There are all sorts of stories about Jesse James and his epic lying and cheating in the tabloids this week. Kaiser and I were debating whether we should give the douche any more attention after some of the ridiculous and transparent things he’s said while promoting his ego fest of a memoir. I think it’s still worthwhile to point and laugh, but if you disagree just let me know.

First off is this story about Kat Von D, Jesse’s fiance who he claims understands him so much better than Sandy ever did despite the fact that she was married to him for five years and cared for the children he had from two other women. Star got some very catty and funny quotes from Kat’s former office manager, who says that Jesse and Kat split up this fall for a few months as has been rumored, and that they canceled a wedding date they’d scheduled a while back. This is consistent with a report drom Radar this February that Kat and Jesse were going to get married within a month.

Liz Friedman, a former shop manager on Kat’s TLC show, told Star that the two canceled a secret wedding date. “They were supposed to be married months ago,” Liz dished. And she believes Jess is not the right man for Kat. “If I had to bet, there’s no longevity there,” she told Star. She also revealed that Jesse and Kat quietly parted ways in the fall and remained apart for a few months. “[Mutual friends] told me that she was fed up and done with him but then they got back together,” Liz continued… So what keeps them together? Liz offers a brutally candid assessment. “I think she’s very lonely and doesn’t have a lot of friends. And I think with Jesse he’s kind of rebounding from Sandra.”

This one will implode and Jesse will look like an idiot, after which he’ll go to any outlet that will talk to him and will trash Kat. It’s predictable and will probably happen before the year is out.

Meanwhile both Radar and The Enquirer have quotes from Jesse’s porn star ex, Janine Lindemulder, who is writing a tell all about her time with him. She’s a shady character and has spent time for tax evasion in federal prison, during which Jesse took the opportunity to take custody of their young daughter. He’s been working to keep Janine away from her daughter ever since, although it’s hard to tell if she’s the wronged party as there is evidence that she has a drug problem.

The Enquirer has Janine saying that Jesse cheated on her while she was pregnant no less, with Sandra. His side of the story is that they were separated, and that’s probably the line he fed Sandra too. A “source” claims that Janine and Jesse were having problems but that they were still married, together and trying to work it out. The article claims that Jesse and Sandra were dating for at least a month before Jesse split up with Janine.

To Radar, Janine said that Jesse called her up in a panic about two weeks after he married Sandra claiming he’d made a mistake. She also alleged that he tried to send her sexy text messages, as was his M.O. She’s said similar things in the past about how James kept hitting on her after he was married to Sandra, so I don’t doubt her. We’ve seen what a scumbug he is, it’s just a shame that it took so long for Sandra to find out about it.

There’s finally something (allegedly) negative coming to light about Sandra Bullock that doesn’t involve her terrible taste in men. It’s so mild that it manages to make her look even better in my eyes. The fact that we’re not hearing about it until now, and that such a tame incident was brought up, kind of shows how little dirt there is on her.

So we’ve heard that Sandra’s ex husband, Jesse James, is planning a move to Austin, Texas to be closer to Sandra despite the fact that their divorce is already final. (TMZ has photos of the mansion he’s buying and I’m jealous.) James’ first ex wife and the mother of his two oldest children is also reportedly moving to Austin to be closer to her kids. James’ second ex wife, porn star and convicted tax evader Janine Lindemulder, opposes the move as it means that she’ll be farther from her six year old daughter with James, Sunny. Lindemulder has finally earned unsupervised visits with Sunny after a contentious custody battle that saw her lose full custody to James.

According to TMZ, Lindemulder’s lawyer presented evidence in her custody bid that includes a supposed argument she had with Sandra over the phone. Sandra also allegedly criticized Lindemulder to Sunny’s teacher right in front of Sunny. The thing Sandra supposedly said sounds tame, especially considering what we’ve heard about Lindemulder’s terrible parenting. Here’s TMZ’s report:

Sandra Bullock went off on Jesse James’ ex-wife during a heated phone conversation a few months ago … so says Janine Lindemulder’s attorney.

Attorney Richard Masson tells TMZ …. the blowup occurred while Jesse was in rehab earlier this year. Janine called her daughter’s cell, and Sandra answered.

