Here are some photos of Prince William and Kate, aka the Duke and Duchess of Rothesay, in Mull and Iona today. This is the second day in the Scottish Isles, their little anniversary trip to look at sheep and wander around various scenic isles. I have to admit that these photos are doing a good job in getting people interested in the beauty of Mull and Iona. The landscapes are gorgeous and the little towns on the islands seem charming. For some of today’s activities, Will and Kate joined a troop of Ardura Acorns, “an outdoor learning group on the island that champions 0 to 5-year-olds and their caretakers through activities like walking nature trails, den building, animal tracking and storytelling.” Kate managed to avoid groping William in front of the children.
For today’s events, Kate once again went with skinny jeans, perhaps even the same pair as yesterday. Interestingly, she chose a Ralph Lauren jacket today. I told you that Kate found inspo in Meghan’s Ralph Lauren pantsuit – Kate’s jacket and chambray shirt yesterday were very Meghan-coded, and now she’s wearing Ralph Lauren too? It’s clear that she fastidiously updates her Meghan mood-board, but I kind of wish she would actually just copy Meghan’s outfits completely rather than put her own keen spin on them.
I’ll pay one compliment to both Will and Kate – I’m in awe of the state of their knees. I would not be able to crouch down like that for any length of time and I’m only a few years older than them. They both seem to have good joint health.

The outfits look about the same as yesterday, the tight jeans she wears but the jacket now has pockets. William looks scruffy and sullen.

Nice anniversary wiglet
Yeah, everyone all excited that she “put blonde highlights” in her hair but this is the most obvious wiglet I’ve seen on her in awhile. Zero blending and you can absolutely see exactly where it’s plopped on top of her head in every photo from yesterday and today. Her real hair is still darker brown so it’s even more obvious.
It’s so awful and dated. She desperately needs to cut her hair and modernize her look. The wiglet and skinny jeans combo is depressing. Would be nice to see her lighten up, embrace a look of her own, and take on a more sophisticated style. She always dresses way too young or way too old.
Agree completely! She refuses though because Meghan will keep her long hair. And if Kate does update her look, the rota rats will of course say that Meghan is jealous. Count on it.

I’m not anti-skinny jeans. But even I feel these are a very painted-on suction cup choice. Not all skinny jeans are equal. Some are cute and work. These…are a choice.

Listen, it’s possible that Kate is threatened by Meghan’s post-baby body and long legs and wants to make sure we know she’s really really thin too. As if it were ever in question. Idk. I’d like to think these pants are just v comfortable and somehow comforting to her. There is clearly something she loves about about these skin-tight jeans. But at this point, I’m kind of like why not just do yoga pants? And I don’t mean that shady. Yoga athletic pants can be made to look cute too. I don’t care about royal protocols. It’s more just that it seems like it would be a more comfortable way to wear form-fitting pants. But maybe that’s just me concern trolling. So whatever, carry on.

Minus the blazer I think this is pretty typical for Kate – its her “upscale country” look that she wears for various farm trips and the like. Usually she would wear a field jacket or a plaid blazer though but this is pretty standard kate, right down to the uncomfortable looking jeggings. I do think its weird though that she is either wearing the same jeans as yesterday or jeans that are so similar they might as well be yesterday’s.

Yes exactly! So many Scottish (British/Welsh/NIrish, where applicable) brands and manufacturing to support but she does nothing! It’s mind-boggling. It’s shopping; you’d think she’d enjoy it. If she’s going to copy Meghan, at least also copy the picking local. It’s so frustrating; but, like always, a huge platform to help and she doesn’t do it.

That’s a good point. Back in the day they would do multiple outfit changes so it looked like they were far busier than they actually were when people looked at the archives. Now it’s bare minimum all the way.

A two day trip with one pair of ugly skintight spandex jeans.. the landscape would be even more beautiful if these two were not in the photos.. this is so dull I’m sure the kids will be dragged out soon once again.

I think this is Kate’s “style” whether or not it’s cosplay of Meghan or Jecca. I agree that the colours are fall colours and a “spring ” colour somewhere would have been nice. The picture of the backs of the pair with their arms around each other is not romantic at all, but they do look like a couple of friends.
Their joints have to be healthy given how lazy they are.

M’s Ralph Lauren outfit was stylish and looked comfortable at the same time. The colors were uplifting and fresh. And sold out. But not just that she gave an inspirational interview. Complete package.
