Referring to the “No White Foods Diet” Aniston is on–this is not new. Our family doctor advocated it in the mid-1960s. There are at least four exceptions: yogurt, nonfat milk, cottage cheese and cauliflower. IT WORKS but stick to it, faithfully. When I was 16 and went to Israel for the summer, I followed it to the T, and lost 20 pounds, yep, went from 140 to 120. BEST. DIET. ADVICE. EVER!

I’m sure Britney was not in her right mind when she married Kevin. It’s too bad that she wasn’t treated sooner and she could have avoided this leech. On the bright side she did get two beautiful children out of it, but she seems overwhelmed still to this day. She may not be acting out in public anymore, but she doesn’t appear to be the old Britney full of life. She used to dress beautifully even when she wasn’t on stage, I haven’t seen her look like that again since the incident.

@ diva : Men like Kevin have a way of destroying the inner parts of a woman. He took her kids away from her and probably manipulated her into doing what he wanted her to do – to see her boys.