Masson would not reveal what Sandra said to his client, but he claims it wasn’t the first time Sandy expressed harsh feelings toward Janine.

During today’s custody hearing, a teacher from Sunny’s school testified that Sandra made derogatory comments about Janine in front of Sunny. According to Masson, Sandra told the teacher, “Quite frankly, I’m glad Janine is in jail. She can go ruin someone else’s life.”

Janine is trying to stop Jesse from taking Sunny to Texas. As we first reported, Jesse wants the kids to continue a relationship with Sandra.

Radar Online has some more details on this, and they claim that Janine testified in court that she had an “emotional and belittling conversation” with Sandra.

So Sandra told Sunny’s teacher that she was glad her mom was in jail? She shouldn’t have said it when Sunny could hear, but I don’t see the big deal. From most accounts Janine was a terrible absentee mother who neglected Sunny when she had her and couldn’t even make scheduled visitation. The most damning piece of evidence that Jesse James presented against Janine was a series of e-mails she sent his sister begging for Ambien and Vicodin and admitting that Sunny was suffering while she slept all day and ignored her. Janine even told James’ sister that she was considering prostituting herself, and she’s since gone back to work in porn. She also was married to, and has since split up with, an ex con convicted of multiple drug felonies.

So if Sandra told her off over the phone and told a teacher that she was glad Janine was in jail it’s pretty understandable. Janine is grasping at straws to keep her daughter in California, but I guess I don’t blame her. She claims to be sober now and ready to be a participating parent. It’s going to take more than trying to smear Sandra in order to make her case.

There’s not a lot of new information in the People cover story this week on Jesse James and Sandra Bullock’s relatively sudden divorce. The piece is your typical People celebrity-friendly story and seems to be holding open the door for a possible reunion, as Kaiser reported when we covered the first excerpt. It includes insider quotes like “[Sandra] believes in a world where couples are together,” and “She loves the idea of raising children together, as a family.” They portray Jesse as a decent guy and a loving father who messed up, and the source claims “Jesse is definitely not giving up hopes to get back with Sandra – and he will do anything he can to get her back.” We’ll see if it works out for him. Given the way People is making this whole mess sound, I wouldn’t be surprised if Sandra is quietly giving him another chance. At least she made the split legal though.

One new detail in the People story is the fact that Jesse James’ first wife, Karla, 50, is also moving to Austin with Jesse. She’s the mother of his two older kids and it makes sense that they would make arrangements for her to live nearby. They write “the two are so close, in fact, that Karla, who lived just a few blocks from James in the L.A. area, has now put her place on the market so she too can relocate to Austin.” It makes you wonder if something is going on there, though. I’ve seen paparazzi photos of Karla and she’s very pretty. Jesse’s other ex wife, Janine Lindemulder, claims that he tried to hook up with her after he was with Sandra. You just know that dog will get some wherever he can.

Meanwhile James’ second ex wife, Janine Lindemulder, is claiming that James is using dirty tricks to try and sabotage her custody case. The two have been fighting for custody of their six year-old daughter, Sunny, and Lindemulder has only recently been granted visitation. Lindemulder told Radar Online that she believes that James is secretly using friends to try and put drugs in her food and drinks in order to ensure that she fails a drug test. Maybe Lindemulder is telling tall tales to cover her drugged-out ass, or maybe James really would stoop that low. I wouldn’t put anything past him, but that story stinks of ass-covering.

James did coerce Lindemulder’s ex husband into giving false information against her to the court. He also just presented the court with a bunch of very damning e-mails that Lindemulder sent his sister in 2008 and 2009. Those are apparently legitimate and make her look more irresponsible than ever. She goes into detail about not being able to care for Sunny and just wanting to get her hands on some painkillers. She writes on February 24, 2009: “I am hybernating in this house and sunny is suffering. I have all the curtains closed and I feel like someone is watching me all the time! all I want to do is keep numbing myself from facing going to jail… I am so depressed, sun is suffering, I can’t even find the energy to play with her. it’s 930 and I don’t even know what she ate today. can mark [your husband] get vicodin? i ran out from the ones my neighbor gave me. can one of you come out to calif.? I miss you”

In other e-mails she asks for help figuring out how to beat a drug test. She also discusses whether she should sleep with a guy for $25,000 and writes about taking illegal Ambien and Lunesta from Mexico – in the middle of the afternoon. It’s possible Lindemulder may have cleaned up her act since, but these e-mails make it seem like she is incapable of caring for the girl and needs to at least have court supervision during visits.

