent dinner for “The Lost City of Z,” which he executive produced and she stars in. But sources say Pitt is enjoying his unattached status and has no intention of getting tied down in a committed relationship.
“Brad has been dating a bit, but he is extremely careful to keep it secret,” one insider told me. “He’s focused on his kids, and he’s happy — now that he has settled his divorce from Angelina — to be out of the public eye.”
Pitt has been hit on by some women, stalked by others, and he has suddenly been contacted by exes, the list of which is said to include Kate Hudson, Juliette Lewis, Christina Applegate, Thandie Newton and Gwyneth Paltrow.
“Brad isn’t interested [in rekindling with any exes]. No partying, no fun. Just work and parenting,” an insider said. A spokesman for the star wouldn’t confirm that Pitt had increased security and changed his phone numbers, and simply said, “No comment.”
Well, we already knew that Page Six was one of Team Pitt’s go-to media outlets to leak some of the less People-friendly information. The message here is “Brad Pitt is such a stud” and “Brad Pitt’s still got it, ladies.” I’m shocked that Johnny Depp hasn’t tried something similar! As for all of Brad’s ex-girlfriends suddenly contacting him… I think it’s gross. I also think some of them might have contacted him just to touch base as opposed to “so do you want to come over and have a drink?” And I do wonder who he has been Secret-Dating.

Heck, even Kaiser is shading her here – which I think is unfair, given that it’s blindingly obvious Pitt’s side is leaking all these stories about how younger blonde women (Hudson, Miller) are into him and supposedly all his exes are banging down the door to ‘reconnect’. Let’s say the sensational info is greatly exaggerated, he is still a 53 year old, father of six, twice divorced man with some very young children and he is in a complicated relationship with their mother. Granted he is still good looking, but not like he used to be, and not sure that would be enough, cause even with the best rose colored glasses on him a relationship with him would be complicated.
Everyone is right, a woman would never get this message. I mean I think people are still dishing on Angelina, and seriously she is Angelina Jolie. Why isn’t she the catch too. Not her biggest fan but this double standard is crazy.

I think it’s because she’s not “giving” them anything. we’ve only seen her a handful of times and the most recent was her humanitarian trip and movie premiere. there were no “handsome co-stars” standing next to her for them to make sh*t up about.
whereas Pitt has been a little bit more visible lately, and I think that’s part of it. this is not to say that his PR isn’t throwing stuff out there, but I think the visibility has a lot to do with it. though, I fully expect the tabs to start a “Jolie has a secret lover” crap since, in the past, she had spoken of that scenario.

She said he would always be part of her family and that they would come out of this stronger family. Not caring about him is inconsistent with that. Won’t make her family stronger. Won’t make her kids happier. Won’t make a better, stronger family life. She cares or she lies.

Caring about her family and making sure everyone is in a good place including Brad is one thing. Clearly what she meant in her interview.
It isn’t the same as caring about who he’s trying to sleep with. At this point she cares more about what type of father he is and not what type of husband/significant other.

At first we were besieged by the Sad Brad narrative — Pitt misses his kids and doesn’t get to see them; Pitt is heartbroken because Jolie is horrible; Pitt is spending long hours working on his art and listening to depressing music as he grows gaunt. But Page Six was determined to break the mold this week.
So to summarize, Pitt is now the most eligible bachelor in Hollywood and is setting panties aflame all across the land, but he’s just a humble guy who doesn’t want anything to do with all of that. Meanwhile, Jolie is busy being a mom, busy being a humanitarian, busy buying a “Pitt-split” mansion, and much too busy to have any kind of a love life to speak of.
Why are sources connected to Pitt so desperate to let us all know how desirable he is?
This sounds like fanfic from like the 90s when he was the hottest guy in Hollywood. “Brad is not interested in getting back with his exes”.. well since most of them are married i kinda doubt they are interested in getting back with him either..
Dude is probably toking all day and all night long and working on self discovery….His exes could care less at this point.
This entire article screams PR for Pitt. They want to make it seem like panties are dropping for him. Yeah, the Pitt hysteria hasn’t been strong since the 90’s. He’s still handsome but this article is trying way too hard to make it seem like all his exes want him. Most are married and don’t care. Page Six is really losing any credibility they had years ago. Now, they just write sad PR pieces or hit pieces for the celebrities they don’t like. They are also the ones that wrote that ridiculous story about Angelina winning the kids, but Pitt winning Hollywood. Are these articles suppose to make him look good? Far from it!
Yeah, it’s corny. If your name isn’t Paul Newman, the craze around your hotness is going to lessen by the time you’re in your 50s. Doesn’t mean you can’t play a romantic lead or date a young woman, but the slavering fan reactions will probably be going to younger actors. It’s much more dignified just to deal with it, not try to portray a bunch of women who moved on decades ago as chasing you. I’d be much more impressed by stories about his kids or charitable work.
Side note: I love the fact you mentioned Paul Newman. Oh…Paul Newman was beautiful. Jaw droppingly gorgeous. Those eyes! From the moment he stepped on screen as a young man to the moment he retired, he was something else. Brad is super attractive sure but he isn’t even in the same stratosphere as Paul Newman was looks wise if you compare their heydays.
@Lunchcoma Very true about Mr. Newman. On another note He was never into the Hollywood scene and never cared about the style of his hair or looks. Perhaps he did not need to worry about looks or hair because he was truly a Great Actor.
Message to Pitt your team is making you look thirsty out here cut it out. A better PR move would be more stories about him getting himself together being a devoted father.
His team is hyping his desirability to get people to see his movies. He has a new movie coming out.
I have always had such an irrational dislike of Brad Pitt. The idea that his ex’s are all standing in a line waiting for Mr Missing Sensitivity Chip to cast a favorable eye on them… vomit.
At first I was totally in for Angie, but over the years Brad grew on me and I thought he was a good partner for Angelina and a good dad to the kids. The divorce and throwing Brad under the bus has been an eyeopener for me. And the sole custody looked like a set up. I am waiting for everything to sort itself out, but I’m not feeling the health of the family divorce that blindsided. Too much unnecessary hard hitting, gut wrenching. It just doesn’t add up. Doesn’t feel good for a super loving humanitarian. Something is wrong there. It will sort itself out.
I come from it totally the other way. Always been a brad fan from way back when but I have come round to Angie more since the divorce. Something is really off with brad since the split and it seems to be getting worse.
The next woman he chooses must have the capacity to smoke weed, non-stop, 24-7, just like him.
