I think she is so fug. But i do like her style.

    • Tiffany says:

I have heard she is also a very mean spirited person. Like Mean Girls in real life.

      • Mar says:

Yes- I heard she’s a total mean- girl. She looks like that type. I think her style used to be so much better – lately she looks like a fool

    • gigi says:

Well I don’t know about fug, but she must not smile much because I swear she looks like she’s about to pop a vein trying. Those bangs need to go, and she needs to find a new colorist. It’s so not cute how her gown and her hair are clashing.

  4. lettylynton says:

Ali Lohan looks so awful all the time. She needs styling help. Is this her trying? And I thought Khloe looked wonderful in that add. Kim looks alien, Kourtney looks uncomfortable, but Khloe owns it.

I follow the blind items on CDAN and the whole Hmmmmm saga over there. I cant say for sure who they (they claim to have 4 ppl that use that acct)are but they def. have reliable inside info. Seems like they are trying to out some of the sick things that happen in Hollywood, not really gossiping on celebs but bringing light to all the sick pedo stuff and sexual harassment that happens behind the scenes. I commend them for that. I hope whoever is behind is never exposed just b/c I really think they have good intentions.

This thread right here says it all.. If anyone has time on their hands i recommend reading this to truly know whats going in in hwood. http://www.lipstickalley.com/f15/sad-bi-even-more-shocking-story-cdan-374995/index5.html

      • normades says:

The LSA thread is one of the most disturbing things I have ever read. The sad part, I believe 60% of it.

I was hoping CB would do a story about this because the allegations and potential ramifications associated with this story is EPIC.

In my dream world Himmm is really Corey Feldman trying is right the wrongs that he and the other Corey experienced first hand. Sadly, I doubt he writes that well.

When Feldman spoke out against pedophilia in HWood, NO ONE CARED. Because he and the other Corey were drug addicted hot messes, no one really listened. Alison Arngrim (aka Nellie Olsen), a victim of child abuse herself, came out and said that in the 1980’s it was common knowlege that the two boys were passed around to high power producers in exchange for drugs.

Feldman said he couldn’t/wouldn’t name the pedo producer that ruined Haim’s life, but I wish he would. Himmm is taking a step in doing that for him. So kudos to Himmm.

That said, I don’t think Himmm is RDJ but someone trying to make it look like it’s him to gain attention to the story. The A-listers he mentions and stories he tell are so explosive, I fear for his life (seriously).

The LSA thread digs up the seediest dirt possible about HWood. The shit is hitting the fan and hopefully the authorities will get involved.

Remind me again why we give a f*ck about Nicole Richie?

    • JuliaDomna says:

      Seriously.

    • Jo 'Mama' Besser says:

      Now there’s a question.

She has never looked good as a blonde. Never. Some years back she went brunette for a minute and it was a vast improvement. She can bleach her hair to straw and plane down her nose to skin-covered cartilege, but until she remembers that she’s not Cheryl Tiegs and is, in fact, half black and style accordingly, she’ll always look like a dessicated corn husk on the fashion beat. Oh, it’s better than her heroin and ratty extensions, but come on! I wonder what she looks like with her natural hair colour? My niece is black and white and her hair’s pretty danged cute.

  10. AudreyS says:

I honestly like the Kardashian ad. Finally, women with (somewhat) “real” curves in lingerie. I can’t believe Ijust wrote that! But the Kardashians’ bodies are much more realistic for more women than Gisele’s.

    • Franny says:

we must be looking at 2 different ads because although they have “curvy” bodies in real life, they have completely photoshopped those bodies to be plastic curvy. No one who has curves is smooth all over, much less to those ridiculous extremes.

      • AudreyS says:

        True…

      • anon33 says:

Totally agree! Khloe doesn’t look like herself in the face at all, Kourtney’s boobs look freakishly large and not her normal size, like they blew them up too big, and it looks like they ‘shopped Kim’s back completely out of the picture! She looks like she’s missing parts of her torso!

I’m waiting for comments on the most important link here, the one from Frisky about Romney. Remember, Romney is the moderate voice of reason, and the one who doesn’t hate the poor, the gay, the women and the different.

American women, use the next year to make your voice heard, or you will find that it is not 2013, but 1913, with the same battles for equality that your great grandmothers fought needing to be fought again.

    • Tiffany says:

The scariest thing is I feel like all of these MEN that rally against Planned Parenthood have very little idea about what it really does.

I have a strong family history of breast cancer, which suggests it is possible I might have a breast cancer gene. If you have one of the genes, it greatly increases your risk of ovarian and other types of reproductive cancer (in addition to breast cancer). Planned Parenthood was the only place I could go for my pelvic & breast exams during the time between graduating college and getting a job with benefits.

PP is not just about that sensitive issue…it is a place for women to get health care, period.

      • badrockandroll says:

Democratic Ohio Senator Nina Turner has(Dem.) has proposed tacking an extra bit unto her state’s bill proposing that abortions occuring past week 20 (the “heartbeat” stage). She has proposed that men who want Viagra prescriptions first undergo counselling, coronary testing, and bring a note from at least one of their partners attesting to the patient’s inability to perform. She says that it’s as important for women to be as concerned about for men’s health as men are about women’s. I know that it’s a joke, but I sort of hope that it’s an all or nothing bill, and that the men who are offended by this will have to vote against the “heartbeat” proposal.