In case you needed any more evidence that Jesse James was a conniving lying cheater, the more recent ex husband of his ex wife, Janine Lindemulder, spoke out to Radar Online to reveal that James persuaded him to write a false letter to the court in their ongoing custody case. Lindemulder and James have been fighting over custody of their seven year-old daughter, Sunny, who up until recently was cared for by James’ movie star wife, Sandra Bullock. James has had full legal and physical custody of Sunny since Lindemulder was jailed early last year for tax evasion. Now Lindemulder is fighting for visitation rights, which were recently revoked after James accused her of being a drug addict who missed scheduled visits. This latest news makes it clear that he’s fighting dirty, with Lindemulder’s ex revealing that he was convinced by James to make false accusations against her. Luckily his tactics were unsuccessful. The judge saw through the negative e-mail when Lindemulder produced a follow-up e-mail from her ex revealing that he’d lied.

Janine Lindemulder’s estranged husband Jeremy Aikman has told RadarOnline.com that the former porn star is ‘a good mom’ and that Jesse James persuaded him to pen his ‘poisoned letter’ to the court.

Lindemulder and James – who are battling over custody of their seven-year-old daughter Sunny – fought in Orange County Family Court on Friday about the letter which was submitted by James who claimed it showed she was an unfit mom.

After Lindemulder recently broke-up with Aikman he telephoned Sandra Bullock’s ex-husband to talk about her parenting skills.

Aikman told RadarOnline.com: “I wished that I had never made that call but Jesse persuaded me to write the letter after he told me stories about when he was with Janine.

“I had a lot of crazy feelings of pain after we split-up and I put my energy into those and sided with him which was a mistake.

“Janine is a good mom to Sunny and she is clean of drugs just now – I want to make that clear.

“I was frustrated with the situation and made a mistake which I wish I could take back now.

“I think that Janine understands why I did what I did and it looks like it did not count with the courts.

“What I said in the letter was not true and I regret it now.”

Among the false allegations were that Janine was hooked on prescription drugs and had even run her truck into a house once because she was so high.

Commissioner Schulte threw out James attempt to block Sunny’s visits with her mom after she presented an e-mail that he subsequently wrote to Janine which said that he “acted very immature and told Jesse James things about you that were not true.”

A source close Lindemulder told RadarOnline.com: “It was very hurtful for Janine because the reason she split-up with Jeremy was because she put her relationship with Sunny first.

“Jesse tried to take advantage of the situation but it back-fired on him because the Commissioner ruled in Janine’s favor.”

Maybe now the court will side in Lindemulder’s favor and let her have access to her daughter again. She’s trying to gain 50/50 custody and has said that the negative press coverage has hurt her feelings.

Meanwhile James’ lawyer has confirmed that his client is moving to Austin, Texas to be closer to his estranged wife, Sandra Bullock. He also made it sound like a reunion between James and Bullock was definitely possible. “He wants [Sandra] to have a relationship with Sunny, and they are trying to work things out.” The lawyer’s statement is consistent with a story in The National Enquirer that claimed that Sandra has put the divorce on hold and is open to reconciliation. She better watch out for that “backup mistress” that James’ ex Janine said he has in Austin. No wonder Jesse is going after Janine with a vengeance – she has the guts to publicly call him on his bullsh*t.

Jesse James and his porn star ex, Janine Lindemulder, have reached a custody agreement where Lindemulder will be allowed two supervised visits with her daughter Sunny, 6, with presumably more to come. Sunny has been under James’ custody since Lindemulder was jailed for tax evasion early last year. Lindemulder was denied all visitation starting in February after James claimed in court that her parenting was “erratic” and that she missed scheduled visits.

