Over the weekend, LeAnn Rimes, Eddie Cibrian and Brandi Glanville were all together for Jake Cibrian’s birthday (Jake is Eddie and Brandi’s son). At the birthday party, Brandi and LeAnn posed for a selfie, and everything seemed relatively cool between them. It was just last year that Brandi and LeAnn reignited their feud (which had been on a low simmer for the previous year) when LeAnn stalked Brandi and her boyfriend to a restaurant in Malibu. That’s just some context for the people who are like “wasn’t this feud over seven years ago?” No. It wasn’t over seven years ago. LeAnn and Brandi were at each other’s throats not even one year ago. But apparently, everything is fine now, at least according to Brandi:

I mean… is it selfish of me to sigh and wish that they were still at war? I enjoyed their years-long feud. It amused me and people were obsessed with it. I also think that… this won’t last. I think the fragile peace will hold for a few months, and by the fall, LeAnn and Brandi will be at each other’s throats yet again. Or maybe that’s just wishful thinking on my part. Maybe the new trend isn’t in girlfights and feuds. Maybe the new trend is “longtime enemies coming together to profit in other ways.”

Still wondering when Eddie is going to get caught cheating on LeAnn. Then Brandi publicly supports her through it (or pretends too) And then both appear on a new reality show.
How has that not already happened? Does he have a Leann-approved list of women he’s allowed to discretely mess around with to keep him happy and maintain her facade of a fabulous marriage? If so, I suspect he won’t breach that contract until the 10 year point is reached.
I buy none of this. If genuine I’d think it wouldn’t be so… announced. It reads like a bipolar high. Meaning sudden and extreme.

It’s almost like the two women are in their own “marriage” of wrangling over a useless, dumb, cheating guy. I like Brandi a lot. If she wants to drag this sh-t out, so what? How can that really hurt any of us compared to what Trump is doing to our democracy? I’d rather watch these two embraced in a celebrity death match (or a love fest) than direct my attention to the orange elephant in the room. I’ll be super-diligent to vote in every election, but I just have to stop reading the news just now.
It is possible that the kids are old enough now that they have appealed to them all to get along and somewhat shamed them into it.
I’ve wondered if the kids getting older somehow plays into this. The youngest is growing out of the smiling photo opps, perhaps?