PP provides so many services, and its cost to the taxpayer, or its percentage of the national debt is about 1/100000000 of oh, say, maintaining Guantanimo or writing off banks’ debts.

But I’m just a little woman, so what do I know about politics?

      • Alarmjaguar says:

Amen to all of that — pay attention and vote, ladies (and men, birthcontrol affects all of us!)

    • lucy2 says:

I’m pretty horrified by all the anti-woman stuff that seems to be coming out of Washington and certain candidates lately. Last election we had a female governor running for VP and a female senator running to be the Dem. candidate, and this year? We have all male panels debating birth control pills. We have candidates vowing to get rid the main health care provider for low income women. We have another candidate who feels that women with children shouldn’t work outside the home. It’s sick. It’s 2012 FFS!

      • anon33 says:

        WORD.

      • Tiffany says:

Wow, I just read this about Arizona! Take it with a grain of salt (this is the first I have heard about it), but I hope it isn’t true!!!!!

“Arizona legislators have advanced an unprecedented bill that would require women who wish to have their contraception covered by their health insurance plans to prove to their employers that they are taking it to treat medical conditions. The bill also makes it easier for Arizona employers to fire a woman for using birth control to prevent pregnancy despite the employer’s moral objection.

Under current law, health plans in Arizona that cover other prescription medications must also cover contraception. House Bill 2625, which the state House of Representatives passed earlier this month and the Senate Judiciary Committee endorsed on Monday, repeals that law and allows any employer to refuse to cover contraception that will be used “for contraceptive, abortifacient, abortion or sterilization purposes.” If a woman wants the cost of her contraception covered, she has to “submit a claim” to her employer providing evidence of a medical condition, such as endometriosis or polycystic ovarian syndrome, that can be treated with birth control.

Moreover, according to the American Civil Liberties Union, the law would give Arizona employers the green light to fire a woman upon finding out that she took birth control for the purpose of preventing pregnancy.

I’m not American, but I am following this with interest as I truly believe in the domino effect, and things like this can cross borders. But aren’t there privacy laws in place that prevent an employer from asking about an employee’s personal life? Without such laws, an employer can ask if a person is gay, or if a person is pro-gun, or anti-capital punishment, and thus hire and retain staffon considerations that are not relevant to the job. And what if a male employee has a family drug plan, and submits his wife’s Rx – fired? Crazy world on the horizon…

      • Jo 'Mama' Besser says:

I was wondering about that, too. I started thinking of an episode of King Of The Hill wherein Hank tries to use all of these covert (but entirely transparent) manoeuvers to find out whether applicants he was interviewing were married, Christian, et cetera. This was after Peggy revealed to him that asking people is illegal. He would ask things like, ‘We all worship Jesus, here, how about you?’ or something to that effect.

How would an employer even know if a person had lied about the reason for taking bc? Is someone monitoring her movements, making sure that she never decides to marry

I’m not American either, but it seems like President Obama’s team could be doing a premature little happy dance, (for now, at least) because he’d be picking up a lot of independents, undecideds, females and more moderate conservatives with all of these Limbaugh Resistance Army-ers popping up.

Santorum is such a joke, and not just because of his name. So, he’s allowed to get a bunch of advanced degrees, but no one else who decides that she or he would want that didn’t decide that of their own volition, the scary black liberals brainwashed the termerity to reach for that kind of success into them, right?

Well, since all of these people are too dumb to even know that they can pursue a career other than ‘St. McDonald’s pulled me up from nuffin’, even more people are going to need social assisstance without school distracting them or bc to prevent another ‘welfare baby (that I’m sure Santorum, et. al have named ‘Briquilla Aquanetta’ in their minds’, meaning more cash out of fist for everyone else.

Politics aside, you’d think there would be some resevoir of respect for what the president accomplished. Born to a single mother, raised largely by grandparents, works up through the ranks and becomes president without the aid of nepotism or legacy leaning. What the shit’s ‘elitist’ about that? Isn’t that the kind of ‘bootstraps’ story the GOP loves? Evidently not, when Santorum despairs that going to university turns you into an Obama lookalike. Yeah, the leader of the richest and most powerful nation in the world, at present. A mother’s tears. No, all he means is he can’t countenance the idea of a nation wherein people who aren’t Santorum lookalikes forget their ‘place’ (at his feet, shining his shoes) and search out a destiny that revolve around being lectured and punished by having their food stamp ration withheld for not licking his boots quickly enough.

And how all these lowly women, low-income, non-WASPy career ruckus makers do about it, have another kid out of wedlock?’ Don’t you know that’s like Christmas to people like him? A whole new generation who has to meekly accept his paternalism and conditional concern. And if they don’t? Righteous anger gated community block party: let’s disseminate the scorn. I wonder
over whom he’s getting a shame boner right now?

  13. Aiobhan says:

I actually like her dress but she should have chosen another type of shoe. Maybe a strappy heel or even an open toed shoe. I think her style is fun- a bit dated and definitely too referential to be considered unique but I still like it.

I said it yesterday and I will say the same thing today ” It is not him but I wish it was.” The clues that I read are more than likely red herrings to throw people off the real poster’s identity.

  20. Magsy says:

She has no talent and really what does she do? She was never really upfront about the extent of her drug use and anorexia. I still remember an interview with Larry King and she was high and not making any sense. I wish her, Paris, Lindsay, Britney, Rhianna, Kelly Osborne, and Miley Cyrus would all go away.