Sunny was most recently cared for by James’ estranged wife, Sandra Bullock, and things have got to be confusing for the little girl with all the changes in her life. James’ mom and his other ex, the mother of his two older children, have been caring for the girl after Sandra moved out with her adopted infant son. Now Sunny will get a chance to spend time with her biological mom again, as James has agreed to allow visitation. Additional arrangements will be made at a future hearing, and it’s worth noting that James’ lawyers called an “emergency” hearing yesterday to arrange for visits for Lindemulder. More on that in a moment:

Jesse James has agreed to let his ex-wife Janine Lindemulder have a supervised visit with their daughter Sunny, RadarOnline.com can exclusively report.

The deal was struck Thursday in an Orange County, CA court where Jesse’s attorneys met with former porn star Janine and her legal team. Jesse was in a Los Angeles courtroom at the same time, on an unrelated civil lawsuit.

“I am so pleased I will get to see my daughter,” Lindemulder tells RadarOnline.com exclusively.

The visit will take place Friday, June 11. [Editor's note: TMZ reports she will also get to see Sunny on Sunday]

All parties will be back in court on June 15 to discuss how visitation will be handled going forward.

Last Friday, Lindemulder petitioned the court for visitations with her daughter but was rebuffed pending a future hearing. Jesse later decided it was in everybody’s best interests to work something out, a source tells RadarOnline.com, and his legal team requested Thursday’s emergency hearing.

So James initially tried to block visitation last week, then this “emergency” hearing just happened to be scheduled right after Lindemulder granted an interview to In Touch about the women James is keeping on the side while he’s trying to weasel his way back into Bullock’s good graces. It’s not the first time she’s talked to the tabloids, either. I would bet that Lindemulder has a lot more dirt on him and that he’s making this visitation agreement happen so that she’ll keep her mouth shut.

Lindemulder talked to TMZ outside the hearing (James was not there as he had to be at another court for an unrelated civil matter) and she seemed pleased as punch that she’ll get to see Sunny. She also talked about how people and the press have judged her based on superficial details about her life, and how that’s hurt her. (You can watch the video on TMZ here.) She said “I know I’m going to have my daughter in my life. I know it will at least be 50/50 [custody]. I know the person I am on the inside.

“It’s easy to pick me apart when you don’t know me and… read it on paper ‘porn star,’ ‘tattoos,’ ‘had a run in with drugs.’ Ok, then you’ve got me all figured out, but that’s not the case. That’s not the person I am. At least not now.”

“A lot of this stuff has hurt, but it’s also helped me grow… I know how to weed through the B.S. and I have a better sense of myself and what I need to give Jesse and Sandra as a co-parent and how we’re going to protect Sunny all together.”

I have to say that she sounds together and that it seems like a good thing she’s going to see her daughter again. It’s hard to tell though, and she is married to a convicted felon and has a history of drug abuse. She was also in federal prison. It’s not like people are judging her just for being a porn star and having tattoos. Maybe she’s changed, though.

Janine’s accusations against Jesse are rather hardcore, but remember, they are in a bitter custody dispute, and there doesn’t seem to be any love lost between them. I think she would say anything to get back at him, but I also think she probably knows him, knows what he’s like, knows what kind of man he is. Anyway, Janine basically says that yes, Jesse is planning to move to Austin to be closer to Sandra and work on their relationship, but if things fall through with Sandra, Jesse has a “backup plan” involving another girl/mistress. Ugh.

After making her first two public appearances since the infamous cheating scandal that destroyed her marriage, Sandra Bullock looked so radiant and happy that many believed she had finally put her estranged husband, Jesse James behind her, although some insiders still believe there may be another bomb lurking, ready to detonate.

In an exclusive interview with In Touch, Jesse’s ex-wife Janine Lindemulder reveals that even though he’s supposedly moved to Sandra’s town of Austin, Texas, in the hopes of reconciling with Sandra, Jesse hasn’t changed his stripes at all.

“He told me that if he doesn’t get back together with Sandra, he’s got a ‘backup plan’ with another girl in Austin,” Janine claims to In Touch. While a friend of Jesse’s insists that he does want to reconcile with Sandra — and is seeing no other women as a result — Janine says that having a secret lover in Austin would be right in character for the serial cheater.

“Every city he goes to — even if he didn’t have a girl that lived there, I believe he would fly a girl in,” claims Janine. “I think Jesse gets off on that, the thrill of doing it right under her nose.”

As reckless as it seems, this behavior is all too familiar for Jesse, 41, whose multiple extramarital relationships came to light in March after tattoo model Michelle “Bombshell” McGee revealed to In Touch their secret 11-month affair. But still, Janine is shocked.

“Imagine it,” she marvels, considering the fact that Sandra has been raising their adopted son, Louis, in Austin. “Imagine him saying he is moving to Austin to be a dad to 5-month-old Louis and to be there for Sandra, uprooting Sunny — and it’s because he might be pursuing mistresses. He could be off his rocker.”

I really don’t doubt that Jesse has other girls in other cities, or that he’s “dating” other women while he attempts to reconcile with Sandra. I don’t think he knows what he wants, or maybe he just wants what he used to have – a wife, a veil of respectability, and lots of skanky pieces on the side. Some men like that – they don’t want to admit that women like Bombshell McGee turn them on, because they want to feign the image of relative wholesomeness, so they get married to a nice girl, and then they cheat on that nice girl with whatever forehead-tattooed neo-Nazi comes around. Eh. I hope Sandra’s not falling for his sh-t, I really do.

Amid the tabloids’ coverage of Sandra Bullock’s adoption of Louis, there was some news about how Jesse James’ children are faring now since their stepmom moved out of the house. While earlier reports had Sandra caring for James’ three children: his six year-old daughter, Sunny, of whom he has custody, and his two older children Jesse Jr., 12, and Chandler, 15, follow-ups stated that Sandra has probably not seen them since the split other than through Skype. US Weekly had an inset in their cover story this week stating that Sunny is being cared for by her grandmother, James’ mom, and his first wife, Karla James, with whom he has the older two children.

Now Sunny’s mom, James’ ex Janine Lindemulder, is fighting for custody after having lost an earlier custody bid in December, and being denied visitation rights beginning in February. Janine is a porn star and is married to a convicted felon who has spent time in jail for “narcotics manufacturing,” probably meth. She spent six months in federal last year for tax evasion, and was later sent to a halfway house for another six months. Now she’s out of federal custody and is trying to seize the opportunity to gain back partial custody of Sunny. With Sandra out of the picture, and Jesse exposed as a serial cheater, it just got a whole lot more promising for her. Only Janine is broke and wants Jesse to pay her legal bills. She told Life & Style late last year that she was back to working in the porn industry because “I like my job. I’m good at it. I’ve been a porn star for 23 years.” So either porn isn’t paying, she’s still working off that debt to uncle Sam, and/or she just thinks James should pay for her lawyer:

The woman making the claim is Janine Lindemulder — who lost custody of her daughter Sunny James to Jesse while she was serving a 6-month prison stint in 2009 for tax evasion.

Lindemulder is now a free woman and claims she’s ready to get 50-50 custody back — but she’s too broke to pay a lawyer to handle the case. So, she’s filed documents in Orange County, CA asking a judge to make Jesse spot her a cool $5,000 for legal fees.

But according to the docs, Janine doesn’t think Jesse’s gonna play ball — and expects him to fight her request for 50-50 custody.

I get why Janine is fighting for custody of her little girl, but I doubt she’s a fit mother. In court papers filed before Lindemulder went to prison, James claimed that she was sometimes so high on drugs that she would leave little Sunny alone while she slept during the day. Maybe she should aim a little lower and try for supervised visitation.

Meanwhile James is on his lame ass mea culpa tour, and we may have an explanation for why he’s publicly expressing his regret at betraying his movie star wife. Some of us are wondering if there could be a reunion for James and Bullock in the future. E! News reports that Sandra is about to make her return to the red carpet, with her first event appearance post scandal expected at the MTV Movie Awards on June 6th. It benefits Sandra’s image if her ex doesn’t seem like the cheating racist creep he’s been portrayed as in the media. Now that she’s resuming her career and putting herself out there, her people might be trying to address our questions about why she married James. Not that James’ pitiful interviews are going to put that issue to rest at all.

The story of Jesse James’ infidelity just gets worse with each passing day. As more women come forward, people are wondering what betrayed spouse Sandra Bullock is going to do next – and how much she knew about her husband’s activities. Many insiders who know the couple say that Sandra had no idea what James was up to. In fact, just days before the first story broke, Sandra and Jesse made a joint appearance at the Walmart corporate headquarters in Arkansas, and spectators say the couple was cracking jokes and behaving very lovingly with each other.

Meanwhile People claims that Sandra has been hiding out in Texas with her family since the scandal broke, and is completely devastated.

Stunned by revelations that her husband Jesse James cheated with tattoo model Michelle McGee, Bullock “needs time to grieve and process what has happened,” a close friend tells PEOPLE in its new cover story, on newsstands Friday.

The friend says Bullock, 45, learned of her husband’s betrayal just eight days after her triumphant March 7 Oscar win.

“Her family was everything to her,” adds the friend.

New reports say that Sandra has returned to Los Angeles, most likely to fulfill work obligations and possibly to check in on James’ children. James’ ex-wife, Janine Lindemulder, spoke to TMZ and said that she hopes her daughter, Sunny, can continue to have a relationship with Sandra, regardless of whether she stays married to James. I should also point out that in all the recent interview Lindemulder has given, never once does she say that she was still with Jesse James when Sandra and Jesse started dating, as many people have been claiming. In fact, Lindemulder said in her In Touch interview that not only were she and James separated when he met Bullock, but that he was sniffing around hoping for sex with Lindemulder after a few weeks of dating Bullock.

Janine James — the mother of Jesse’s daughter, Sunny — tells TMZ, “If Sandra decides to keep a relationship going with our daughter Sunny, I would in no way stop that.”

She added, “Sunny loves Sandy and vice versa. She’s welcome to be a part of every aspect of Sunny’s life.”

Despite the fact that Sandra ripped Janine in a legal move to obtain custody of Sunny last year, Janine seems to be grateful for everything Bullock did saying, “She has taken care of our daughter as if she was her own … she sacrificed much … and I will forever be indebted to her for that.”

While Radar is saying that Sandra is back in L.A., it’s not clear if she has returned to the home she shared with James and his children in Huntington Beach. By the way, here’s an interesting factoid about Huntington Beach: I lived there in the early 90s, and it was quite a hotbed for white supremacy organizations, especially “skinheads.” Given that James’ mistress Michelle “Bombshell” McGee is a known white supremist, this seems like an interesting coincidence, doesn’t it?

As Sandra Bullock makes the awards show rounds there’s still some minor drama brewing for her at home. There’s a custody battle going on between Sandra’s husband, Jesse James, and his porn star ex, Janine Lindemulder, who served six months for tax evasion last year. Lindemulder and James have a five year old daughter, Sunny, who has been staying with Bullock and James since her mother served time starting in January. We’ve heard from Lindemulder at least twice, on Good Morning America and in Life & Style, in public bids to earn more custody time with her daughter. In response, James’ lawyer issued a terse statement telling Lindemulder not to drag Sandra Bullock into the custody battle with his client. Meanwhile Lindemulder is back to “acting” in adult films and is now married to an ex con with a long rap sheet including federal drug convictions.

Anyway Lindemulder has had all visitation rights with Sunny revoked following a hearing in which her parenting was characterized as erratic. She’s missed scheduled visitation time and scheduled calls with Sunny according to what James told the court:

At a hearing today in the contentious custody battle between Sandra Bullock’s current hubby and his former missus, a judge ordered that Lindemulder be allowed to make daily phone calls to her 6-year-old daughter, Sunny, who currently resides full-time with the famous couple.

“No visitation rights were granted at this point,” Orange County Superior Court spokeswoman Carol Levitzky told E! News. James and Lindemulder, currently serving a four-month stint in a halfway house for violating her parole in a tax-evasion case, were both present for the proceedings; Bullock was not.
However, the phone time ruling didn’t come without resistance from James.

“She texts at least twice and up to 20 times a day, demanding to talk to Sunny,” he said of his ex. “But sometimes she’ll go a week at a time where she doesn’t make a call.

“[Lindemulder] has no filter on what she tells [Sunny] about prison. There’s a lot of conversation about prison or jail and things that I don’t think a 6-year-old can comprehend or process.”

James also noted in court that while Lindemulder had fought for (and won) Christmas custody of the girl, she never materialized on the holiday, and in fact had missed four of her past five scheduled visits.

The hearing was continued to June 14, and while the judge praised James and Lindemulder for being able to make positive progress despite the media attention, both were ordered to undergo joint counseling once a month.

It’s probably in Sunny’s best interests that she have limited contact with her mom if all of this is true. It’s still so sad to hear about someone losing visitation with their child. As a mother, you feel for other moms who can’t see their children. There are plenty of people in this world who aren’t fit parents though, and it sounds like Sunny has a loving and supportive home with Bullock and James.

This week’s Life & Style promises an “exclusive” and features Sandra Bullock on the cover with the title “Fighting for My Kid.” Inside, L&S does have an exclusive – with porn star Janine Lindemulder, the mother of five year old Sunny with her ex and Sandra Bullock’s husband, Jesse James. Lindemulder is fighting for “expanded visitation rights” with her daughter, Sunny, who has been under the care of James and Bullock since January when Lindemulder began to serve six months in jail for tax evasion. James and Bullock take the position that Lindemulder is an unfit parent, and that Sunny is best left in their custody. Lindemulder has remarried, to a convicted felon with a long rap sheet. According to court papers filed by James before her incarceration, Lindemulder was sometimes so drugged out that she was leave Sunny alone during the day while she slept it off.

Lindemulder went on Good Morning America last month pleading to Sandra Bullock to sit down and talk to her about Sunny, saying “What would give her the right to take away my daughter? This is my daughter. I’m the best mother I can be.” In response, James’ lawyers issued a statement that Lindemulder’s beef was with James, not Bullock, and that she should bring her issues to court instead of the press.

In her GMA appearance, Lindemulder claiming she was pursuing a career as a tattoo artist. In the latest issue of In Touch, she confirms that she’s back to doing porn and says she’s “good at it” and it’s basically the only career she knows. She also talks some smack about how James wanted nothing to do with Sunny the first three years of her life, and claims that someone hacked into her e-mail account and deleted e-mail from James proving that he didn’t want the girl:

On staying in porn: “I like my job. I’m good at it. I’ve been a porn star for 23 years. It’s what I did right out of high school. If I won the lottery, would I do it? No. I don’t see myself in this for very much longer.”

On making too little to support her daughter: “That’s why I’m not going into the courtroom saying I want her completely now. But I do have 50 percent legal custody.”

On child support from Jesse: “I’m not getting any money from Jesse. What would make him happy is if I just vanished off the planet. I’m in fear of what Jesse’s capable of doing. [I suspect that] he had a hacker erase 30 e-mails from when Sunny was born. The e-mails said, ‘I don’t want Sunny to have my last name. Find her a new daddy.’ After he showed no interest in the first six months, I moved to Oregon. He said, ‘Good, the farther, the better.’ He wanted nothing to do with Sunny for three years of her life.”

On Sandra Bullock: “We haven’t even had a conversation. They couldn’t care less what I have to say. They changed Sunny’s school a while ago and didn’t tell me. I found out from Sunny.”

The more this woman talks, the more it seems like her daughter should stay with Bullock and James. I get that she deserves to see her daughter and I don’t think her career choice should affect a judge’s decision either way. She didn’t pay taxes for six years in a row and went to jail for it, and she’s married to a guy who has been convicted on state and federal charges “involving alcohol, guns and the manufacturing of narcotics.” Those are huge strikes against her whether she’s a porn star or not.

It looks like a judge shares my opinion. In a recent court ruling Lindemulder was denied overnight visits with Sunny and must see her daughter during the day. She was granted Christmas Eve with Sunny, though, that’s something.
